Hello guys, sorry for all this time I didn't upload. It's just I need motivation to translate and to be honest I didn't had this motivation lately (that's why in the end of the chapter, I wrote it all by myself so I guess there will be more mistakes. I hope you will understand anyway).

I have to thank you for your reviews =)

"Cara if you go now, I'll get you back from the underworld."

"Are you foolish enough to think I'm gonna let you do this?"

"Cara?!" Kahlan hugged her. "Don't you ever do this again!"

"Could you not have just let me sleep? I was having sex! Great sex..." Cara smiled, looking at Kahlan.

Kahlan suddenly opened her eyes. Did this magic bound make them share the same dream? That would explain why she said it was her dream. 'So somehow it was kinf of... reality, right? We were both aware of what was happening. Yes but I let her do this only because I knew it was a dream. So it doesn't count!'

"Don't move, I'll get you some water."

Cara looked at her wound. It was not nice to look at. Then she laid her eyes on Kahlan. If her wound hurt her, it was nothing compared to the fact of knowing her moment with Kahlan was over. After all this time she finally knew what it was to have her. In the end it was harder. Why is everyone looking for love if it's so painful?

"Shit!" Cara said breathlessly.

Kahlan turned round.

"What is it?"

"I think it's bleeding again. But don't worry about me, it's gonna be ok. It'll stop."

"I told you not to move!"

"Oh god, the last thing I'll see on this earth will be the Mother Confessor yelling at me..." she said smiling.

Kahlan smiled too.

"The doctor gave me something just in case."

"What thing?"

"herbs to stop the bleeding."

"I don't need it. You can keep it."

"don't know why but I can't hear you. Anyway, I have to put this in some water and then put it on your wound."

Kahlan hurried to make the mixture. She knew it was a matter of time. Then she began to remove the bandages. But when she reached her chest Kahlan stopped.

"I will have to..."

"Do it, I don't mind."

"Yeah, I think I knew that. In fact I'm the one who's not comfortable."

"If you don't remove this I will. And the wound is gonna get worse."

Kahlan nodded but stared at her belly as much as possible. Cara took her chin so she could look at her.

"I said it doesn't matter. We're friend, are we not? And I am not modest, you know that."

"Yes I do. I know how stupid it may seem to you but..."

"It's not stupid, it's just who you are. I can't blame you for that. We just had a different education. And I guess modesty was a part of yours."

"I guess too. Cara, did you just say we were friends?"

Cara didn't answer. It's her way to say yes.

"So you're no longer angry at me?

"angry? What did you do? I don't remember everything before we've been attacked."

"I have not been very patient with you."

The blonde was waiting for the rest but Kahlan had stopped talking.

"And? That's all? I was mad with you for not being patient?"

"You were telling me that your feelings frightened you, and I told you it was ridiculous."

"You must be kidding me!" Cara said, raising an eyebrow. "Mord'Sith are affraid of nothing."

"Cara you said it."

"And what else did I say?"

Cara hid her fear. If she confessed this to her then maybe she...

"You didn't say anything else."

The Mord'Sith was glad to hear this. Kahlan should never know how she feels about her.

"Tell me, does my life seem so depressing to you that you don't even want to hear anything?"

"Don't be silly, my life would be so boring without you."

"A Confessor isn't supposed to say that to a Mord'Sith."

"But a Mord'Sith isn't supposed to answer she thinks the same. And I know you do." Kahlan said

"As you can see, it was not so difficult."

Kahlan noticed she was more comfortable. She smiled.

"It's just I'm not used to this... I guess Mord'Sith don't have this problem."

"Exactly. The beauty of the body shouldn't be hide. There's no reason to be ashame of. So now..."

Cara took her hand and put it next to her wound. When Kahlan touched her belly, the two women had flashes of the dream they've just shared. A shiver ran through their bodies and they were unable to speak for seconds. Cara was the one who managed to hide what she felt. She was a Mord'Sith after all. They both tried to not look into the eyes of each other. And it almost worked. Kahlan could feel under her fingers Cara's tense muscles.

"Am I hurting you?"

"I've had worse."

In fact Cara didn't know the answer to her question. All she could think of right now was Kahlan's hands on her. She would have loved that her hands explore more her body. It was almost a torture. She was so close to have what she wanted.

"It wasn't you."

"What are you talking about?"

"If I was upset. It couldn't be you."

"Of course it was because of me. And you had the right to be upset. We both know you can't trust people."

"Not true, I trust Richard. And Zedd."

"That's not what I meant. When you need to talk, you come to see me, not them. Because you trust me for this. You would never tell Richard or Zedd what you told me, I know that. It was my duty to reassure you."

"Your duty? You don't have any duty toward me Kahlan." It wasn't intentional but she moaned when she says her name.

"What? Are you ok?"

Cara was far from suffering actually. If Mord'Sith could handle pain, they were very sensitive to pleasure. The blonde felt her body becoming hotter. It wasn't a bad thing if she was hurt, because at this very moment it was the only thing whitch prevented her to take Kahlan's arms and pull her on the bed with her. There was no place for reason anymore; no Richard, no confession... just her and Kahlan. She would give anything she has just for one single kiss.

"Cara answer me! Are you ok? Tell me you're ok, please!"

"Stop worrying about me" Cara said. "I think I just need some sleep..."

"Are you cold?" Kahlan asked worried when she noticed Cara couldn't even open her eyes. Maybe it was sleep, or maybe something else...

"Don't be stupid Kahlan."

Cara couldn't finished her phrase, she was already asleep. Kahlan smiled. Of course she wasn't cold. One touch was enough to feel how hot she was!

The wound had stopped bleeding and was healing at a safe speed.

"Don't be stupid either. I'll never stop worrying about you. You can't do anything to change this."

Kahlan continued to treat her. First she thought it would be easier now that she's asleep. But unlike what she had thought she wasn't more comfortable with her nudity. In fact it was worst. But it was not the same discomfort. This time she has to fight to keep her hands near the wound. She succeeded for few seconds, but then the temptation was just too strong. The Confessor had never felt any physical attraction for Cara before. But after this dream, she saw things differently.

She began to massage her body (and not where she was supposed to heal her!), in the exactly same way Cara did before. Then she put her lips on her skin, and, when she reached her cheek she kissed it before she went to her mouth. But she stopped just before she could reach her lips.

She realized all of this didn't make any sense. She loved Richard, she couldn't betray him just like this. She put the bandages on Cara and left the room. She needed to think of something else. Because she didn't want Cara to be left alone, she asked Chad to look after her. He was happy to do this.

Kahlan smiled, but then she realized she asked Chad to take care of Cara not because he'd be happy, but because she wanted no one but her to stay with Cara. Chad didn't count, he was just a child so she had no reason to be jealous of him. Since when has she become so possessive towards Cara? Kahlan had no reason to and above all she hadn't the right to.

Then she realized another thing; she has not eaten since a day. Anxiety had hidden her hunger. So she did eat and left the inn because it's been a while since she had felt fresh air on her skin. And she had some money, so it was the occasion to buy some stuff.

She stopped in front of a clothes shop. There she saw very beautiful dresses. She couldn't help but think of her in one of them. She smiled. But then she saw in her head Cara coming to her and undressing her. She blushed instantly. 'Why? Why is she doing this to me. Well she didn't do anything to me, she has never told me anything about this. Even though I'm not sure if it was to protect me or if this is just a matter of pride. Anyway, whether I like it or not, she has this... this effect on me. I can't stop thinking about her in a way I never did. I wish I'd never know her feelings for me.' Kahlan knew it would be hard to act in a normal way with Cara and she was worried because it might change their friendship.

She looked at the dresses again and she could swear they would fit Cara. She would look incredibly gorgeous in those. 'And soooo sexy... no no no no! That's not true! In fact it's true but I shouldn't think about this. It's not that complicated, I just have to think of Richard, of my Love. I shouldn't stay here.'

Cara slowly opened her eyes.

"This thing worked. I must admit I'm surprised."

"You're awake! I was worried about you, you know."

"What the hell are you doing here?!" she asked coldly.

"Kahlan asked me to watch over you."

"Seriously?! I can't believe it! She asked a kid to watch over me... You should know, I don't need anyone to watch over me. You sure that's what she told you?"

"She said she didn't want you to be alone and then she left."

"Where is she?"

"I don't know, I think she's gone."

The blonde got up and dressed.

"You've just whetted my appetite." she said before she left.

The child was disappointed, he thought that, maybe they could become more complicit. But like Kahlan said, she wasn't good to make friend. He asked himself how she could have succeeded. He sat on the bed and smelled the pillow. He loved her sent. He would give anything to be older so he could date her. It was stupid, he knew that, but he couldn't help but think this.

Kahlan finally decided to come back. She saw Cara at the bar.

"What are you doing?! You have to stay in bed!"

"It's just a scar now. I can walk, as you can see."

"You're not reasonable Cara."

"Funny you say that. Was it reasonable to send a child to watch over me? You know I don't need anyone. And if something had happened, what do you think he could have done?!"

"I didn't want to leave you alone. Mord'Sith are not welcomed here, I can't rely on people."

Cara rolled her eyes.

"Ok, we forget it and we just leave."

"Do you mind if I get some rest before we leave?"

"Why didn't you do that earlier?"

"I was worried about you. Days went by and you still didn't wake up. It was hard for me to sleep."

"How many days?"

"Five."

"Five?!"

"That's not so surprising, you would be dead right now if that wizard didn't intervened. Your wound was serious."

"Well, you could have just let me die."

Kahlan just left her. She didn't want to argue about that. 'What is the matter with her? When will she understand that I can't let her die. I can't let her go. I just can't. I think I really need some sleep.'

Cara followed Kahlan in the room. She wanted to apologize, even though she didn't know what for. But she knew she had upset her.

When she opened the door, Kahlan was lying o the bed. She was already asleep. Her heartbeat became faster and stronger. She approached the bed and sat on the edge, near her. She tried not to, really she tried, but her hand moved by itself and stroked Kahlan's hair. The Confessor moaned slightly and Cara could see she felt more relaxed at the contact. Again she tried not to, but her lips crashed on Kahlan's forehead.

'I can't believe she was so worried about me. I can't believe she cares about me. We both know I don't deserve it.'

"I'm sorry Kahlan, I would've done the same if it was you."

She stayed like that for a moment, just watching her sleep. She wanted so badly to dream of her the way she did that time.

Cara was becoming hotter and knowing Kahlan was just here, at her mercy, it didn't help. She could do anything to her. Well she would never allow herself to do anything Kahlan wouldn't want her to do. She knew she couldn't stay here. At the same time Chad came in the room.

"Great timing, you know this town right?"

"I do." he said, happy to help.

"Tell me where do women can... relax."

"You mean having a bath?"

"No, somewhere I can have sex." She knew she shouldn't have said that, he's just a child. And he was clearly shocked by her frankness. But she didn't care. All she could think about was she needed sex, and right now.

That's all for now ;) hope you enjoyed
