Naruto looked around the familiar lair of the Kyuubi, and was taken surprise by what he saw.
The gate that was previously holding the beast captive was open, and the Kyuubi was sitting with his legs crossed, meditating.
"So you have returned," drawled the Kyuubi.
Naruto gulped as he held his kunai in both hands in front of him.
The Kyuubi let out a chuckle that shook the entire chamber.
"It seems you remember my threat," Kyuubi said with murderous intent.
He then pointed his head at the open gate in front of him.
"With that accursed seal gone, there is nothing that can stop me from destroying you. You haven't even defeated your own darkness!" Roared the Kyuubi
"Darkness?" questioned Naruto, "Like the seven deadly sins and that doppelganger of myself I beat?"
The Kyuubi raised an eyebrow at Naruto, and chuckled.
"Perhaps this will not be as boring as I thought."
Letting out a roar, The Kyuubi clasped his and together. Blood and red chakra fell from the Kyuubi's body, as the door behind Naruto slammed shut. The chakra and blood gathered in front of the Kyuubi, and formed a miniature version of himself, but with only four tails.
The newly formed monster leapt around the room, while shooting four balls of chakra in a V formation at Naruto.
Naruto stood still as the balls passed him, and he threw the kunai at the amalgamation of blood and demonic chakra. The beast dodged away from the blessed dagger, and made a beeline to the still Naruto.
Seeing his foe charge at him, Naruto caught his returning kunai, and started to run away from the monster.
'Gah! Why did this stupid thing have to come from that fallen blood? Ugh, He's pretty fast as well! Stupid Fallen,' Thought Naruto.
The Fallen dashed past Naruto, before quickly changing its path, and charging towards Naruto again. Seeing the monster coming towards him again, Naruto growled and threw his kunai at the Fallen. The Fallen ignored the impending danger, and charged straight through the kunai.
After impaling itself, the Fallen stopped and put its arms over the new hole in its chest. Seeing an opportunity, Naruto charged towards the seemingly shocked beast, and caught his kunai. Stopping in front of the Fallen, Naruto lifted his kunai to stab it.
Suddenly, the Fallen let out a snarl, as it lifted its arms in the air.
Naruto's eyes widened as a large stream of blood red chakra surged from the front, sides, and back of the Fallen. Without time to react, Naruto was hit with the full force of the Fallen's frontal blast.
Naruto screamed in pain as the chakra flowed over him, but he stood his ground, and pushed forwards towards the Fallen. Naruto lifted up his Kunai, and plunged it into the forehead of the monster, and dragged the kunai downwards through the Fallens face, causing blood and bone alike to fall from the monsters face.
Pulling back his kunai from the beast, Naruto smiled.
'Ha! I'd like to see that stupid monster survive that!' Naruto thought as he smiled.
The beast went up in a poof of smoke, much to Naruto's excitement.
As the smoke cleared, Naruto gasped in shock, as he now saw two smaller two-tailed versions of the Fallen.
Giving no time for Naruto to react, the two smaller Fallens ran in opposite directions, and fired their own V pattern chakra balls at Naruto, creating a deadly crossfire.
Seeing the chakra balls coming towards him from both his sides, Naruto did a backwards jump, narrowly escaping the flurry of deadly chakra.
Naruto heard a growl, and he turned his head, and saw that one of the miniature Fallens had started charging towards him. Naruto quickly scanned the rest of the room in a panic, and saw that the other Fallen half was wandering around the room, while firing chakra at him.
'I hope this works,' thought Naruto.
Naruto started charging towards the wandering Fallen, and dodged the chakra balls. He then threw his kunai at the wandering Fallen, and looked behind him. The chakra balls flew past him and hit the Fallen that was chasing him.
A smile formed on Naruto's face, but it left his face as quickly as it had come, as Naruto saw the chakra pass through the Fallen.
Looking forward, Naruto watched as his kunai hit the wandering Fallen, and returned to him. The wandering Fallen let out a roar, and started charging Naruto.
'Oh this is not good!' Naruto thought in panic as he turned around.
Looking behind him, Naruto saw that the other Fallen had stopped near him, and had its hands on its chest.
Naruto threw his kunai at the still Fallen, and ran towards it. The kunai cut through the Fallen, who retaliated by letting out four blast of chakra, from its front, sides, and back.
Stopping himself, Naruto avoided running into the deadly attack, and caught his kunai. Turning around, he saw the second Fallen closing in on him, leaving him the choice of running into the blast, or the prowling monster itself.
Grinding his teeth, Naruto threw his kunai at the charging Fallen, who promptly exploded, sending blood and chakra to the seemingly meditating Kyuubi.
Naruto turned around once again, to see the remaining Fallen charge towards him. Standing still, Naruto caught the kunai, and waited for the Fallen to come close. When the Fallen was upon him, Naruto side-stepped out of the Fallen's path, and he thrust his kunai into the back of the fallen, causing it to shudder before it exploded. Naruto watched in fascination as the blood and chakra flew towards the Kyuubi, and created a large ball of compact blood and chakra in front of its face.
Suddenly, the Kyuubi's eyes snapped open, and he fired a large stream of chakra at Naruto from the compact chakra ball.
Naruto's eyes widened, as he barely avoided the attack.
Not wasting a second, the Kyuubi opened his mouth once more, and let loose a small blast of a row of five small chakra balls.
Naruto jumped out of the way of the balls, and threw his kunai at the Kyuubi.
The Kyuubi smirked at the kunai coming his way, and raised his right hand in front of him, as if to catch the kunai.
'Hmph. This kid must have some sort of brain damage if he thinks a measly kunai can hurt me,' thought Kyuubi. He watched as Naruto ran towards him, and as the kunai neared.
When the kunai touched his hand, the Kyuubi's smirk was replaced with a face of immense pain. The kunai flew through his hand, making a clean cut, and it continued on to pierce the Kyuubi's right eye, causing it to explode, and send blood and fluids all over the dungeon.
The Kyuubi screamed in pain, as the kunai returned to Naruto.
"You damned brat! How did you do that!" The Kyuubi yelled in a malicious voice.
Naruto remained silent, as he threw the kunai at Kyuubi once more.
The Kyuubi dodged the knife, and pointed his hands at Naruto.
"I WILL NOT BE IGNORED BY SOME WORTHLESS HUMAN SCUM!" The Kyuubi roared in rage, as he let loose two blasts of pure chakra from his hands.
Naruto watched as the two blasts neared him, and jumped forwards, and caught his kunai. The two blasts landed right behind Naruto barely missing him. Looking back at the Kyuubi, Naruto saw a large beam of chakra coming at him, straight from the Kyuubi's mouth.
Having seen the attack to late, Naruto was hit by the blast. Naruto felt his skin melting off his body, as he was pushed and mashed against the wall behind him. Several of his ribs broke, with two of them being pushed through his skin, poking out of his chest.
Naruto screamed in pain, and fell to the ground.
The Kyuubi watched as his attack finished, and laughed, until he saw a white blade coming through the blast. The kunai pierced through the Kyuubi's nose, cutting completely through it.
'Grr that brat must have thrown his kunai through my Tailed Beast Bomb, but how was it not destroyed?'
The Kyuubi watched closely as Naruto caught the kunai.
'Hmph, there is nothing strange about him, except he has this strange white glow coming from his eyes.' Kyyuubi thought in annoyance.
Kyuubi observed Naruto, who started to run around the room, while holding his chest.
"Boy, why are your eyes glowing white?" questioned Kyuubi.
"A lady gave me her sacred heart. Now please die!" Yelled out Naruto, as he threw his kunai at Kyuubi once more.
Kyuubi dodged the kunai, and let of a quick stream of five smaller chakra balls.
'Oh great. He got assistance from an angel to bless his knife. No wonder it can hurt me. I must kill him quickly.' Kyuubi frowned as he pondered at his predicament.
Naruto drew closer and closer to the Kyuubi, and he quick jumped to the side, narrowly avoiding Kyuubi's hand slamming on top of him. Seeing the hand, Naruto quickly threw his kunai, which quickly went through Kyuubi's hand.
"God Dammit you brat!" Yelled out Kyuubi, as he fired two more blasts of pure chakra from his hands.
Naruto stood still as he caught his kunai, and watched as the blasts barely missed him
'Grr my aim must be off with the loss of my eye. I'll make him pay for this embarrassment,' thought Kyuubi.
Naruto looked at the Kyuubi, and threw his kunai at the Kyuubi once more.
Seeing the kunai coming towards him, Kyuubi jumped over the kunai, and landed standing over Naruto, with his arms preventing Naruto from fleeing.
The Kyuubi had a wicked smile, as he started forming a Tailed Beast Bomb.
Wasting no time, Naruto ran towards Kyuubi's left arm, and cut it with his kunai, as the Kyuubi was charging his attack. The kunai created a small gash on the Kyuubi's arm, causing the Kyuubi chuckle as it prepared to unleash his attack.
As the kunai left the wound, there was a bright white flash from the kunai, as Kyuubi felt as though God himself had come and cut his arm.
Looking at the cut, Kyuubi's eyes widened in shock, and he released his Tailed Beast Bomb, for his hand had been cut off just below the wrist.
The Kyuubi screamed out in rage and pain, as he held the profusely bleeding stump.
"THAT'S IT. I'M GOING TO KILL YOU AND THEN KILL THAT ANGEL THAT BLESSED YOUR DAMNED KNIFE!" raged the Kyuubi, as his tails started to whip around in an vicious frenzy.
Naruto watched as the Kyuubi jumped in the air, and dug his claws into the ceiling.
Naruto drew back his hand, and attempted to throw his kunai at the Kyuubi, but was disappointed when the kunai failed to reach even halfway to the Kyuubi.
Watching the kunai, Naruto saw something coming at him incredibly fast. Not wanting to take any chances, Naruto made a mad dash forward, as an enormous fluffy tail slammed into the ground behind him.
Naruto caught his kunai, as a large smile appeared on his face.
'This is just like Mom and Monstro! I just have to keep running, and throw my kunai at where I was!' thought Naruto excitedly.
Putting his theory to the test, Naruto started moving around the room randomly.
Naruto saw a shadow on the ground, and ran out of it. Turning around, Naruto threw his kunai at the shadow. As the tail came down, the kunai glowed white, as it cut through the tail, there was a great white flash, as the wound spread, and cut the tail in half.
Catching his kunai, Naruto smiled, at his handiwork.
Suddenly, Naruto felt a crushing pain, as a second tail smashed him into the ground. The tail quickly raised in the air, poised for another strike.
Naruto quickly forced himself to stand, and started moving
'I forgot he has nine tails. I guess I can't stop running.'
Naruto resumed running around the room, until he saw a shadow beneath him once more. He turned around and threw his kunai at the shadow, and started running away from the shadow.
Naruto heard the sound of something hitting the ground, and then something large falling.
'I guess I hit it, but I can't look at the moment,'
Looking underneath him, Naruto saw that there was another shadow above him. Naruto kept running forward, and did as he had previously, he turned around, and threw his kunai.
Or at least he would have if his kunai had returned yet.
Naruto watched as a tail smashed into the ground, and he caught his kunai. He threw his kunai at the tail, but it quickly moved out of the way.
As the tail moved away, Naruto heard a loud pop, and saw a cloud of smoke where the tail had landed.
'Well that's probably not good.'
As the cloud cleared, Naruto saw what appeared to be a black flying leech that had a large eye in its mouth.
Naruto looked at the leech, and decided he really didn't want to find out what it would do, so he threw his kunai at it. The leech did nothing to avoid the kunai, as it wandered around the area where it had appeared. The second that the kunai connected with the leech, the leech exploded, as if it were a bomb.
Not wanting to be crushed by another tail, Naruto continued his mad dash around the room.
He saw another shadow, and threw his kunai at it. Once more, there was the sound of a tail smashing into the ground, but instead of the sound of something falling, Naruto heard a loud pop. Looking back at the pop, Naruto saw another leech, and was about to throw his kunai at it, when he saw a shadow underneath him.
Naruto moved out of a way of the impending tail, and turned to face the leech.
To his surprise, the leech made a shriek, as it lined itself up with Naruto, and charged at him at an incredibly fast pace.
Surprised, Naruto didn't have time to throw his kunai at the leech.
The leech rain into Naruto, and exploded. The explosion knocked Naruto backwards, into the Kyuubi's tail. The tail quickly batted Naruto across the room, into a wall.
Naruto cried out in pain as he slid down the wall, and started to cough. Naruto suddenly started to cough and vomit up blood.
'I don't feel too good. I'm pretty sure I'm about to die,' thought Naruto as he rolled fell on his side.
Looking up, Naruto watched as a tail rapidly approached.
'Well this is it,' Naruto thought, 'I wish I could have told Jiraiya about this. He probably would have taken me out to get some ramen.'
Closing his eyes, Naruto waited for death to come.
After what seemed like hours, Naruto opened his eyes, and was shocked.
The tail was right above him, but it was being stopped by some sort of blue shield. Looking at the shield, Naruto caught a flash of light coming from his hands.
Looking down, Naruto saw that the polaroid was glowing the same color as the shield.
Naruto smiled with renewed faith, and threw his kunai at the tail. He watched as the kunai split the tail in half, and heard a loud howl.
The mysterious darkness on the ceiling started to dissipate, and allowed Naruto to watch as the Kyuubi's grip on the ceiling faltered.
The now six tailed fox fell and landed hardly on the ground with a loud thump.
Catching his kunai, Naruto stood up, and walked towards the Kyuubi's limp body.
Looking at the beast, Naruto saw that its chest was not moving.
'I can't take any chances. I must make sure he is dead,' thought Naruto.
He slowly limped towards the Kyuubi's head, kunai in hand.
One last time, Naruto threw his kunai at the Kyuubi.
The kunai pierced through the front of the Kyuubi's head, and came out through the back of his head. The moment the kunai returned to Naruto's hand, the Kyuubi's body started to shake violently, along with the entirety of the room.
The body of the Kyuubi started to randomly enlarge and shrink, as there was the sound of bones breaking. The Kyuubi's bones started to break through his skin, as his muscle started to explode, causing blood to cover the entirety of the room. The skin of the Kyuubi started to burn, as it gave off the smell of sulphur. After the muscles stopped exploding, and the skin of the Kyuubi fully burnt off, there was a large body of Chakra, shaped like the Kyuubi.
The Chakra started to compress and shake wildly, as a strong gust of wind started to blow across the room. Naruto watched in wonder as the chakra compressed into a ball the size of the head of a pin.
Naruto started to walk towards the ball of chakra, when suddenly it exploded.
The chakra let off a great red flash, which temporarily blinded Naruto.
The blinded Naruto felt an almost unbearable heat wash over him. Along with the heat came a great surge of what felt like malice given a tangible form, causing Naruto to shudder.
In an instant, the heat, and malice were gone.
Naruto blinked several times, as his vision started to return. He looked at where the ball was, and was surprised.
Where the Kyuubi's body once was, there was a large wooden chest that had a golden frame.
Naruto walked over to the chest, and opened it.
Looking into the chest, Naruto started to relive his adventure through his basement. Everything that had transpired through his time renewed itself in his mind, and Naruto realized something.
With a shocked look on his face, Naruto felt a pull come from the chest.
Naruto climbed into the chest, and the lid closed down over him.
