Greetings, readers! I am really sorry for the long wait, and I know this apology means nothing to you…but how about this chapter? Anyway, read to your heart's content! Or until the chapter's over, whichever comes first.

"I swear! I didn't do anything!" Zim screamed at the S.I.R , who pinned him against his living room wall.

"Criminals tend to lie. But no matter. Having your head blown off is way more fun than a trial." Nav said, giving Zim a sadistic smile.

"Don't shoot!"

Vin ran into the living room, watching in horror as Zim was about to be shot by Nav.

"Stay back, mistress. I will take care of this rat then restore your memory." Nav finalized, and returned to pinning Zim against the wall, her arm bazooka ready to fire.

Zim stared down in fear, then shut his eyes, waiting to get it over with.

At least Vin isn't in the afterlife… he finalized, trying to calm himself down.

"I AM NOT YOUR MISTRESS!" He heard Vin scream, then open his eyes to find her charging at Nav, who was so off guard by the cry, and was easily knocked down.

Once he was free, Zim fled from the spot, to the nearby couch, pressing a button so the robo parents can throw Nav out.

As soon as Nav hit the floor, she desperately tried to get up, but as soon as she did, Vin kicked her to the wall, and she sunk down, growing weaker and weaker.

Please forgive me, Niv… Nav thought to herself as she was slowly closing her eyes, but before she had them fully shut, she saw something.

As Vin was walking to Nav, she noticed that her eyes turned red: Niv's color.

As soon as she saw her mistress again, she started to smile, and get back up, but then Vin's fiery red eyes turned to her usual cool blue, and Nav's smile faded.

Seething with rage, have been duped by this…this…

"IMPOSTER! YOU ARE NOT MY MISTRESS!" Nav screamed so suddenly, and Vin's face was shocked, but before she could walk closer to the S.I.R….

Nav activated her hand gun, and shot.

BAM!

Zim gasped as he saw the scary scene before him.

…After a long silence, Nav noticed she shot Vin in the stomach, and she was on the floor, breathing heavily after the bullet hit her stomach, feeling dizzy.

"*Huff*….Zim…" Vin said sleepily, trying to move , but winced at the unbearable pain.

Nav watched in horror as she saw what she did.

She just killed Niv…the irken that trained her. The irken she was built to serve.

When Zim just stood there, mouth ajar, staring at the wounded irken with wide eyes, Nav's circuits heated.

She dashed to Zim, and sucker punched him, and she grabbed him by the neck, and looked at him with pure hatred.

"…You should have never met her. Because of you, I DID THIS!" Nav said, throwing him to the ground, then blasted the roof, and flew through the hole, and into the sky, where the sun was setting.

"My my, little miss! You seem to have a boo boo!" The mom robo parent exclaimed at Vin, who was desperately trying to stay awake, and Zim came to his senses , and scrambled to her side.

"I…feel…sleepy…." Vin said, pausing after every word, losing energy for each one that came out of her mouth.

Zim slapped her, and her eyes widened in shock.

"Stay awake! Zim will call Computer!" Zim told her, and Vin nodded, and stared into space.

Zim ran to his trashcan, which was his secret elevator, and hopped in, sliding down to his lab, where he ran out of the elevator, and found G.I.R, who was playing with his piggy.

"Computer! Bring me a holo stretcher, NOW!" Zim ordered the computer.

"Yes master." Computer said, and a stretcher holographicly appeared next to him.

"And activate the life support chamber, ready it when I return down here." Zim said, and ran to the elevator with the stretcher, and G.I.R sitting on it.

"IMMA PLAY DOCTOR!"

oOo

"So will she be alright?" Gaz asked Zim, looking at Vin through the glass.

Vin was resting in the life support chamber, bandaged heavily on her lower half, but slept peacefully.

"She'll be fine. Irkens heal fast, but that was a bad shot. It'll take three weeks at most for it to heal. If that bullet hit her PAK, she would've been done for." Zim told her.

Gaz was surprised that Zim actually sounded smart for once.

"Why is her PAK so important?" Gaz asked and Zim sighed, exhausted because he spent the entire night paranoid about Nav returning.

"What a brain is to you is our PAK is to the irken race. You would die if you were shot in the brain, and that also goes for us if our PAK was critically damaged." Zim said, giving a loud yawn.

Then Gaz looked at Vin through the glass again, and gave a secret sigh of relief.

"Good, because I would've killed her if she died."

oOo

The next day, Zim went ahead to Skool, to take his mind off of the events of last weekend, and Dib noticed that Vin wasn't following him inside the Skool.

While Miss Bitters was ranting, Zim would usually draw a blue print of a plan to invade the human race, but too much was on his mind.

The same goes for lunch, and when Zim was by himself at his table, picking at his food like he usually did before Vin came.

Dib looked at the table, to find Zim alone, without Vin sitting with him, chatting to him about how much she adored him. Stupid Fan girl.

Dib got up from his table and walked to Zim, where he was prodding his mashed potatoes.

"Where is Vin?" Dib asked him, and Zim thought he shouldn't mention that she was in life support.

If Dib knew Vin was vulnerable, he would run a DNA test, see if she's irken, and TA-DA! The Earth knows about the irken race.

"How should Zim know?" Zim told Dib defensively.

Back at Dib's table, Gaz looked up from her GameSlave to see Dib asking Zim where Vin is, and Zim looked at her, pleading for help, and the demon girl sighed.

"DIB! GET BACK HERE!" Dib heard Gaz screech, making the entire cafeteria silence, and he ran back to his table, fearful.

While Dib returned to his table, Gaz glared at ZIm, most likely signaling that was the last time she'll help him with Dib, probably because she also liked watching Zim suffer, as anyone else.

Four Weeks Later, On 'The Massive'

"Hey Red, you took the pink doughnut!" Purple whined, watching his Co leader eat the pink doughnut.

"What's the difference?" Red shrugged, not caring.

"MINE'S BLUE!"

Just before Red retorted, a guard walked in their chamber.

"My Tallests, a S.I.R is wishing to talk to you." The guard informed the Tallests, and Red sighed.

"Alright, bring 'em in." Red said, hoping to change the object of conversation with him and purple.

As the S.I.R walked in, they immediately recognized it as Invader Niv's S.I.R.

"Where's Invader Niv?" Tallest Purple asked Nav, whose face was straight.

"Actually, that's what I came here to talk about."
