I can't protect them, they're not even in the same country! McGee's on a satellite tracking a dot that I have to trust is our people, our team, my team. I'm on a phone, again. I hate these things. They mean distance and distance means helplessness. I can't help or control what happens while they're not next to me. I wonder sometimes are we on the right side or more correctly is our government. My job is to bring Tony and Kate home and I'll do that, but their mission could only be completed by subterfuge and blackmail. We do this job, a job that may get one of us killed, each for our own reasons. But sometimes I wonder if the injustice of justice is worth working through. But then I think who would bring our people home.
