Here's the next flashback. This one takes place the day of Tori's sexual assault.

I won't go into detail about what happens during the assault. I, for one, do not like the four letter word or action , and I personally think anyone who does any form of sexual assault should get a punishment the assaulted and their family feel fit the crime.

Disclaimer: I don't own 'VicTORious', or the original 16 chapters of this. 'VicTORious' belongs to Nickelodeon, and the original sixteen chapters of this belong to mooncheese1331. I add to the story with flashbacks and actual chapters later with her permission.

A few days after graduation finds Tori, André, Cat, Robbie, Jade, and Beck at Karaoke Dokie for a brunch hang out, since three of them are going to the UCLA campus the next day to get their apartments set up and get everything the need for college in a few months.

Though the group of six is having fun and relaxing with each other, the underlying tone of sadness is clear on their faces. Knowing that after they all head home, they won't see each other, not as much as they used to.

After brunch, André gives Tori a ride home. Declining his offer to hang out a bit more, Tori heads inside to get her stuff organized. Though no immediate plans, though UCLA has accepted her application, the youngest Vega wanted to keep only the essential stuff out, and the stuff not needed put in boxes for if she decides to head to UCLA, her stuff is ready.

Down in the kitchen, Tori makes herself a snack and heads into the living room, watching 'Celebrities Under Water' after giving the repairman hired by her parents to fix the front door a small wave. While she watches t.v., the repairman watches her while working on the door. Unbeknownst to Tori, Will Ewerson, the repairman, has been watching her for the last few days, while he works on the back door and the garage door.

Later that day, after accepting an invite from Cat to hang out, Tori leaves her house, keys, wallet, and phone in pocket, heading towards the park Cat wanted to meet at. On the way, while passing an alley, Tori feels a pair of strong arms pull her in. Before she can scream, she is struck in the head, almost knocking her out.

While in a daze, she feels her pants being pulled down, her panties being ripped off when the jeans are at her ankles, and turned around. Before being struck again, she catches sight of her rapist, the handyman hired by her parents to fix the door.

While walking to a nearby music store for some new music sheets, Andre Harris spots the handyman working at his best friends house frantically leave an alleyway. Going to check it out, he sees a sight he never wanted to see.

Laying on the ground, pants tosses aside and panties ripped, is his best friend. Fearing the worse, seeing a hint of blood between her legs mixed with the white of the handyman's semen, Andre rushes to Tori, holding her and checking to see if she's breathing. Catching sight of her chest rising slowly, and feeling a slight pulse, he grabs his phone and calls Tori's dad.

After telling her father what happened, Andre takes Tori to the hospital while her father goes to the station to fill out a report, having a female officer take Tori's statement at the hospital. After the statement, and Tori verifying who the rapist was, a female doctor walks in to check Tori's head and lower body.

While in the hospital, David and his partner Gary go to the handyman's house, finding a guilty Will Ewerson at the door. With a poor attempt to run, Ewerson is arrested and taken to the station. With a witness stating that he did see Ewerson enter the alley a few minutes before Tori was taken in, and seeing him run out minutes later, he was taken away quickly, no use for a trial since Ewerson plead guilty to everything.

Due to the injuries to the back of Tori's head and her lower body from the assault, the Vega parents insisted on having Tori stay for a few days to heal before heading home. Out of worry for what happened, David insisted that they run a test on his daughter to check for and STD's and pregnancy. After a few days, he hears good news. She doesn't have any STD's. But, since they waited a few days to check for pregnancy, he hears news he didn't want to hear about his youngest daughter yet.

She's pregnant.

Kind of a cliffhanger, but maybe not since you all know what happened by now anyway. Sorry it's shorter than I usually write. If I got any facts wrong from previous chapters, pleas feel free to point them out.

I hope I did okay with this one. Sorry for it being a little shorter. The original version of the chapter was longer, but I had to change it since I had some facts wrong that were revealed during chapter 4. After fixing the location and witnesses, the chapter lost about a thousand or so words.

The next flashback is a lighter one, showing when Tori and Lila met.
