Ally's POV:
I almost forgot about Josh, until he showed up at Sonic Boom that is...
I whipped my head around to the sound of Josh's voice. "Ally! Are you there?" he shouted out into the room. Then, he saw me.
"ALLY!" He yelled, rushing up the stairs. I put on an uneasy smile as he engulfed me in one of those 'I-haven't-seen-you-in-five-years-' hugs you see in the movies. I gave Austin a nervous look as he stood up.
"Ahem." He spoke, interrupting our brother-sister moment, "Who are you?" he asked coldly, glaring at Josh.
"Oh, I'm her half-brother, Josh Simmons! Ally hasn't mentioned me?" He perked up, releasing me and extending his hand out to Austin. Austin hesitantly shook his hand in return, eyeing him suspiciously.
He then turned to me, "What is he doing here?" He asked, locking eyes with me.
"Don't know." I said nervously, looking at the floor. Apparently, we were both going to find out.
"Well, Ally... I'm actually here to apologize for how I treated you all these years." He smiled sadly, looking into my eyes.
I scoffed, before repling, "Apologize? You don't even remember about half of what you did to me because you were so drunk off your ass!" I spat out, pressing my finger to his chest. "And," I continued, backing him up against the wall, "you would probably just end up doing all those horrible things again. So, I suggest you pack up your stuff and leave because no apology is going to make anything better!" I yelled, before swiftly turning on my heel and marching down the stairs and out of the store. I want nothing to do with him anymore.
Josh's POV:
I stood there and blinked. No one has ever said anything like that to me. Before I could even say anything, Ally was out the door just like that and I was left alone with an angry looking blondie.
"Look, I-" I put my hand up in surrender, but the blonde kid just cut me off by grabbing the collar of my shirt.
"Look buddy, what you did to Ally must have been terrible man because I've never seen Ally so pissed off in the two years I've known her. So, just know that if you ever hurt Ally during your little stay here, I will come for you and I will sure as hell make sure you never get near her again." He barked at me, before letting my shirt go and retreating to the outside world, a nasty glare on his face. I was dead for sure.
I stumbled as I tried to re-gain my balance. Ally was pissed, and Austin was going to kill me. This is great.
I sighed as I trudged out of the store, kicking rocks with my foot. This was going to be harder then I thought it would be.
I walked out the door, searching for something to do, when I found a run down bar just around the corner. I shrugged, and walked through the door. I didn't even bother scanning the room before walking up to the counter.
"One French Martini please." I asked the bar tender, who just gave me a nod and started fixing my drink. I didn't care what everyone else thought, I was getting rid of my problems the old fasioned way. I was going to get drunk tonight.
