Chapter 4

Full title:"I gotta tell you a little something about yourself"

WHAM! "STILES GET UP!" I jumped out of bed and landed on the floor in a bundle of sheets.

"Huh?" I looked around after ducking under my bed.

"Whose' s there!" I yelled frantically swiping at the air with a baseball bat.

"What! Man it's me Scott! You dumb shit get from under their dude"

"Oh man I thought you were someone else hmp" crawling from under my bed was no small feet. When's the last time I cleaned up under-

"STILES! Dude what the fuck! Did you hear anything I just said?"

I looked back towards Scott before finally making a decision on my outfit. Man don't I sound like a chick

"Uh oh Scott's got his serious face on what is it big guy?" I turned to give him my full attention after I finished putting my sneakers on.

"There an ALPHA PACK IN BEACON HILLS!" I rolled my eyes

"oh yea that thing I already knew about that" I mentally slapped my self in the face " I mean only because you just told me "

A low growl escaped his mouth "why are you acting as if this isn't a big deal!" He looked down as if chewing something over "better yet who even told you about the pack"

"You did silly" I let out with a shackey laugh

"Who fucking told you Stiles" he repeated in a threatening voice

"What's it to you anyway I was going to find out an-"

"WHO WAS IT!"

"DEREK"

"What?"

"YOU HEARD ME DAMN IT! It was him you happy now ! Geeez man"

"Is that why he was looking for you?" I hung my head down in shame

"Yea. He didn't want you guy's to freak o-

"FREAK OUT! Well it's to late for that. Way to late for that Shit! And what the fuck would he go telling you for anyway it's not like your apart of the pack or anything"

Scott's whole little rant was point less but the last part really pissed me off.

"Get out." I couldn't stand to look at him any longer if he was going to act like this.

"But how am I going to get to school?!l"

"I don't know how about you call Allison? Hmm that's all your good for now a days anyhow." Was the last thing I said before slamming the door in his face.

"Dude what's up with McCall?" Jackson said as me and Isaac slid into our seats.

"He's been acting weird all day and every time he's anywhere near you he gets this look on his face then high tails it.

Everyone took the whole alpha pack thing relatively well compared to Scott. they didn't see it as so weird or stupid for Derek to have told me first as I was the one to be better at taking information and creating a plan.

"He came to my house flipping out over the whole alpha pack thing, then started bitching about Derek not telling him first, so I kicked him out.

They gave me the look as if knowing there was something I was leaving out."He said I wasn't apart of the pack" I said the last part a bit softer.

Both let out an audible gasp as they turned to glare at Scott. "How dare he! You belong in the pack as much as he does. Plus your a Hell of a lot more useful." I saw McCall wince at the last comment

"Now that's a bit harsh even for you Jacks" I said still defending my friend even though I was still mad at him.

"Well he deserves it. Jerk shouldn't have went there he knows how we all fill about you man. Your family." Isaac said before the teacher decided to start class

I had a smile on my face for the remainder of the day with my heart being warmed by all of my pack members proving to me just how wrong Scotts' statement was.

Pulling up to my house I noticed a shiny black Camero parked out front.

We didn't say a word until we walked into the kitchen and I moved to get a glass from the cabinet

I felt strong arms wrap around my waist causing my cheeks to heat up.

"You know Scott's an idiot. I would never say you weren't apart of my pack. I'd actually say you were the most important person in it"

It was a struggle to find my voice and by the time I did the warmth was lost.

"Iii umm thanks it means alot." He nodded to acknowledge my response

"There planning on staying a while..they've rented a loft near town."

He barely looked up from his hands while talking.

"I've already told the others see but I thought I should umm tell you in person as well as apologize for Scott's rude behavior."

So that's really what all that was. An apoligly for the jerk who walks around like he's better then everyone else.

"Well I don't accept."

"That's understood. I-"

"Tell me why you really came here"

"I just did"

"Save the bullshit for the others. Tell me"

"I wanted to make sure you were holding up okay."

I quickly closed the distance between us and gave him a swift kiss.

"Thanks"

He just blinked un able to speck before nodding and leaving for the door.

"Stiles"

"Hmm"

"Be safe"
