"It's okay really." Frederick said. The four chatted at the table for another hour before deciding to head home. As Annabeth and Percy hugged goodbye, Annabeth whisper in his ear, "See you in school tomorrow."

Annabeth had forgot how intimidating school could be. She had never felt nervous about school not since first grade. Since then, it had been a haven for her. When she and her parents weren't getting along, she would get extra credit projects and bury herself in work. It was something that had always been there for her. It had always had a comforting edge to it. It had made her feel special. The ability to take the highest courses and still function with dyslexia had always been something she held in high esteem.

But now, she was in the same on-level courses as Percy. She knew in her heart it would impossible to go back to her old classes and pass with good grades. But it still stung to be shoved down to what she had worked up from for years. 'At least I can help Percy.' She thought. It would be harder for him, she knew. His friends hadn't seen him yet. No one would know how to react.

"I thought you were excited for school? Don't get cold feet now." Percy's voice snapped her out of deep thinking.

"No, I'm not, just thinking." She said, shaking her head to clear her thoughts. "Anyway, ready for the mob?"

Percy chuckled. "Ready as I'll ever be."

Annabeth nodded and the pair started making their way to the wheelchair ramp. As they made their way up to the front doors, people started. Annabeth knew they were stunned to see the pair.

The two made their way into the school and office. Percy's hands tightened on the wheels of his chair and Annabeth's foot suddenly ached. Knowing the place would cause more Pain for him than it did her, she reached down and squeezed his shoulder in a silent show of support. Percy briefly lifted one hand on top of hers before slowly wheeling into the room. Studiously avoiding the side of the room that had caused them many nightmares, Annabeth retrieved her new schedule from a receptionist she had never seen before.

She released a grateful sigh once they exited the room. She could see Percy's figure loosen up too. They made their way down the hallway past everyone going, "Welcome back!","OMG is that Percy and Annabeth?" or Annabeth's personal favorite, "Rachel is going to be so mad to see them together. She has a huge crush on Percy."

All too soon, they were walking down the hallway towards homeroom. Annabeth tried not to look at the wall outside the bathroom where Percy had lost the ability to walk. She tried not to look at the scuff marks on the floor that might have been from her grabbing Percy and shoving into the classroom that had sealed their fate. She tried, but she couldn't help but glance at each place. As she turned to glance at the clasrrom. It was labeled T116. 'Such an innocent looking label. And why does it have a T on it, this is the C wing.' Annabeth thought, before she forced her head away from it.

"I can't stop thinking about it. Can you?" Percy muttered up to her.

"No, but will have too. We have a lot to catch up on, don't we?" She forced a half-hearted smile on her face as he looked up to her.

"Don't remind me." Percy groaned.

Annabeth chuckled as they came upon C113. "Well, at least we get to start with something you are good at." While they were in the hospital, Percy had revealed that he spoke Greek as well as he spoke english. He explained that he had lived in Greece until he was six, and that his dad's side of the family spoke only Greek, so he was fluent.

They entered into the classroom to see a banner that said "Welcome Back Annabeth and Percy!" Under it was the entire class, giant smiles on their faces. The were talking, but started clapping as the pair entered into the room. Everyone came up to welcome back, and to hug them. Most did a double take at Percy, but still awkwardly hugged him. Two people hung back from everybody else.

As they came up, Percy's face lit up when he saw who they were. One boy was small and thin. He had black hair and pale skin. Aside from the death-like cloud he carried around him, he looked happy to see Percy. The other boy was wearing a "Save the Earth!" T-Shirt and was holding a rasta hat.

"Percy!" The back hair boy said, but giving Percy a bone-crushing hug. "How have you been? Bianca's been asking about you. Mom said that you and your parents have to come over sometime." The boy rushed out the sentences before looking throughly embarrassed and shut up.

"Ah so Nico, decided to use your word allotment for today on me? I feel honored." Percy said, and the boy, Nico, just nodded and stood around looking awkward. "To answer your questions, I have been fine, tell Bianca that too, and I will ask my mom, she will probably jump at the chance." Nico just nodded before looking up at Annabeth.

"Is she Annabeth?" He asked Percy before turning ton her, "Are you Annabeth?"

Annabeth nodded. "Yeah. Your Nico right."

Nico gave a little nod before the other boy spoke up.

"Hey dude, how's your mom?"

"Ah, she's good. Could barely get away from her this morning though. Wouldn't stop kissing me, she looked like I was going to my grave." Percy said while doing some kind of handshake with the boy.

Annabeth had saw the scene he was talking about. Sally had held him as tightly as possible while saying things like, "Call me at lunch" and "Come home soon." She had even seen a few tears shed. And though Percy was shrugging it off, Annabeth knew he was just as worried as he was. he was just putting on a brave face for his friends. Annabeth had to commend him for that. She also knew that the consular that they had to see this afternoon would probably pick up on that.

"Oh yeah, Annabeth, Grover, Grover, Annabeth." Percy jumped in his chair before he introduced his friends to each other.

"So you're the one who saved Percy's butt? He defiantly picks them well." Grover looked up and down at her, but not in a malicious way, more of in a judging manner. As if he were deciding if she was good enough for Percy.

Suddenly, she picked up on why He was looking at her like that. "Oh no, we aren't together. We're just friends." She said, blushing. She ignored the part of her that told her how it would be if Percy were her...

She shook her head before focusing on the conversation in front of her. "Oh, well you sure?" Grover asked her with a twinkle in his eye before turning back to the conversation with Percy.

The four chatted for a couple more minutes before the bell rang. Annabeth chose a desk at the front close to the end of the row so that Percy could sit next to her. She pulled the chair away from the desk on the edge of the row so Percy could roll up beside her. She pulled out a note-book and pencil and got ready to take notes for herself while Percy was allowed to type on a computer until his fingers healed, in a couple of weeks.

Annabeth groaned as Percy and her walked into the counselors office. Despite notes emailed to her sporadically over her absence, school was horrible. She didn't know how to do anything else, and if she was lost, then Percy was long gone. She had to get two-week extension on two projects, and week extensions on five tests. SHe also had over 25 tests to make up*. "At least we don't have the tow last classes, just this.' Though Annabeth didn't know if someone picking at your brain was better than calculus or not.

As if he was reading her thoughts Percy huffed and said, "Do we have to?" He had been getting increasingly irritated as the day went on, and they came closer to therapy. By now, he had his arms crossed like some pouting five-year old.

"You do know that the longer we stand out here, the longer our session will become? She won't shorten it any if we faster we get in there, the faster we can get out. My mom did promise us ice cream after school, didn't she?" Annabeth told him, knowing that that would get him going. If there was one thing that you could use against Percy any time, it was his love of ice cream..

"I guess..." He said, before he slowly opened the door to the office. It was a throw back to their first day PT, when a similar situation had occurred. Annabeth smiled and prepared herself before walking into the office. It was a clean-cut place, but with a homey feel. There were plants all around the place, and chairs that actually looked comfortable. Annabeth walked up to the receptionists desk. The lady looked up and smiled.

"You're the two here for Mrs. Parantua, aren't you?" Annabeth nodded. The lady replied, "Okay, just go to the first door on your left." Annabeth nodded before walking over tp Percy.

"Ready?"

"As I'll ever be." He gave her a small, reassuring smile. "We will have each other."

With that, they walked to the first door on the left and knocked. "Come in!" came in through the door.

Annabeth pushed opened the door and walked into what was sure to be the second set of hell she ever was surprised though. Instead of the clean, clinical room she was expecting, Annabeth found the opposite. Papers were strewn around the room, and various knickknacks were everywhere, from on the shelves, to sitting on the ledge of the back of the couch.

A head popped out from under the piles of papers at the desk. The woman looked middle-aged, maybe 40 or so. She had graying brown hair and kind green eyes. Her skin was pale, and she was quite tall.

"Ah, you must be Annabeth and Percy. My name is Seija. Lets get down to business, why don't we?"

Hey y'all, how have you guys been. Before you say anything, I have had 14 tests this month, and a project. School Sucks. So do pep rallies (We got 2nd on the Homeroom Challenge. And all of my friends have the first place home room. Grrr...)

Anyway, how have you guys been. I myself have fallen into the depths of Geekdom, by starting to watch Naruto. PLease tell me, how are your geek/nerd levels at the current moment?

If any Finnish people are reading this, I am making Seija Finnish. Don't ask why, I just thought it fit. If any of you want to PM and ell how to write her as a proper Finnish person, please do. It would save me googling time. I would love to know mannerisms and such.

Lastly, If you guys leave a review solely on this AN, I will not be very happy. Two paragraphs on my AN and one sentence on the story is a PM, not a review. And I love PMs. I just don't want my story to be getting a ton of reviews, but have 60% of them not be about the story. Just make sure the majority of your review is on the story.

OH! Would anyone like to make fanart for me? I would love you to pieces if you did! It would become my cover.

Love you guys!
