A/N: Well here we go, the next chapter. I got this out a lot sooner than I thought I would, considering I posted a new story about a month ago. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this story.
Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or the Binding of Isaac. If I did, this would be cannon in both series... Maybe...
Naruto closed his eyes while the blinding light lifted him upwards. As closed them, he remembered the most dreadful thing that had ever happened to him. One day, he was using the restroom and he discovered he was completely out of toilet paper. The only thing he could do was let out a cry of anguish.
Shuddering from his darkest moment, Naruto opened his eyes and he saw that he was in a new place. The floors were made of a patternless mixture of stone and stone tiles. The walls of the rooms where made of the same type of stone as the floor, but the walls had cracks running down them, as if the building was about to collapse upon itself.
Naruto looked around the room, and he saw something that shocked him. On the walls to the north and south were stained glass windows, made in the pattern of a small child with spiky blonde hair crying.
Walking towards the northern window, Naruto saw that the child look liked him.
'Why does this look like me?' Naruto thought, 'Where am I?'
Forcing himself to look away from the glass, Naruto saw a door leading to the east.
'Well I guess I should get going.' Naruto said.
Holding his kunai in his right hand, and the picture of his parents in his left, Naruto went through the door.
Upon entering, Naruto saw there was a giant pink humanoid in the opposite side of the room, standing in a puddle of blood. Her head and body appeared to be human, but the head was triple the size of a human. She appeared to have some sort of blisters or tumors all around her face. The blisters and tumors forced her right eye closed. Her mouth was perpetually open, showing that she had no teeth. Between her eyes was a hole that looked as though someone drilled through the creatures skull.
Looking at the creature, Naruto heard an ominous voice that whispered "Lust."
Lust looked at Naruto, let out a horrifying scream, and charged at Naruto. As she ran, a pool of glistening blood followed her.
Naruto quickly ran away from the monster to the North-west corner of the room, hoping that the monster would run in a straight line, like the other monsters he fought. However, Lust followed Naruto.
Naruto quickly ran out of the corner near the center of the room, being cautious not to walk into the glistening blood, and threw his kunai at the stalking Lust. The kunai soared through the air, light shimmering off the white blade, and cut off one of Lust's tumorous arms.
Sadly this just seemed to anger Lust.
Lust let out a roar and charged at Naruto with twice her previous speed.
Smiling, Naruto was running backwards towards the South-east corner of the room, when he felt a slight burn on his foot. Looking down, Naruto gasped in horror as he saw he was trapped! Lust's blood-trail made it impossible for Naruto to flee, or he would risk getting burned.
Quickly looking around, Naruto saw that he had one safe place to go. The North-east corner.
'Maybe I can kill it while I'm headed towards the corner.'
Catching the kunai on its return, Naruto threw it once more at Lust, before running to the North-east corner.
As the kunai neared Lust, Lust suddenly moved towards the North-east corner, mimicking Naruto's movement, and caused the kunai to fly by without hurting her.
Frowning, Naruto caught the kunai, as he found himself cornered. Seeing Lust nearing, He wrapped the polaroid around the handle of the kunai, and raised it in the air with both of his hands. Naruto jumped at Lust, stabbing her in the head and tackling it to the ground.
Naruto pulled the kunai out of Lust's head, and got off of her. As he did this, Lust's body faded, as well as the blood she left behind.
Hearing the familiar sound of a door opening, Naruto wiped sweat off of his forehead.
'That was close. I need to be more aware of my surroundings.'
Quickly examining the room, Naruto saw that there was a door leading to the south. Naruto unwrapped the polaroid from his kunai, and walked through the door.
As he entered, Naruto saw another humanoid figure. This time it was standing in the middle of the room. It had an oversized head, just like Lust, but this creature had gray skin. In both of his eye-sockets there were golden coins. In the middle of his forehead there was a strange sign that looked like an S with two lines going down the S vertically. Lastly, around his neck was a noose.
Naruto once again heard an ominous voice that whispered, "Greed."
Greed slowly walked towards Naruto, and shot out four bloody tears in a V formation. Standing perfectly still, Naruto threw his kunai at greed.
The tears went straight past Naruto, not harming him in the slightest, while the kunai cut through Greed's torso, and returned to Naruto.
'Ha! These guys are the easiest. I just have to stay still when they shoot at me, and I'm fine.'
Greed frowned at Naruto, and he seemed to shrink down slightly, and return to normal size.
Not wanting to find out what Greed was doing, Naruto threw his kunai at Greed once again.
The kunai cut through one of Greed's eyes, and returned. Greed let out a puff of smoke, as he fell to the ground.
Looking through the smoke, Naruto saw Greed's dead body lying on the ground, but whatever ritual he was doing wasn't stopped.
Surrounding Greed's body where several smaller versions of Greed's head, but without the gold covering their eyeless sockets.
The heads hopped around frantically, while shooting two tears at Naruto in a V formation.
Naruto snorted, and he quickly threw his kunai at the hopping heads. The small heads exploded as soon as the kunai touched them.
Once the heads where gone, Greed's body faded away, and there was the sound of yet another door opening.
With a quick look, Naruto saw that the new door lead to the east.
'The names of these monsters sounds familiar.' Naruto thought as he walked through the door, 'I know I have heard of them before.'
Upon entering the room, Naruto saw there was another humanoid figure, standing in the center of the room. This creature had a dark green body, with a red head that was covered in a dark green tint. His mouth was open, revealing two small teeth on his upper gums. The only other noticeable thing about this monster was that he only had his right eye. All in all, this monster looked lazily put together.
The ominous voice whispered, "Sloth."
Sloth walked back and forth in the center of the room, not caring that Naruto was there. Not taking any chances, Naruto threw his kunai at the strange monster. His kunai cut through Sloth's cheek, and returned to Naruto.
Sloth frowned at Naruto and vomited up two green balls at Naruto, and summoned two spiders from underneath him.
Surprised at the balls and spiders, Naruto jumped to the north to dodge the green balls, and threw his kunai at the spiders. The kunai easily killed both of the spiders, as one green ball went into the southern wall, and the other landed next to him.
'Oh that's not good.' Naruto thought as he remembered what happened with the last green ball he saw.
The green ball violently exploded, and propelled Naruto into the western door.
Naruto let out a groan of pain, as he stood up and threw his kunai at Sloth, who was still aimlessly wandering around the room.
The kunai cut through Sloth's stomach. Sloth fell to the ground, and faded away.
Hearing the sound of opening doors, Naruto looked and saw a door leading to the east.
'I really need to be more careful.' Naruto thought, 'Those exploding things always take me by surprise. Next time I'll just get really far away from them.'
Walking across the room and through the door, Naruto prepared himself for the next fight.
The first thing Naruto noticed was that unlike the other rooms, there were piles of rocks in the corners of the rooms. Secondly, Naruto saw another humanoid on the opposite side of the room. This figure's skin looked as though it had been burned by some sort of fire or explosive. He was wearing some sort of beat-up white helmet, that was covering all but the front of his face. His only showed enough of his face to see that he had two empty eye-sockets and a top row of teeth.
The ominous voice returned, and said in a quiet voice, "Wrath."
Wrath started wondering around the room randomly, when it suddenly stopped. Not wasting anytime, Naruto threw his kunai at Wrath, cutting through the unmoving creature's head.
Annoyed at the wound, Wrath created a puff of smoke, that left a large round bomb with a wrinkled smiling face on it.
'Why would he put a bomb there?' Naruto though, 'That makes no sense. It can't mo-'
Naruto's thoughts were stopped as the bomb started to move towards Naruto, while it was laughing.
Catching his kunai, Naruto saw a closed door heading south. Throwing his kunai at Wrath once more, Naruto ran towards the bomb.
'I hope this works.'
The kunai sailed through the air and cut through Wrath's head. Wrath's body fell to the ground, and disappeared.
Hearing the door to the next room opening, Naruto caught his kunai, jumped over the bomb, and ran through the southern door.
After heading through the door, Naruto heard a loud explosion.
Quickly, Naruto looked around the room and saw that there was a floating blue humanoid in the middle of the room. He had a large smile on his face, as well as an expression that he was having a great time.
The ominous voice returned and said in a loud voice, "Envy."
Envy started floating to the South-west.
Naruto watched Envy float to the South-west corner, and bounce off the wall and start floating East.
'This is it?' Naruto thought. 'This looks easy!'
Naruto threw his kunai at Envy. The second the kunai touched Envy, Naruto saw a large explosion of blood, and three smaller versions of Envy's head floating.
Naruto was worried for half a second, until the Kunai continued moving, and hit all three heads, causing them to split into an even smaller three heads each. These nine small heads were then quickly demolished by the kunai that was still touching the heads as soon as they split.
Naruto sweatdropped as he heard the sound of the doors opening.
'Well I guess I'll just be thankful that was so easy.'
Naruto looked around the room and saw a door leading east, and he started walking towards it. Just as he was about to pass through the door, he froze as he remembered where he had heard of the creatures.
'The seven deadly sins! Jiraiya told me about them! He said they were things that ninja had to stay away from.' Naruto thought in revelation, 'So I've fought Lust, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, and Envy. What do I have left? And why am I fighting them? Maybe that lady can tell me when I find her.'
Naruto walked through the eastern door, and saw yet another humanoid. The humanoid looked as if he had a bloated stomach that was ripped open from top to bottom. Blood was leaking out of this rip, and it appeared as if there was another rip on the back of the monster. Next to the rip were stubby arms, and hands. His face looked like his cheeks were stuffed full of food. He was also bleeding from his mouth, possibly from what he was eating.
'I know what this is.' Naruto thought.
"Gluttony," both Naruto and the voice said at the same time.
Gluttony started to walk towards Naruto slowly, and Naruto towards him, when suddenly Gluttony stopped, and lifted up his hands. Bloody tears shot out of his body in the cardinal directions and diagonal directions.
Naruto dodged the tear coming straight towards him, and threw his kunai at Gluttony. The kunai cut through Gluttony's leg, and returned to Naruto.
Gluttony moved south so Naruto was directly in front of him. Gluttony used his stubby arms to grab the rip in his stomach, and pulled it open. Blood gushed out of the rip on his front and back at an incredible pace.
The blood rushed at the surprised Naruto, who was able to move enough so only his left arm was stricken by the blood.
Naruto hissed in pain, and quickly let out a gasp of shock, as he saw the polaroid was now floating in the air, towards Gluttony.
'No! I want that!' Naruto thought as he ran towards Gluttony.
Throwing his kunai at Gluttony, Naruto jumped into the air and caught the polaroid.
The knife cut through Gluttony's neck, as he fell to the ground, dead. His body faded, but Gluttony's heart remained on the ground.
Looking at the heart, Naruto made a face of disgust.
'That's disgusting! I'm going to throw that into the corner so I don't have to see it.'
Naruto leaned down and picked up Gluttony's heart. When Naruto was about to throw it, the heart exploded, and covered Naruto in blood.
'Oh this is even worse! But at least I won't have to see it anymore.'
Naruto wiped the blood off his body, and he was amazed when he saw the injuries from Sloth and Gluttony's attacks were gone.
'Wow! That heart healed me! I guess it's a good thing I'm disgusted by organs.'
Looking around the room, Naruto saw another door leading to the east.
'Well if memory serves me right, this should be the last sin.'
Naruto gulped as he walked through the door.
In the room was not one, but two humanoid figures. The first looked similar to Sloth, but instead of a red head, he had green head. The creature had entirely black eyes, with white light reflecting in the corners of his eyes. He has a small amount of black hair, and a small black beard. The second creature appeared to be a floating entirely white fetus, with black hair, and glasses.
The ominous voice shouted, "Pride."
Pride walked towards Naruto, and little Pride floated right behind Pride. Pride opened his mouth and shot three purple tears at Naruto. Naruto tried to jump out of their way, but the tears followed him, and hit him.
Naruto threw his kunai, as he cried out in pain. His kunai sailed past Pride, missing him completely, but it continued past him and nicked little Pride.
Naruto growled in anger at his bad throw, but decided he had worse things to deal with.
Catching his kunai, Naruto ran around Pride, and threw his kunai. As he was doing this, little Pride let out a small growl and shot a single purple tear at Naruto.
Both of the weapons hit their marks, and both of the targets weren't happy about it. Pride looked at Naruto and vomited a large pile of green sludge, as Naruto luckily dodged the vomit as he was jumping at little Pride in rage.
Naruto threw his kunai once more at little Pride, who disappeared right before the kunai hit him.
Little Pride reappeared behind Pride, who shot three more homing tears at Naruto.
Coming up with a plan, ran towards the Northern wall, as the tears followed him. Standing next to the wall, Naruto waited until right before the tears would hit him, and jumped out of the way. The tears splashed against the wall, leaving Naruto free to attack.
Naruto threw the kunai at Pride, while dodging tears from little Pride. The kunai cut through Prides shoulder, and sailed through him and hit little Pride. Little Pride fell to the ground, leaving just Pride. Naruto caught the kunai deftly, and threw it at Pride. The kunai caught Pride in the mouth, just as he was about to fire more tears at Naruto. Pride shook his head, and the kunai came loose and returned to Naruto.
Sensing the end of the fight was near, Naruto decided to risk another quick attack.
Naruto threw his kunai and hit Pride in the stomach. Pride vomited up more sludge, and fell to the ground dead.
Both Pride and little Pride disappeared with the sound of a door opening.
Naruto looked at the door and smiled, for this door had a skull above it.
'I am surprised that Pride wasn't the boss, that was a tough fight! I wonder what this will be.' Naruto thought as he went through the door.
What awaited Naruto shocked him more than anything he had seen in his basement. Nothing compared to it, not his mother, not the Kyuubi, not even the beautiful woman. For Naruto was looking at the monster he had to kill, and that monster was himself.
Naruto could see himself lying in the fetal position on the floor crying.
'Wh-what is this?' Naruto thought in shock, 'Why do I have to kill myself? Why would I be trying to kill myself? I don't want to do this, but with how everything else is, I have to if I want to survive.'
Naruto looked at his doppelganger, and looked back at himself.
"I'm sorry." Naruto whispered as he threw his kunai at the doppelganger
As soon as the kunai hit, the doppelganger let loose a flurry of tears at Naruto. Naruto was able to get out of the way of the tears, and he threw his kunai at the doppelganger once more.
Before the kunai hit, the doppelganger shot out twelve tears in random directions, and he released yet another flurry of tears as the kunai sunk into him.
Naruto was able to dodge the initial tear that the doppelganger fired, but the flurry the doppelganger sent in retaliation to the kunai struck Naruto.
Naruto hissed in pain as he threw the kunai at the doppelganger once more and prepared himself to dodge the tears.
As the kunai struck the doppelganger, he floated up from his fetal position, and looked up to the sky.
The doppelganger let loose 4 large homing tears, as well as a large number of regular tears, at Naruto.
Remembering his fight with Pride, Naruto was able to bait the homing tears into splashing against the walls, and dodge the regular tears.
Naruto caught his kunai, and threw it once more at his doppelganger, and dodged the resulting tears.
The kunai cut through the body of the doppelganger, who, instead of firing more tears at Naruto, grew large white angel. The doppelganger used the new wings to fly in the air, as a beam of light shown down from the sky onto him. The doppelganger had a large smile on his face.
Seeing that the doppelganger was no longer retaliating to his hits, Naruto jumped in close, and stabbed him.
In response, the doppelganger drew his wings around his body and summoned large pillars of light to start falling from the sky randomly.
Not wanting to take his chances with the pillars of light, Naruto jumped away from his doppelganger, and threw his kunai instead. As the kunai hit his doppelganger, the doppelganger gave a hard flap of his wings and summoned what appeared to be a baby angel.
The new foe let out a loud screech as it fired three tears at Naruto, who quickly jumped out of the way of the tears and threw his kunai at the angel baby. The kunai pierced the angel baby, who then exploded.
Catching the kunai, walked towards his doppelganger, but stopped as a large pillar of light crashed down in front of him, preventing him from harming his foe.
As the light disappeared, Naruto threw his kunai at the doppelganger, who responded by firing six homing tears at him. Naruto used his wall trick to dodge all of the tears, and then threw his kunai at his doppelganger.
The doppelganger fell to the ground, and wrapped himself with his arms and wings. Naruto walked over to the doppelganger, wary in case of an attack.
When Naruto was next to the doppelganger, the doppelganger grabbed the polaroid from Naruto's hand.
The doppelganger looked at the polaroid for a short time. He then dropped the polaroid and was taken into the sky by a beam of light.
Naruto furrowed his brow in curiosity, as picked up the polaroid. He heard a strange poof, and he saw a door with a strange statue on top of the door frame.
Recognizing the door, Naruto picked up the polaroid, and headed through the door.

Lots of those fights may have seemed to go by really easy, but that's because they are supposed to. For those of you who have never played Binding of Isaac, having the knife and the sacred heart, which Naruto got from the mystery lady, is incredibly strong and can oneshot most enemies. Overall I probably have Naruto under-powered for his current items.
