Chapter Three: Photo Shoot

I am sooo sorry that I haven't been updating in a long time. But I'm back and I'll try to update once a week. I hope you like this chapter!

Hayley Marshall stood and surveyed the Poptv studios. The entire room was filled with make-up stations; dressing rooms; carts filled with food. And a stage where they will be photographed on, that was being decorated. Today was the day she would meet three of her co-stars for the new show L.A Candy. Not that she really cared about meeting them. Long as they don't get in her way of being the star of the show, she wouldn't have any problem with them. Throwing her latte in the trash. Hayley spotted Jenna rushing two girls toward the make-up stations. Following her, Hayley was curious what the two girls looked like.

"Haley, finally. Have you seen Bonnie?" Jenna asked.

"She's on her way." Bonnie was the first girl Hayley met of the girls that was going to be on the show.

"Good. Um, Hayley this is your costar Katherine and Caroline." Hayley notice the blonde had dark circles under eyes and hair was a messy bun. She was lucky nobody knew who she was. The brunette Katherine, was stunning. Caroline and Bonnie were cute, beautiful even, but Katherine was the only one who rivaled her in the looks department.

"Okay, Katherine this is Melissa and she'll be doing your make-up and hair. And once Lexie gets here Caroline she'll be doing yours. And Anna you'll be with Bonnie." Jenna said before leaving. Just as she left, a blonde walked in the room with huge smile on her face.

"So who is the lucky girl getting her make-up done by me today?" Lexie said proudly walking to her make –up station.

"That would be me." Caroline stated smiling. Ever since Shane called Katherine and her telling them that they would be doing a photo shoot for the show and they would meet their co-stars, she couldn't wait. She could barley sleep. And now it was finally happening!

"Oh, well you're going to make my job easy." Lexie said padding the seat in front of her. Being late to the studio didn't bother Lexie and neither did lying to Caroline. Hayley thought wiping lint off her robe.

"So Hayley, when did you get here to get your make-up done, 4 am?" Katherine teased as Melissa did her hair. Hayley reminded Katherine one of those girls back home, who acted like everyone was beneath her.

"No, I have my own stylist. I don't just trust anybody doing my hair and make-up, they never get it right."

Melissa, Anna and Lexie sent Hayley dirty looks.

"So, what are we going to look like?" Caroline asked trying to ease the tension.

"It's a retro fifties concept. We're all going to be holding big, round lollipops and wearing fifties style swimsuits. Wanna see?" Not waiting for an answer Hayley gladly took off her robe revealing a hot pink swimsuit that hugged her perfect curves. Light pink lace trim lined the top where her cleavage spilled out.

"Isn't it just cute?" Hayley cried out.

"I can't wait to put on mine." Caroline exclaimed. Katherine was the totally opposite of what Caroline was feeling.

"What's wrong Katherine?" Melissa asked noticing her facial expression.

"I don't do pink."

"Relax, yours is obviously black." Hayley smirked. Scrunching up her eyebrows Katherine waited impatiently for Melissa to finish.

"Please tell me this is Studio Three?" A girl the same age as Caroline and the rest of them walked in.

"You must be Bonnie. I'm Anna your make-up and hair stylist." Walking past Hayley, Bonnie made her way to a make-up station in the middle of Katherine and Caroline.

Just as Bonnie sat down, Caroline introduced herself.

"I'm Caroline by the way. Your co-star."

"Hi."

"You have really pretty eyes. I always wanted green eyes." Caroline stated.

"Thanks. You have pretty eyes too." Caroline smiled. She liked Bonnie unlike Hayley. But since Hayley was her co-star she was going to at least try.

"So where do you want me to stand, right there?" Hayley said asking the director of the photo shoot, Mike. It was an hour later and finally everybody was dressed and ready for the shoot. Katherine was wearing black, Caroline blue and Bonnie yellow. Which Hayley thought would look ugly on her skin color but actually made her look radiant.

"Do we have everybody?" Mike asked Jenna sounding tired and irritated.

"Uh, yes. Well, the other is here putting her swimsuit on just as we speak."

"Well, can she hurry it up? I don't have all day."

"I'll go check on her." Jenna said walking away.

"Okay, how many girls are in this show?" Katherine asked Caroline touching her brown hair that was pinned in an up do.

"5." Hayley answered. "Shane said that hired her last minute."

"You and Shane seem like best friends. Do you guys share lip-gloss too?" Katherine said being sarcastic earning a giggle.

"She's just kidding. Katherine gets cranky when she doesn't get coffee in her system." Caroline chuckled.

Hayley rolled her eyes.

"Okay, girls were going to start without hr. I want... you ...uh...Caroline sitting on the big candy heart there and Bonnie I want you to sit beside her. I want both of your knees at an angle but your chest facing forward. It's okay if your shoulder's touching. Hayley, I want you on the left side of Bonnie. Left hand down by your side and your right hand on your hip." Hayley sighed. They were just test shots. She reminded herself. There was still time for her to be in the center. But still things weren't going the way Hayley predicted.

"And Katherine I want you to do the same thing but opposite arms. And tilt your head up and-"

"I'm here, where do you want me?" A blonde girl with blue eyes said making an entrance.

"Ah, Rebekah thank you for joining us."

Caroline looked at Katherine getting the answer she needed. It was the same girl who answer the phone. Great, just Great. Caroline thought.

Rebekah rolled her eyes. Turning her attention to her co-stars, Rebekah smirked. She was definitely the cutest.

"Rebekah I want you in the middle of Katherine and Hayley in the back. And don't forget to take off your robe." Mike told her.

Taking her time, Rebekah slipped her robe off, showing off her toned legs and her fair skin and her red bathing suit. Pressing her pink lips together she made her way to her spot. Stepping on Katherine's toes in the process.

"Watch it." Katherine snapped.

"Yikes, somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed." Hayley smirked. She liked Rebekah and her know-it-all-attitude. Who knows, maybe She and I can be friends.

"Okay Rebekah I want you to put both of yours arms on your sides and try to wipe all off that mean look off your face and smile." As Mike was taking the shots, Shane walked with Jenna beside him. Making his way to Mike. Hayley prayed he would say something about where she was standing.

"What so you think Shane?" Mike asked showing him the test shots.

"Uh…" Looking from the photos to the girls a couple times. Trevor whispered to something to Mike.

"Okay girls, were going to move a couple of you around."

Finally, somebody came to their senses. Hayley thought.

Caroline I want your whole body to come forward, facing me. Placing each hand on each leg, still pushing breastbone forward. Katherine I want you to come and sit on the other side of Caroline, crossing your right leg over your leg leg and placing your right arm over your legs. Bonnie I want you to mimic her. But cross your right leg over your left leg, and your left arm over your legs. And remember to push your chest forward." As the girls readjusted their positions, Hayley started to pout. She was supposed to be in the middle not Caroline. Her.

"Yes. Perfect." Shane said smiling. "Rebekah and Hayley I want you guys on the outside of Bonnie and Katherine. Hayley stay where you are and Rebekah outside of Katherine. Right hand on your hip, left arm down to the side. Same thing with you Hayley but opposite's arms. Perfect."

After another hour, they were finished. The girls started changing back into their street clothes.

"I am so hungry that I could eat that lollipop prop." Caroline said shaking her legs from their slumber.

"I thought I was the only one who was thinking that." Bonnie joked.

"Hey, Katherine and I were getting a bite to eat after this. Wanna come with us?"

"Sure." Bonnie smiled. Maybe Grams was wrong. Not everyone in L.A was mean, there was still some nice people in the world. Bonnie thought as she grabbed her jacket.

"I know a perfect place we can go." Rebekah said inviting herself.

"Okay, the more the merrier. Hayley, you want to come too?" Caroline asked.

"No. I got better things, but thanks." Hayley said checking her make-up, than walking off.

"Rude." Katherine stated rolling her brown eyes. What did I sign myself up for?

Sorry no interaction with any of the Mikaelson boys, but next chapter. Finally the girls all met. Some nicer than others. But I will explain why Hayley being so rude in the next chapter. Lol. Please review; favorite; and follow.
