Hey everyone Bunji here, sorry I hadn't update any of my fics for a long while. I've been busy with work and it really been eating up my time working on my fics.

Also again for those who didn't read what I said in the last chapter. This story take place after Naruto save Gaara from the Akatsuki. Also If it was during when Naruto got his Bijuu form, where would the fun be? The story would be a helloflot shorter and get bored quick if Naruto overthrown the Island quickly.

This story is again, mainly about Naruto surviving against great odds against him. Being capture, chakra was drain upon arrival, dealing two Amazon Queens, who both wants him. Nearly died twice! Naruto is surviving! Again He's SURVIVING!

Another note, being defeated or manhandle by enemies or people you don't know isn't show of being super weak. You don't know what the hell is going on nor do you know the true strength of those who on the Island. Naruto is thrown in a world he's unknown too. Getting your ass kick few times is known to happen. It happens alot not only in anime or video games but in life as well.

If you don't like how I'm doing this story, FUCKING LEAVE! Don't keep bitching to me about it or try to report this story due to weak Naruto or grammar or since most of the girls are futanari!

Anyway enough of my rant enjoy the new chapter everyone, I know I said there would be lemon in the next chapter, but due to my time being eaten up by work I couldn't get it in time. Maybe next time everyone ok?

Chapter Six-New Life part 1

"Ahhhhhhh!"

Being dropped from a hundred foot cliff, Naruto screamed as he fell.

Naruto's fall was broke by the large tree branches, as each branch broke upon impact, Naruto finally hit the ground but in a hard impact.

"Gahhhhh….shit…" He landed on his back, the pain surge through his body.

"This…sucks so bad…" He groaned.

His hands and feet were still tie. He rolled over on his stomach. Looking up at the sky, he saw something shining in the air. He stared as he wonders what it was.

STAB!

An inch from his face was a large bone knife.

He didn't say anything he knew who knew this bone knife. Sighing, he rose up and rubbed his tie hands against the bone knife cutting the thick rope.

Once freed, he looked at the sky as it was getting late, the sun was about to set. He needed to find this beast quick and end it. Naruto decide no more fooling around and no holding back, his life was on the line he needed to fight back even if they were females.

He needed to know who his friends were and who his enemies are.

"Naruto, no more games you need to be smart. We're in unknown fields here." The nine tails spoke.

"I know fox, Vasp…" He sigh "I don't want to kill her or Zita."

"If you don't do something they will kill each other or enslave us."

"I'll find a way home, but I need to end this war on this Island. Baa-chan must have sent a search party for me, but I'm not leaving this Island." He frowned.

"You can summon your frogs remember? I am surprise you forgot."

"You try having a chakra drain collar and imprison by clan of man-eating women. Yeah the fear and panic blame those for me forgetting it. But right now I need to find this beast." He walked on through the unknown forest.

He would find the beast but the only question is what or who is this beast?

Sunset:

While journeying through the dark forest, Naruto came across one thing he never thought of seeing on this Island.

"What's this doing here?" He asked himself.

Standing before Naruto was a large building in ruins. The building was old, the windows were broken and the front door was gone.

Naruto had a very ill feeling about this place, he for some reason he believe he would find some answer within this building.

Inside Unknown Building:

Entering the old building, Naruto looked around the entrance. Sun had set and night has come. Naruto looked around and so happen found a working flashlight.

Naruto search the first floor of the ruin building. The building was empty but Naruto kept his guard up no matter what.

But when Naruto enter one room that had the name "Break room" on it, he looked around the place but found what appears to be a journal.

Naruto used the flashlight to read in the dark break room.

Day One

The Patients shows good signs of treatment. Some have shown some side effects of the new charka pill. Need more pills to check with Doctor Kim.

'So this is a hospital?' His thoughts were.

Day Ten

Patients are showing a rare sign of boost chakra. The pills are working, the Doctor was right. Her result was a true breakthrough. Maybe we can help the sick after with this?

'There were curing sick people here huh?' Naruto looked around the break room.

Day Twenty-two

The experiment those scientist have been doing, is becoming a real cut time for Doctor Kim's time on the project cure. They're always begging them Doctor to help them, Damnit we have sick people here. I won't have them taking her away from the ill.

Day Twenty-Seven

Doctor Kim has fallen to the illness the others have. Damn those Book-worms in coats. Our best Doctor is now ill. They must have been in those caves again, oh what a perfect time.

Those crystals in the caves aren't good energy boost. I believe those crystal are the cause of the illness, I pray we find the cure before Doctor Kim dies.

Naruto paused as he remembers the giant crystal that Zita and her warriors serve. Could this be the God, Vasp spoke of, his mind wondered.

The rest of the pages were torn but the last page wasn't torn.

Day Fifty

Doctor Kim has passed away, damn those fools. They had her working when she should have been in bed resting. Damn them, damn them all. I'll make them pay, I'll make them all pay!

If they want energy I'll give it to them. Don't worry Doctor Kim I'll make them pay,

Your right hand…Emma…

"Seem like many people were sick on this Island. I wouldn't be surprised if Vasp was one of the ills ones." The Nine Tails told Naruto.

'Maybe, Vasp did say Zita offer her service to that thing for her to survive. Maybe I can find out what really happen here?'

Naruto searched around the break room to see if there were anymore notes or journal around to read. But however he didn't find anything else within the break room.

'Maybe if I go on another floor I can find something?' He wondered.

Leaving the break room, he found a set of stairs that went to the upper level, upon reaching floor two the door was blocked by something. Naruto didn't bother to try opened the door he went to the third floor hoping to find some answer in this old hospital.

On the third floor, there was room for patients. There was blood on the walls and on the floor, Naruto got down on one knee and felt the blood covered floor.

"It's…warm." He spoke with a worry look.

Suddenly he heard the sound of a door opened, Naruto took cover behind a large nurse desk.
The sound of a cart being rolled was heard follow by the sound of someone humming. When Naruto peeked from the desk to see who was there.

However the person entered another room by the time Naruto peeked.

He sigh with relief with eyes close, he really didn't want to be found even if the person was friendly. The island was twist and strange and being in area unknown to him made things even worst.

"Hey, who ya hiding from?" A woman's voice spoke.

Naruto's eyes shot open, he froze with fear. He know he shouldn't look back to see who or what was behind him.

Naruto quickly jumped on the other side of the desk to see who was behind him. Standing behind him was indeed a woman, but not quite the type of woman he would encounter. The woman wore a stander nurse's outfit, but however the outfit was dirty and had blood on it.

The woman had short black hair, her eyes were lifeless gray. She wore a small mouth covered. She was holding a small candle.

"W-who are you?" He asked the woman.

"I'm Nurse Emma, are you here visiting someone or…" The Nurse noticed how badly beta up his body was, but of course those marks came he fell from a cliff and using tree branches for support.

"Before you even say anything, I'm fine. I am in no need of any…treatment." He kept an eye on the woman before him. Her appearance alone seems very off.

"You look normal…but that wound…" She looked at his chest where the tattoo was.

"What happen here Emma?" He asked the woman.

"So much," She answered.

"Explain." He said with a serious face.

"About forty years ago, on this Island. Many people started to get sick, all because a group scientist discovers a cave near the volcano. Within the cave was a cavern filled with crystal, there they found a large bone." Emma told Naruto.

"A large bone of what?" He asked.

"I do not know, but it supposes to belong to a large creature in time beyond ours. The scientists were so thrill with the discovery. And had our best doctors of field and medical to aid them upon the discovery. Doctor Kim was a part of it she was my teacher and my best friend." Emma had the look of saddest in her dead eyes.

"The village chief told the scientists to stop the project. Those caverns were never meant to be discovered. But they didn't listen and soon after. Everyone start getting sick, and suddenly a war broke out. But before that a huge explosion, I was here when it happen." Emma told the Uzumaki.

"You've been here all this time?" He looked around.

"I am…here to help others. But no one come here offer. I find women coming here, stealing my things. Stealing from Doctor Kim…stealing from us. So I make sure they won't steal from us. But the ones I find they so sick, they need help…I help them." Emma explained. Naruto remain silence as Emma went on.

"Doctor Kim done so much for everyone here, I won't have her research stolen by others. Though the Doctor is gone…she's with me helping me as I help others those who are in need." Emma chuckled.

"Emma…I'm not from here. I was brought here to this Island. I want to help everyone here but the only way is if I know what happen here. Can you help me?" He asked the Nurse.

"I can help you…if you help me." Emma looked away shyly at first.

"Help you with what?" He asked with a long stare.

"A little experiment." A male's voice spoke.

Naruto quickly looked back to see who was there. But before Naruto could even strike who was behind him. He felt someone strike his neck, shoulders and thighs, crashing down to the floor hard.

"Gah my body! What the hell?!" He yells.

Naruto couldn't see who was standing beside Emma.

"Please forgive me." She said to the Uzumaki.

"Emma such a wonderful nurses. Gotta love that gentle fist style." The male said.

"Alright then let get this one ready for our little experiment, shall we Ms. Emma?"

Elsewhere on the Island:

"Its nightfall where are they?" One of the Amazons spoke.

"Maybe they got capture by Vasp; it's very likely she hunts us for a living." Another Amazon spoke.

The escaped Amazon along with Estelia and Zukral made it to their little campsite which was the forest area that Sakrai lives. It was night but even this peacefully area was filled with danger at night. The Amazons will have one of their own for night shift duty to keep watch.

One of the Amazons notice someone was running towards them.

"Girls look alive, someone's coming!"

The women turned their attention towards whoever was coming their way.

"Hey it's Asulfa!" One of the Amazons smiled.

Asulfa was alive and well, she looked tired though, they knew she must have escaped and ran far from the hunters of the Island. After catching her breath Asulfa explain to her friends how she escaped and what was going on.

"Vasp let you go? Are you serious?" The Amazons looked surprise with widen eyes.

"She did, I don't know if I was lucky because of that man. His name was Naruto I believed."

"What happen to him?" Sakrai asked the red head.

"She threw him off a cliff."

"SHE DID WHAT?!" Sakrai shouted.

"But not just that, she sent him on a mission if he did it, she would let me go." The red head tan beauty said.

"What mission?" Estelia asked her friend.

"She sent him to kill…those two. You know…the ones that live in the dark forest in the lower area." All but Sakrai, face turned pale white.

"He's dead." One of the women said.

"Dead and dinner," Another added.

"This is bad, very bad." Zukral frown.

"What's going on girls?" Asulfa asked.

"That Naruto guy, we were planning to use him to help us defeat crazy bitch sisters." Zukral sweatdrop as she sighed.

"I'm going." Estelia spoke up.

"Alone? They will eat you alive…." One of the Amazons said.

"Estelia don't do it." Zukral frown, caring for her friend.

"We need him Zukral, or else how many more of us will be killed or eaten. He's the best chance we got right now. If he dies, we'll be stuck in this endless war." Estelia gave her friend the long stare.

"Just be carefully. Ok?" Zukral smiled.

"I will." The orange head gave a nod.

Estelia ran off into the dark jungle of the night in hope of finding their only chance of ending this war once and for all.

Back with Naruto:

"Hey! Hey! Hey kid wake up!" A man's voice called out.

"Hmm," Naruto groan a bit.

Slowly opening his eyes, the blonde Uzumaki blinked at least three times before his sight became clear to him. He felt something gripping his wrists, when he tried to move his legs he felt something gripping his legs.

He gasps, now fully awake. He found himself strapped to not just a chair but a wheelchair.

"Ah good, your awake. For a moment I thought you were dead." The man laughed.

Being pushed by the unknown man, Naruto was getting his tour of the ruin Hospital.

"You know, I thought all the males were wiped out on this Island filled beautiful women and lesbians. But you came to my Hospital." The man again laughed "I am so glad to see another guy around. You don't how fucking boreding, it is with women everywhere and no guy to chat about it."

"W-who are you?" He asked the unknown man.

"I'm the Doctor, Emma you already met her. But she was my sister's little helper. She and I are doing a little experiment. But we have been missing a special piece for some time now. I've been trying my best to hide from the others out there, since I'm the only male on this Island. Well until you show up kid." The male Doctor explained.

"Please let me go. I got to find a monster and killed it." Naruto asked the Doctor nicely.

"Hmm, a monster huh? I guessed little Vasp must have sent you to find who's been killing her girls. I will say I'm no monster kid, I'm a Doctor." He chuckled.

The Doctor rolled Naruto to the first floor, there the front door was right there, right in front of them.

"Well kid, there you go. There's the exit right there. There you go, get some fresh air be free as a…dog or rabbit…I don't know fuck." The Doctor stood to the right side of Naruto. Getting a clear look at the male Doctor, Naruto looked very worry from laying his eyes on the Doctor.

The Doctor wore a long black coat that blood over him, he wore long black gloves with a mask hiding his face. His eyes were dead-gray. He had no hair he was bale. The man was six-feet tall.

Naruto knew this man was fucking with him, being strapped to a wheelchair and his body hasn't recover not only being stunned by Emma, but being thrown off a cliff and having his heart ripped out from his chest.

"Fuck you asshole," Were the words the young ninja said.

"Wanna stay you say? Ok, fine with me. Beside its dark out who knows what out there right?" He pushed Naruto away from the front exit towards a working elevator.

After hitting a button that sends the elevator to the upper floors.

"You know kid, I hope you're not….at forget it." The Doctor shook his head.

Reaching the fifth floor, pushing him out Naruto struggled to free himself from the wheelchair. Bearing his teeth, the straps were starting to loosen their grip.

"No, no, no." The Doctor said. He pushed the wheelchair into the wall, he grab Naruto by the back of his head and bash his face to the wall at four times making him bleeding from the nose.

"Don't try to escape buddy." Naruto looked to the Doctor before he spit his own blood at him.

"Heh you got guts, at least you got guts." He bashed Naruto's face to the wall one more time.

Entering the hallway downward, Naruto saw corpses of the Amazon women laying on the tables and beds. Each one of them had a hole in their chest their hearts were missing as the other corpses had their throats slash and their limbs missing.

Near the end of the hallway, Naruto saw a living Amazon woman; he wasn't sure what village she was from though. The woman had her arms cut off but her legs were strapped to the bed. She had a gag on her mouth as she struggled to free herself or she was acting this way because of the Doctor?

"Shh, Shh, You weren't using your arms anyway." The Doctor told the woman. As the two passed the strapped down woman, the Doctor whispers to Naruto.

"Truth be told, I needed a back scratcher." An ill feeling suddenly dropped on Naruto. He knew what Doctor did to the woman and what became of her missing limbs.

Entering a room, there was a dirty table that had blood dripping from the table's end. The Doctor walked over to the dirty table and looked at Naruto.

"Now before we can begin. I want to have a little chat with you, surely if you know of Vasp. You must know of her big sister right? How is that woman? Still killing and mating her own to please that freak of a Gem? No offense to the woman, but sometimes I worry just how crazy she has gotten? But I'm mostly curious on who's side your now kid." The Doctor grabbed a long knife.

"I'm with neither side." He glared at the crazy man.

"You sure? You don't look so sure. Maybe you're lying to me or not. Oh well doesn't matter anyway kid." The Doctor saw Emma entered the room, she bow her head upon entering the room.

"Its understandable, people get scared, no one wants to die. We do crazy things just to survive no? They're as like to turn to God as anything else to solve their problems. But we're on to more concrete faiths now, we make our own faith. Believe in our own luck." Naruto didn't like how the man was holding the long knife and close he was too him.

"Murder in its simplest form, but what happens when all the money is gone? Or if you're last person left? Or maybe you're favorite things are gone? People go crazy and killing is the first thing to happen. Believe me kid I've seen it." Naruto looked away from the Doctor, as he tried once again to struggle for freedom.

STAB!

Thrusting the long knife into Naruto's chest where the heart was. Even though his heart wasn't there it still hurt like hell being stabbed.

"You're paying attention? Come on kid! Listen to your Elders!" He twisted the blade handle as Naruto's groan in pain. He grabbed the young man's right hand as a loud snap noise was heard.

Somewhere in the Dark Forest:

"AHHHHH!"

Loud cried echoes throughout the dark forest, Estelia heard the loud cried. She may her way to the origin of the loud cried.

'Hope I'm not too late.' Her thoughts were.

Back at the Hospital:

The Hospital echoes with Naruto's scream. The Doctor snapped only Naruto's right index finger but his middle and ring finger.

"Are you pay attention now?" He asked the young blonde.

"FUCK YOU!" Naruto's eyes flash red, he headbutt the Doctor. The Doctor fell down on the ground, Emma quickly rushed to his side. Naruto's strapped broke right off by his raw strength. He then untied his legs from the legs strap.

Once he was escaped from the wheelchair. He ran out of the room into the hallway, he pulled the long knife out from his chest, holding his wound while looking around a place to hide from the mad Doctor and Emma.

Hiding in a room about six doors down from the room he escaped from. Naruto could hear the mad Doctor yelling in anger.

"Fuck! Fuck! REALLY! HE THINKS HE'S GONNA WALK OUT ON ME! IF THERE'S ONE THING, I CANNOT GODDAN STAND! IS A QUITTER!"

"Doctor please calm down." Emma spoke.

"Emma I leave you to find the little shit, I got other business in the basement, and make sure he doesn't leave this place…alive. I need him, for a little shit he's a healthy one. I need what inside his body, I need his heart, liver and lungs, those pieces are the missing pieces I need."

Emma looked bother as she looked away from the Doctor.

"Emma please, don't you want to see my sister again? I need body parts of others for that to happen. My sister is almost better…almost she needs good lungs, a strong heart, and a good liver to truly be alive."

"Yes Dr. Cain." The Nurse nodded.

Dr. Cain let out a small sigh before he left Emma alone.

"I should have cut off his feet first. Amateur move."

'I need to get the hell out of here.' Naruto thought.

Elsewhere on the Island:

Sakrai the caretaker was alone as she'd journey through the jungle. Sakrai used the moonlight to guild her through the jungle. Reaching what appears to be a large waterfall, Sakrai walked through the falls only to show there was a hidden spot behind the waterfall.

There before her placed on a grass nest was a large heart, Naruto's heart. The heart was beating loudly and gave off a strong aura as it beats. Sakrai could see the heart was beating fast, something was happening with Naruto, though his heart was taken out, it react the same way as if it was inside his chest, where it should be.

Sakrai grab the heart, holding it gentle in her hands. Feeling her soft warms hands wrapped around it the heart's beat started to return to normal a steady beat. Placing the heart back in the grass nest, Sakrai saw a flower suddenly grew out from the stone ground. She turned her attention to the heart as the Caretaker smiled big.

Back at the Hospital:

Estelia made it to the ruin Hospital. Entering the building with caution, she looked around the place. Soon she heard the sound of someone groaning in pain, Estelia enter a room only to find Naruto searching for medical item.

"Damn it my healing is slow. Damn." He mumbles to himself.

"Naruto?" He heard Estelia's voice.

"What are you doing here?" He asked her.

"Asulfa told us what happen, I came to bring you back." She told him.

"So…Vasp kept her word…" He looked surprise on how the psycho Queen kept her word.

Naruto closed his eyes for a moment he felt a smooth calm feeling overcame him suddenly. He felt the chest wound on his chest started to heal.

"Estelia I need your help." He said.

"With what?" She asked him.

"I'm looking for a beast that has been killing Vasp's warriors. I want to make sure this beast is what I believe is and not something else." Estelia notice the trouble look the young man had on his face.

"Their names are Krush and Cyklama, they are maneaters unlike no other. They consume anything or anyone whom they find or trap." Estelia frown as bringing up their names brought great despair to the beauty warrior.

"I take it, they have done great harm to you?" He looked curious.

"I had more then just six friends whom I grew up with. Only I lived, my first encounter with the two." Estelia shook her head as memories flow through her mind.

"I…know what it's like losing a friend. Estelia we'll chat later I don't like this place and trust me we don't want to get caught by the ones living here…" Estelia saw Naruto's eyes widen quickly. Estelia draw her bone draggers and slice whoever was behind her.

The sound of a head drop to the floor was heard. Estelia looked to see who it was, it was Emma holding a large bloody knife. Emma's body drop to the floor next to her head, Naruto stare at Emma's head feeling bit of pity for her after reading pieces of her dairy.

"You know her?" Estelia asked him.

"No." He answered quickly.

'Once I finish this war, I'm coming back for you, you bastard.'

With that said and done, the two left the ruin Hospital.

After awhile, Emma's body twitch for a moment, the body suddenly rose up from the floor. The body bends over to grab her head. After placing the head back on the body. Emma hold her head keeping it from falling off, she walked off to report to the Dr. Cain, that their little guest escape, along with company aiding him.
