"Bye Clare!" Eli said smiling. Wait! A smile, a real smile! Eli Goldsworthy was actually smiling! Wow. I took my key out of my pocket and jiggled it in the keyhole.
When I walked into my house I felt like something was wrong. Something was not right, but she just couldn't put her finger on it.
'Oh, well' I thought as I went up stairs to do my homework. At about 6 0'Clock I started to get ready for my date with Eli.
At exactly 7 0'Clock the door bell rang. When I opened up the door Eli was standing there in his normal black attire. I had mixed feelings about this night.
Eli and I got in Morty and drove off. Suddenly Eli stopped at Degrassi.
"Why are we here?" I asked curiously. "I forgot some books." Eli said. "Oh, ok, I 'll go in with you." Clare said suddenly.
Clare was walking up the steps when she felt the cool metal of the door handle. As they walked inside they saw Ms. Dawes.
"Oh, Eli, just the person I needed!" Ms. Dawes exclaimed.
