TW75: Welcome back guys! Finally, the end is here. I gotta apologize for leaving you waiting for 10 whole months. There was a huge family tragedy that halted my progress, but now I'm back!

Delphox: You were playing the new Super Smash Bros., weren't you?

TW75: Not the WHOLE time!

Gogoat and Clawitzer: Knew it.

TW75: Anyway, I'd like to thank Toadettegirl2012 for getting me back on. Her work provided me with the need to finish this for you guys.

Pangoro: *just getting unchained* Was that why you changed your name?

TW75: *blushing* No! Who unchained you?

*Vivillon and Goodra start awwing as everyone else laughs*

TW75: I give up…

Delphox: Anyway, ToadWarrior75 does not own Pokemon in any way. He only owns his copy of the new Super Smash Bros. that he was playing instead of finishing the story.

Chapter 3: Coming into Action

After their extensive planning, tonight it would come into action. 'And,' Pikachu thought, 'I can rest easy again.' He didn't want his friend to go through what he did long ago, so he hoped it worked well tonight. While deep in thought, Axew called him over to the group, and he got excited. After all, this was a big moment for all involved, whether they knew it or not.

After a big group huddle, the group set off, each member with their own goals. The first phase of the plan would involve a group effort from Pikachu, Axew, Excadrill, and Unfezant, the latter taking flight, her part of the plan involved creating a diversion by separating Cilan from the others. The telltale fake help cry from Cilan's Pansage (they had let Pansage in on the plan earlier) would signal to the others to initiate the next part of the plan. Pikachu and Axew's job was more or less the same. They were to pretend that they were under attack from a Confuse Ray'd Excadrill, where once Ash and Iris showed up, the next part of the plan would commence.

Unfortunately for Pikachu and the rest, their lack of scouting during the planning phase threw them a curveball, and a significant one at that. Everything was going according to plan, but when Ash and Iris came running to the sound of Pikachu and Axew's voices, the ground underneath them let out from under their feet, sending the two falling down the cliffside. Excadrill's Drill Run had weakened the cliff, creating a rockslide.

Pikachu was shocked to see what they had accidently done. (Again, we'll save some time with translation. –TW75) "Go, find help, quick, we don't have much time!" he said to the others. This had quickly become a rescue mission.

A plan was made, and soon Pikachu, Axew, Snivy, Oshawott, Charizard and Unfezant were in the air, and Excadrill took to the ground. Excadrill then used Rock Slide to create ridges in the cliff face. From the air, Oshawott saw this and used Hydro Pump to create a waterfall to catch Ash and Iris in. Finally, Snivy used Leaf Storm to create a cushion on the ground. When they landed, Pikachu noticed something that changed how the group would approach the next phase.

Thanks to the Pokémon's efforts, Ash and Iris landed safely in the Leaf Storm, one on top of the other. Pikachu then took the next step, and jumped from the cliff. It was risky, sure, but opportunities like this didn't happen often. Unfezant saw what Pikachu was doing and supplied a Gust here and there to adjust Pikachu's trajectory. Pikachu hit the target, landing on Iris' back, closing the gap between her and Ash, and let out a sigh of relief.

Shocked though they were at first, Ash and Iris eventually gave in and relaxed into it, glad that nothing had to be said to either one of them, that this showed everything they needed to know about each other.

Pikachu, from his perch on Iris' back, gave a thumbs up to the crowd above them, and celebrated with them, as Axew and Charizard let loose Dragon Rages in the air above them. The Pokémon didn't want to "disturb" their trainers, so they stayed on the cliff for a while. But eventually Unfezant and Charizard took them all back to the lake camp.

Their gear was packed, the site cleared, and it was a new morning, though none of them would be the same after that fateful night. Before they left, though, Ash needed a word with his electric friend.

"Last night… all that, was that all you doing that?" he asked Pikachu.

Pikachu, not wanting to give everything away, simply smiled and Pika'd a few times to show that it was him doing all that.

"Well, thanks, Pikachu." Ash said as he rubbed Pikachu behind the ear and set him on his shoulder, joining a waiting Iris and a puzzled Cilan.

'Don't worry,' Pikachu thought to himself, 'We'll all learn… sometime.'

And with that, the group set out to the Pokemon League, but this time, with the energetic Dragon Trainer to be by his side, Ash knew that his fortune could only get better from there.

Oh, and Pikachu was pretty happy too.

TW75: And that's the story. Finally, it's done.

Gogoat: Congratulations, now your life is complete.

TW75: Hey, shut up. Besides, this is my first story where I'm doing well.

Clawitzer: Way to go, now all that's left is to go deal with TG2012.

TW75: WILL YOU SHUT UP!

*Everyone laughs*
