I want to make this longer..GOD I hope I made this longer. Currently I'm swamped with work and quizzes from college, and who puts a note on the door saying class is cancelled nowadays?! Who does that?! Anyways, this chapter is focused on Anna and Misaki's day out together, and due to my insane schedule, please excuse any mistake from my part, my brain overheated and imploded inside my skull. I'll tell you some cute facts afterwards.

"Are you sure about this, Anna?" Izumo asks as the young teenager sips her milkshake at the counter quietly. Her pink eyes wide yet set hard and determined. "Misaki is at 30 weeks after all, so it's hard for him to walk around much in his condition, and having twins some more, it'll drain him," the bartender continues with a ruffle of his hair.

That particular morning while Izumo was cleaning up, Anna suddenly confessed that she had wanted to take Misaki out for some baby clothes shopping despite the fact that Misaki is currently battling against his shifting centre of gravity. "All of us would be fine," she replies in her usual calm demeanour while looking at Izumo straight in the eye. "I promise to watch over Misaki while in the store and make sure he's safe,"

"That's nice of you Anna, but that isn't the problem at hand here," Izumo smiles out in a rather exasperated way. He puts away the wine glass that he'd been polishing and leans against the counter, all the while ruffling the young woman's lock of silky white hair. Anna looks up at him with the same curious gaze she had never let go ever since as a child. "Misaki gets tired easily and he's getting really clumsy, plus, I doubt Saru-kun would want him to go anywhere,"

And perhaps just like Seri as well, Misaki's moods are also at the verge of going frantic. The Scepter 4 Vice-Captain nearly tore the hair out of Izumo's head when she found out that he had left the toilet seat up again, causing Chiharu to fall in when she was sitting down to take a leak. Anna had pointed out about a sudden bald spot on his head, but she never asked why and Izumo was relieved she didn't say anything. But knowing that she knew is already embarrassing enough for him.

Anna mulled over the thought but the bartender could see that she's not going to give up her idea so easily. "Then we'll rest every once in a while. Misaki doesn't have clothes for the children, he needs them before he goes into labour," she explains and Izumo smiles at that. Despite a young teenager, she's still so precious and childish in a way. But she knows a lot, that's for sure and he had underestimated her plentiful of times.

"Misaki won't go into labour yet, he's only at 30 weeks, the twins won't be born in the next couple of months or so," Izumo reassures her but then she gave him that look. A look specially reserved for when she knows something he doesn't and that he's wrong, completely wrong. Those piercing gaze, no matter how many times she looked at me like that, I can never get used to it. It's like she pierced through me, and yet without an ounce of emotion behind those eyes, he thought with a heavy feeling in his chest.

For a whole minute, Anna simply stares at the bartender like that, until her lips look as though she's been clenching them too tight. "How can you say that like you're so sure, Izumo? The children are impatient, they will be born before you'd even know it," she warns and pushes the empty glass of milkshake away before jumping off of the bar stool. "I'm sorry Izumo, I have to go with Misaki before it's too late, and I never want to be late about anything regarding the children ever again," she continues before walking out the bar, only her heels could be heard clicking away. He understood what she had meant, it was regarding when Mogura attacked Misaki weeks ago and she was late to realize it.

Izumo sighs and leans back as he gathers his thoughts. Teenagers, she's even starting to be as stubborn as Mikoto once was, he thought with a hollow laugh as he raises a hand to cover the tears welling up in his eyes. Despite how many years it had passed, there's no way Izumo could forget about his two closest friends. That empty feeling only intensifies when he notices the cover of his phone which he had placed on the counter, glows red for a short moment as if Mikoto had heard his thoughts. "One is a lion, the other is a reckless idiot, I hope you guys are happy up there," Izumo grins before returning to polishing his wineglasses.

The day is by no means cold or hot, but it's quite pleasing for everyone to be walking around in the streets to just enjoy the beautiful blue sky and the gentle wisps of the breeze. Even Anna finds herself at her heart's content while she makes her way towards the Fushimi residence. She and Misaki had actually thought about buying new items for the babies since there will be two now, they just didn't tell anybody yet since they might oppose the two's ideas, what with Misaki heavily pregnant and all.

By the time she reaches there, the sun is already high up in the sky and she's starting to feel its heat. Ringing the doorbell, Anna waits patiently. A short moment later, Saruhiko opens the door and is surprised to see Anna standing there. "Anna? What are you doing here dressed up like that?" he asks after giving the young teenager a once over. She's wearing a black Goth Lolita dress with red swirls and ruffles everywhere around the hem, along with black and red boots and black hat. For someone who couldn't see any colours except red, she sure knows how accentuate her fashion so her eyes and hair stand out.

"Misaki and I are going out to go shopping today, I hope it's alright with you, Saruhiko," she says in all politeness. The blue clansman twitched a little when he hears that. Truthfully, he'd prefer it if Misaki would just rest at home and not overexert himself but the vanguard had been quite stubborn lately. His mood swings are coming back with a vengeance after all. Sighing, Saruhiko invites Anna in before closing the door.

"Why do you want to take him out shopping all of a sudden? And why didn't you tell me this earlier?" Saruhiko questions her with a rather edgy tone, but Anna stares up at him calmly; unfazed and cool. Blue eyes met pink and all is silent for a few minutes as Anna refuses to answer. Saruhiko was about to question her again when she finally opens her mouth.

"You're having more than one baby now," she replied matter-of-factly. "Twins, Saruhiko. A daughter and a son, and if you haven't noticed, you only have one crib, and one set of baby clothes, that is for a boy. What do you want your daughter to sleep in? What do you want your daughter to wear? Fathers and mothers shouldn't pick favourites among their children, whether it be a boy or a girl, a first-born or a second-born. All children should be loved and cared equally by their parents, it's not right if you treat your son like a prized possession and your daughter like trash,"

The words stung Saruhiko when he realized that she had been peeking into his heart before replying. True, he had doubts whether he can take care of a baby girl since they're two guys, including Ryuu it'd be three. To have a girl raised in an environment of all guys, he wouldn't want to think what would happen to his daughter. The dark side of him wants to put his daughter for adoption, but the caring, fatherly side wants to love the baby girl like how he'd love Ryuu. But after hearing Anna's words which made him sound inhumane if he sends his daughter away, Saruhiko relents and decides to keep his daughter. She is Ryuu's twin sister after all.

Sighing, the blue clansman leans against the sofa and puts his face in his hands. With one problem out of the way, now he'd have to make up his mind about sending Misaki shopping with Anna. He was about to reply her when Misaki bounded off the stairs and saw Anna. "Anna, you're here!" the crow shrieks out happily and went over to the sofa. Saruhiko could feel the veins in his head popping one after another. "Are you ready to go out? Let me just change for a bit and then we'll go," Misaki chirps out happily, completely ignoring the irate blue clansman just a few feet away

"Misaki, are you sure you really want to go out shopping? What if something happens, like you falling or tripping, or getting hurt?" Saruhiko voices his concern to the former vanguard. Misaki hums in response, even Anna stayed quiet, though she's really tempted to say something. "And you know we can both buy some new baby clothes and a new crib whenever you're feeling better, you're still aching around, you said so yourself,"

"Monkey, I'm feeling great right now," Misaki retorts back coolly before grinning and patting his large belly. Anna smiles when she senses the happiness being emitted by the twins inside, it warms her heart and soul to see Misaki so elated to have children. "Besides, the kids are sleeping, I'm no longer aching and I got some extra energy to walk around. Also, I'm using your Scepter 4 financial card,"

Saruhiko didn't mind. He's at the position where he can get money easily and his financial would mostly be handled by the finance department. It's not like he uses that card often, only when he needed it since he mainly uses his own money. Misaki on the other hand, wants Saruhiko to save for once since his work financial is overflowing with cash. It's weird for the vanguard to see Saruhiko using his money instead of the money given by Scepter 4 for free. So he had been secretly stashing Saruhiko's bank account with that money so neither of them goes broke all of a sudden.

"I'll take care of him," Anna pipes up and all eyes are on her. "If Misaki gets tired or anything, I'll take care of him, give him water and rest, I'll use my powers to get him back on his feet and watch over him," she convinces Saruhiko, her eyes shining with determination so Saruhiko would allow Misaki to go out with her. It's been a while since she could properly feel the children, so this is her best chance of feeling them again before they're born. It won't be long now, these two are at their limit, and so is Misaki, she thought ruefully.

"Anna, you don't have to go that far to watch over me, I'll be fine," Misaki chuckles nervously when he hears that. He doesn't want to burden Anna by watching over him, in truth, he feels as though he's more than capable to watch over himself. But of course Saruhiko would never allow that, and would want constant care for him as much as possible. Really, that stupid monkey. I'm just pregnant, not like I have some incurable disease or anything, and not like this pregnancy is permanent, Misaki thought grumpily. In his thoughts, he unconsciously rubs his large stomach and the twins inside responds with a double kick, knocking the breath out of him.

While Misaki is silently scolding the twins for using his internals as a punch bag, Saruhiko has a bit of a face-off against Anna who is still determined to take Misaki along with her out shopping. No matter how much fire and disagreement he puts behind his glare, Anna is unmoved and her eyes stayed firm on his. After a short while, Saruhiko hung his head and sighs heavily. He could feel the excitement coursing through Anna, and it annoyed him a bit. "Fine," the blue clansman grumbles and slicks his hair back much like how Mikoto did it in the past. "But you are to take care of him and the twins, don't let this idiot out of your sight," he continues whilst jerking a finger to Misaki.

The crow lets an angry shriek when Saruhiko said that, but the blue clansman doesn't even pay him any attention. Anna nods her head enthusiastically and ushers Misaki up to change before they're too late and lunch hour starts. While the two are fussing about upstairs, Saruhiko plops down on the couch and groans. His whole life just got a little more crazy and he's not too sure how to handle it. Hopefully when the twins are born, I can get some semblance of silence once more.

Moments later, Misaki and Anna bid their goodbye to Saruhiko, but not before the blue clansman pulls Misaki close to him. Seeing what was about to happen, Anna politely said she'll wait outside as her shoes are hard to put on before running out and away from the couple. "I need you to be careful, we both don't know what might happen to you or the twins," Saruhiko whispers out whilst wrapping his arms around Misaki's large abdomen in a tight but gentle embrace. Misaki grumbles a little at the worried tone, but doesn't really mind it

"I'm fine, monkey. I'm just going out shopping with Anna, no big deal. I'll get some food on the way and won't stand for too long and all, you just stay here and don't panic over every little thing," Misaki replies and stares pointedly straight into Saruhiko's eyes. The blue clansman says nothing, but Misaki could feel the turbulent waves of his aura surrounding him, and he knows how much Saruhiko is feeling right now. Kissing Saruhiko's lips tenderly, Misaki calms him down one more time and finally the Scepter 4 agent relents. Now at ease with Saruhiko, Misaki kisses him again and walks off, a pair of blue eyes watching him until he disappears out the door.

The drive to the mall was quite pleasant for Misaki; Anna had been playing around with his stomach and even conversing with the twins either by talking or using her powers. To Misaki, it still feels rather weird when she probes the twins' consciousness and quite worried for their developing brain, but he knows Anna would never harm the twins in any way, and would want to protect them as best as she can. Misaki finds Anna like a reliable older sister to his twins, and wouldn't hesitate to ask her help in babysitting them one day if he's ever too tired or needed some time alone with Saruhiko.

"We should buy dresses," she suddenly said to Misaki the moment they arrived at the mall. Misaki balks in surprise when she said that and couldn't find any coherent answer. "You're having a little girl, aren't you? Then it's only natural for you to buy a little girl's clothing," she continues, her eyes looking up at him with a child-like sparkle in them. Misaki could feel himself twitching at the prospect of buying dresses and cute skirts for his daughter. And then his mind skipped a few years when his daughter hit adolescence, and he nearly fried his brain.

He remembers when Anna first became a teenager, what with her discovering periods and her sudden developing crush on Kamamoto and Eric, everyone including him went completely into panic-mode, especially when Anna develops mood swings to go along with her period. Now that he's having a daughter, those kinds of things would happen all over again in the next upcoming decade, and Misaki's not sure whether his daughter would be better or worse than Anna's puberty. All I know is that I hope neither of these two are too tall, or Saruhiko would be laughing at me all over again, Misaki thought with a slight grumble.

Misaki then suddenly feels Anna's little hands wrapping around his arm, pulling him out of his thoughts. "Let's go, Misaki. We need to buy some clothes for your daughter and a new crib too," she says with a smile so innocent and happy, Misaki couldn't help but smile as well. The two then walks into the mall where they then proceed to visit every baby shop there is. Meanwhile Saruhiko decides to calm his raging nerves by visiting Izumo. The liquor that the bartender gave him was strong and it burned his throat enough to calm him down.

"You sure seem worried for a guy who just killed their biggest enemy," Izumo retorts with a chuckle while handing Saruhiko another shot of Scotch. The blue clansman only hums and sighs when he thinks about Misaki and Anna; his worry is still etched on his face clearly for Izumo to see. The bartender only shakes his head in exasperation and knocks on Saruhiko's temple gently to snap him out of it. "Stop worrying, Saru-kun. Anna can take care of Misaki just fine, her powers have grown stronger, actually strong enough to tear this bar wood by wood and also to horribly traumatize a person without even touching them," Izumo continues with a rather cold smirk.

He had seen her do that a few years ago, and it shook him to the core. Her eyes were a blazing red along with her body; wisps of wind circled her feet and made her hair sway like a mage casting a spell. It was something Anna had sealed deep inside her, and it made him scared seeing her like that. So angry, so upset, and so deadly calm.

Saruhiko didn't say anything when Izumo said that, not believing him at all. The bartender only shrugs, it's up to Saruhiko whether to believe him or not, but the blue clansman would be surprised if Anna revealed that side of her to him. Probably not even Saruhiko could stand a chance against her. Hours passed and Saruhiko continues to stay in the bar, lazily listening to the slow music and chatter of the people when Misaki and Anna suddenly bursts in. The moment he sees bags of dresses and baby stuff in their hands, his head starts to swim.

"Saruhiko, we got dresses and panties for the baby girl," Anna chirps enthusiastically and pulls out a really frilly yellow dress with white flowery baby boots, beside her, Misaki stood with a red face and unable to say anything. Clothe after clothe Anna pulls out excitedly to show him and the rest of Homra. Poor Saruhiko's brain couldn't keep up with the amount of things going on and he shuts down with a crash to the floor.

When Izumo checks over Saruhiko, he only laughs and hauls the unconscious young man to the couch with a rather evil and teasing smirk. "Well think of it this way Saru-kun, you don't have to get tampons or pads just yet," he says before laughing away, even Misaki feels like fainting when he heard that.

FUN FACT; Misaki has a little sister name Moe, yes it's true.

Yata Moe..I'm sorry to say this but Misaki's mum has some weird naming style. I can agree she might mistook Misaki for a girl when he was a baby due to his wiener being tiny and giving him such a feminine name, but Moe.. Well I think it's kind of cute somewhat, now I wish I can see how she looks like (sparkles). Maybe she's taller than Misaki..? BWAHAHAHAHA!

Anyways, I had a field day when I read the translation to the preview of the K Project novel. Misaki's little sister, how Misaki took care of Saruhiko when he had a cold, and the best part was back then they called each other Yata and Fushimi respectively..and then progressing to Misaki and Saruhiko~ That, people, is SLASH! I wish I can see more of their sweetness together..

Next chapter next week will be about how Misaki wants to cook dinner for Saruhiko and it went bad. Stay alerted and do leave some review! THANK YOU!
