Sparrow: Hello everyone it's chapter 9! I can't believe it's gone so fast

Sting: Oi! Shorty get on with the chapter already!

Sparrow: Why your not in it!

Sting: Cause I wanna tease Blondie later about it

Rogue: Not interested

Sparrow: I-I'm sorry R-rogue I-I didn't know I-I was wasting your t-time *tears up*

Rogue: N-no! Don't cry please I'm...I'm sorry...

Sparrow: All better!Anyway I don'twon fairy tail or itscharacters! Okay chapter 9 here we go!

Weeks later...

Lucy P.O.V

I can't believe he just left me here! In the forest and right in the middle of training too! For the past few weeks me and Jellal had been training together. Not using magic though he said that was the last stage of my training. First I had endurance which wasn't fun. At all. Through all of this I could tell he was holding back, it brought a smile to my face. These last few weeks had been the best weeks of my life. Not worrying about Fairy Tail was doing me some good.

Jellal had just stopped and walked off without explanation telling me to stay where I was. That had been 30 minutes ago. Dread was setting in but I stood where I was none the less. I learnt that Jellal liked to hide his tests. Maybe this was one?

Jellal P.O.V

That familiar magical presence returned to my body. They were home. Now how do I explain Lucy? I had been dreading this moment. The moment that I had to make known what I had been doing the past couple of weeks to my teammates. What if they didn't accept her? I don't know what I'd do...

"You're here." I said as I faced the two cloaked figures. They removed their hoods to reveal the smiling faces of Ultear and Meredy. "What took you so long? Was this dark guild a problem for you to handle?" I teased them. A tick mark appeared on Ultear's forehead as she shot me a glare. I chuckled, they never changed.

"So...Jellal what have you been doing while we were away?" Meredy asked trying to ease the suddenly tense atmosphere. I looked through my head to find an answer while the girls stared at me in shock and confusion. "Jellal...Are-are you blushing?" What? I realised that I had blushed without even noticing. Oh great now they are definitely going to know somethings up.

"No why would I blush?" I asked. They looked skeptical but brushed it off. "Anyway I must tell you something..."

"Well spit it out, we don't have all day..." Ultears voice rang through my head. Great...

Lucy P.O.V

Seriously what was going on? Nothing is making sense anymore... Suddenly I heard a faint WHAT!? In the distance. People? It was a female voice one which sounded familiar to me. Where did I know that voice from? I racked my brains until I heard a slight rustling in the bushes to my right. I readied myself for an attack but immediately relaxed when I saw the two missing members of Crime Sorciere. Ultear and Meredy.

"So he wasn't kidding..." Ultear said in disbelief. Oh so they have finally returned. Thats why Jellal had left to greet them. Wait where was Jellal? Behind me. I swiftly turned from the two mages to throw a punch at Jellal. He caught it easily as expected and smirked at me.

"Good your getting better" he stated not letting go of my still balled up fist. I blushed at his compliment.

"Well it's only because I have one hell of a teacher that I'm learning at all" I said hoping to get a reaction from I did, his cheeks tinted a light pink as he dropped my fist and looked away from me. Ultear cleared her throat seeing the apparent awkwardness of the situation. "Oh sorry I don't know if you remember me but I'm Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia." I greeted the other two mages. They stared at me probably asking why I was being so nice to them.

"Oh yes I'm Meredy if you cannot remember and this is Ultear...welcome to crime sorciere" Meredy smiled at the end of the sentence showing her approval. I turned to Ultear and looked her in the eyes searching for the approval I wanted. She resisted but I gave her the look. My eyes got big, my bottom lip stuck out and started to tremble. I could see her resolve crumbling and she sighed looking irritated.

"Fine! You can stay now roll up your lip before I trip over it! And don't get in my way!" Yes! I thought I smiled brightly and fist pumped the air.

"Thank you both! I promise I won't disappoint you!" I said. I'd been really enjoying the last few weeks besides the endurance, it was fun. I looked over to Jellal and he smiled at me. Wow that smile... Snap out of it! I turned away blushing but unfortunately for me Ultear and Meredy both saw the interaction. They shared a look before both smiling and nodding. Oh no...Mirax2 not good!

"So...what have you two been doing while we were gone?" Ultear teased us. My head snapped to her.

"Nothing!" we both yelled in sync. We shared a glance but I quickly looked away trying to hide my blush.

"Well this should be an interesting journey..." Meredy mused.

"Indeed" Said Ultear. Great...this should be fun.

Sparrow: Oh my god I'm so sorry I havnt updated in like 2weeks I'm so sorry really I don't mean it honest! It's just I've been so busy latly I promise i will update sooner if not you can hit me or something!

Sting: Can't I just hit you now?

Sparrow: Shut it lightbulb! Anyway sorry for the short chapter somethingwill be up soon I promise!
