"Serena," called Tommy.
"Yes," asked a confused Serena.
Serena was about to go out of her house for some fresh air and reminiscence what happened during the Maligore episode. Serena was sure that she never wanted to feel that evil ever again. However, she couldn't go since the rest of the rangers except Justin, Jason, Billy, Rocky, and Kimberly came over to her house. "We want to ask you a question," said Katherine as all of them were in front of her.
"Come into the house," said Serena as she smiled at them.
Everyone came in and sat wherever they could find a seat. Rocky claimed the couch as he placed his crutches on the arm rest. Katherine sat next to Rocky, Billy taking the last seat. Tommy and Kimberly sat on the loveseat. Adam and Jason sat on chairs. All faced Serena as she sat on the floor. "So, what was with the light show," questioned Kimberly.
"First off, what light show," questioned Rocky.
"Serena was glowing silver and dark red while we were fighting evil Kimberly and evil Jason," said Tommy.
"I wish I could have watched that," said Billy, "That would have been morphinomical."
"We're just here to know how you turned Jason and Kimberly back to good," said Adam.
"Well, as you know, the Silver Imperium Crystal protects me and those close to me from evil. When Jason, Adam, and I started to date, we formed a soul bond," said Serena.
"Soul bonds," exclaimed Billy, "Reading from your library, I conclude that the evil in Jason during that episode was spreading towards you. It seemed that Adam was unaffected because the soulmate would block whatever magic is spreading through the bonds."
"In English," said Kimberly.
"Evil Jason's magic was affecting Serena while Serena was blocking Adam from receiving the powers," said Billy.
Serena nodded as her boyfriends hugged her, re-checking if she was fine. Serena smiled as the others were waiting for Serena to continue. "Well, with the Silver Crystal, I have healing powers that could spread out to touch someone and renew them, make them pure again," said Serena.
"But isn't that mostly silver in color," questioned Rocky as he shifted through what he remembered Serena telling them all.
"Yes," said Serena.
"Then WHERE did the gold light come from,' questioned Katherine.
"Ah, that was all Jason," said Serena.
"Huh," questioned everyone.
"Jason saw me wince when he was evil. In his mind, that was physically hurting me. His bond with me, his love for me, didn't like seeing me hurt and was pushing the evil out. With his half of the Golden Crystal, he was trying to heal me from the evil magic that half spread to me. Thus, the healing effects spread out and touched Kimberly, Leragot, and his family, making them healthy and pure again," said Serena.
"Run that by me again," said Tommy.
"Jason has one half of the Golden Crystal. While his mind was pushing out the evil magic through his mental energy he learned in karate, he unconsciously wished on the Golden crystal to heal Serena from the influence of the evil magic that spread within their side of the soul bond. Too much magic makes an explosion, thus shooting gold and silver light around the room, touching those who were affected to be healed and pure again," said Adam.
"Oh," said Katherine.
"I think it's sweet that love conquered that," said Sailor Venus as she appeared.
The rangers jumped while Venus giggled. Serena sighed as she sat on the ground, in between Adam and Jason. Everyone smiled and nodded as they concluded that, indeed, love conquered evil. But one thing lingered in their minds. "Why didn't Pluto or Mercury come out to explain to us," questioned Tommy.
"I was too lazy to explain," said Pluto and Mercury as they appeared.
That statement made everyone fall over, anime style.
