The next two weeks went by in a total whirlwind. To say that Alex had swept me off of my feet would be a complete understatement. We spent as much time as physically possible together. The day totally dragged at work. Alex must have been really stressing as she didn't even manage to come by the pub, which she did everyday that I had been working. I replied back, "A pleasant surprise I hope," as I let my hands rest on Alex's shoulders.
