"What are they doing?" Danny asked "Don t know" Streetwise said Jolt launched what seemed to be two chains at both Optimus and Jetfire.
"Jolt, electrify" Ratchet shouted The chains suddenly surged with energy and the parts of Jetfire merged with Optimus, and soon the Autobot leader stood up, looking completely different.
"Let s Roll" Optimus said before he took to the sky. As he did, fighter jets roared through the sky firing missiles at the Empire State building
"My lord, the humans have launched an attack against us" Megatron told The Fallen "I can see that, they won t trouble us for long" The Fallen said The Decepticon raised his hand, and launched the jets missiles on each other, destroying them all. He also made columns of fire raise from the ground, destroying the battleships that surrounded the city.
"Puny Humans, your world is mine!" The Fallen gloated Optimus then rammed into The Fallen, sending him backwards. Megatron and Soundwave quickly took to the sky.
Optimus and the Fallen crashed into central Park, The Fallen kicking Optimus behind him and pulling out his Staff. Optimus skidded to a halt and faced The Fallen. Optimus fired his laser cannon, but The Fallen teleported above the Autobot leader and impaled his shoulder with the Staff. Optimus broke the staff and threw the Fallen across the field they were in. The Decepticon leader quickly got back onto his feet and dived at Optimus, grabbing him by the jets and throwing him onto the floor. The fallen then swiped at Optimus's head, taking off a piece of his mouth plate. Optimus pulled out his energy sword and swung at The Fallen, who dodged backwards. "Die, like your brothers!" The Fallen roared "They were your brothers as well" Optimus replied Megatron then swooped in, pulling out his Death lock Pincer. Optimus saw him coming, and threw the Decepticon into one of the lakes. Starscream and Soundwave flew in. Starscream transformed and fired his Minigun at Optimus, who charged and fired his laser cannon. The shot his Starscream in the chest and sent him flying backwards. Soundwave transformed and released his minions.
"Ravage, Rumble, and Laser Beak: Transform. Operation: Warfare."
The Three Transformers dived out of Soundwave and attacked. Laser Beak clawed away at Optimus's face mask, while ravage had jumped onto the Autobots back. Rumble used his giant hammer hands to cause a small earthquake which stunned Optimus. Soundwave then fired his main cannon, which threw the Autobot to the floor. Megatron flew out of the lake, rather impatient that The Fallen had not given him his prize.
"Fallen, give me what you promised, make me a Prime!" Megatron ordered "Primes are born, not made Megatron, you were betrayed" Optimus said "Don t listen to him! Those are false words from a failed machine, on a doomed planet" The Fallen said "Destroy him"
But Megatron was not convinced, and took off into the sky.
"Decepticons, quickly, we must escape this place before we are destroyed!" Megatron ordered Starscream and Soundwave followed Megatron away from the Planet.
"Megatron!" The Fallen shouted "You've lost, the Decepticons have abandoned you" Optimus said As he said that, a beam of light shot into the sky from the Harvester. The Fallen looked at Optimus in triumph.
"I don t need Megatron, once I m done with this planet, i will roam the universe, feeding from its stars" The fallen laughed before teleporting back onto of the Empire State building. Optimus quickly followed, and faced the Fallen once again. The Fallen jumped at Optimus, grabbing onto one of the jets and ripping it off. He also smashed his main cannon, and sent him to the ground. The Autobot leader managed to cling on to the side of the building, and climbed back up to the top. Optimus was met by the Fallen s fury, and was nearly sent back down. Optimus kicked the Fallen back and stabbed him in the chest with his sword.
"Where are we going!" Danny shouted to Streetwise as they drove out of New York with Holly and the other Autobots "Trust me, you do not want to be in there when that thing blows" Streetwise replied "Blows?"
"That thing will blow up if Optimus wants to deactivate it, which will destroy a large portion of the city" Streetwise said
The Fallen staggered backwards, and looked at Optimus "You can t win Optimus, if you want to save this world, you will have to destroy the Harvester, and if that goes, so do you and this whole city" The Fallen laughed Optimus hesitated, but he knew what he had to do. He raised his fist in the air and prepared to smash the Matrix.
"NO, you will destroy us all!" The Fallen shouted But it was too late, Optimus smashed the Matrix, and the resulting explosion consumed the City, along with The Fallen and Optimus
