"I had not anticipated this" The Fallen said A small light began to flash red on the consol. Megatron looked up and checked the controls. The screen showed instructions that even Megatron could not understand. "Master, what is this?"
"Instructions" The Fallen said bluntly "Instructions for what?"
"To create another Solar Harvester"
Optimus and the surviving Autobots had regrouped in a large park, out of the way from anyone. Ratchet was tending to Ironhide's wounds, while Breakaway and Street Wise kept a look out, hoping no Decepticon had followed them.
"Optimus, we can t stay here, Megatron is probably making his next move" Jazz said "I know, but the Decepticons outnumber us, and we still don t know what they are after."
A large explosion appeared in the Centre of the group, making Rebecca and Danny hide behind the nearest tree they could find. Bumblebee and Holly went flying into the air, and landed hard on the ground.
"Oh come on, does this always happen!" Holly shouted "Bumblebee?" Ironhide said "Yeah, I m here" Bumblebee answered Holly ran to Rebecca and Danny, hugging them both, while Bumblebee walked over to Optimus.
"Optimus, i know what the Decepticons want" Bumblebee said "They want to destroy Earths sun"
"What, how are they going to do that" Streetwise asked "Using a machine called the Solar Harvester" Bumblebee said Holly, Rebecca, and Danny all sat down under a tree away from the Autobots. Holly had told them what happened in Egypt. "So, does that mean we can leave and go home" Danny said Holly looked at him, but said nothing. Rebecca didn't dare say anything, in case she made things worse.
"Well, can we?" Danny repeated "NO" Holly finally shouted "What, why? The Autobots don t need us anymore" Danny protested "I have nowhere to go, my home is destroyed, and i have giant robots chasing me around the globe. I'm not leaving" Holly once again shouted "You re going to get yourself killed." Danny said "Rebecca, tell her"
Rebecca jumped back.
"I'm not getting involved" Rebecca didn't know what to say "I'm staying with the Autobots, no matter what you say" Holly said Bumblebee had finished telling Optimus what Jetfire told them, so the Autobots began to mobilise. Holly noticed this.
"Well I m going with them" Holly said Danny looked at Rebecca. They both watched Holly get into the back seat of Street Wise's police car "I don t think we re going to stop her" Rebecca said, before running off towards the Autobots "Where are you going?" Danny shouted "If she's alone, she could get killed" Rebecca shouted back Danny stood still, before catching up with them.
The Autobots raced across New Jersey, nearing the Lincoln Tunnel. Breakaway and Sky fire flew above, while Optimus and Jazz raced ahead of the main group. Optimus transformed and looked at the City of Manhattan.
"Optimus, look" Jazz pointed to the Empire State Building The top of the building was full of alien scaffolding. Most of the Exterior was covered with massive pieces of Metal, all converging on the top spire, which had been converted to look exactly like the Original Harvester, only slimmer.
"They've built another one" Jazz continued "Then we must take the fight to them." Optimus said "Autobots roll out!"
As they transformed, Grindor flew in and opened fire. Most of the Autobots were already in the tunnel, but Grindor activated his under mounted Claw and grabbed Streetwise, who carried Holly, Rebecca, and Danny, and flew off into the city.
"What the? What just happened?" Bumblebee asked "Don t know, but I m sure he can defend himself" Ironhide said "Really?" Bumblebee said again "Well yeah, he held his own against him earlier" Jazz shouted from the front
Starscream flew across the city of New York, flying around the Chrysler Building and down Fifth Avenue. He then flew around the Empire State building, and then transformed, grabbing hold of the spire at the top. Megatron joined him, sending people screaming. Megatron observed the massive building.
Lord Megatron, the Harvester is 50% completed Starscream told his master Also Grindor has captured the Human child Excellent, tell Grindor to keep hold of her until our work here is finished Megatron said What do we need the human for, she s useless to us now Starscream asked She still has information of the Allspark, information I can use to finally destroy the Autobots once and for all Megatron replied With you in command that will never happen Starscream muttered
