A/N: You know what I own.
Here, things start moving again.
Enjoy.

I stood, leaning against the doorframe to the stage, where Miku was performing a song she'd written, Cantarella. It was supposed to be really romanitc, so she said.
Yesterday, after Rin had woken up, Miku took her and Kaito over to her place, and that left Piko and I to finish furnishing our place. He'd snuck back to his place and took his stuff back, which was a really hard operation, considering that his mother, Miriam, was cleaning. She'd already cleaned his room, so we were lucky in that aspect.
Piko was currently by the refreshment stand, talking to another classmate of ours. Rin was staring at a mirror, not really doing anything, occasionally talking. Maybe she'd seen that boy, and was trying to look good. Then again, I've got a winged boyfriend, a friend from the dead and her still-partially dead beau, and me.
Yeah, this seems pretty typical.
I watch as Miku comes out of her dressing room, her cheeks flushed with joy. She's smiling, wearing that dress she got yesterday.
"Oh, Gumi, how do I look? Kaito says I look fine, but I'm not sure-" I smile.
"He's right, you're pretty. Now hurry, so I can see this quickly."
"Oh, alright- but I'm so excited!" She jumps up and down, which is a remarkable feat, as she's wearing at least two inch heels.
"Miku, calm down or you'll slip and then you'll have to delay the show. Go on, your beau's waiting for you." She squeals and skips all the way back into the dressing room. I smile, then walk towards Piko.
"Hey, Gumi."
"Ready to find seats?"
"Two free ones over there." He leads me to them, and I smile, picking up the skirt of my dress, which is an orange one, typically. It's not very fancy, but it should be enough. There's about three hundred people here, and all of them have probably never heard Miku sing before.
Then, silence falls as the lights dim. People sit down, hushing noises are everywhere, heard over the low murmuring of the others. Then, silence falls as the spotlight hits the curtains.
They open, to reveal Miku. A violin or two strikes up a tempo that is a bit old-fashioned, and Miku begins to dance elegantly in the middle of the stage.
Just as the music lowers in volume, a man with blue hair, wearing the outfit Miku bought for him, obviously, walks onto the stage and begins to sing in a deep, warbling voice.
"I'm lost in your gaze, which has it's own closed off world," he sings, his hand out to Miku, the other on his heart.
"Even if it goes unnnoticed, I feel like I'm intoxicated." Then, they both sing.
"Hiding my burning heart, I close the distance between us. Your breath has somehow made my mind go blank.." Then, he took Miku's hand, and, facing the audience, sung the chorus.
"As with any common romance trap, I'll make sure that your lovestruck heart falls for it. Even in the smallest of gaps, I leave no traces behind me." The violins struck up loudly again, and Miku began to sing as the violins played softer.
"With a few empty words, your guard is already down. You seem like you just swallowed a poison that only I can resist." Then, both of them sung together again, fully into each other's motions, in sync.
"It's just as pointless to run away from this rusty chain, as it is to fight against the loud echo of time." Then, they both jumped apart gracefully, spinning in a circle before facing each other again.
"We can hide within the deep thicket of our garden forevermore. I'm getting affected by the mixed perfume from our bodies." Then, the violins struck up a more intese, louder tune, which he danced with perfectly, ending with a leap onto his knees, sliding to Miku. Then, they sung together, standing up, their hands seemingly glued together.
"As with any common romance trap, I'll make sure that your lovestruck heart falls for it. I'm stumbling into a gap..." Then, they were closer together, their faces inches away as they sang the line.
"Capture me."
Then, they parted, their hands now together by one side, Kaito's left and Miku's right. I smile as they continue.
"We can hide within the deep thicket of our garden forevermore. I'm affected strongly by the mixed perfume from our bodies." Then, the violins went to the tune they started with, ending with a flourish. The crowd exploded, and I grinned. Rin, who was somewhere behind us, was screaming random words that I wasn't really listening to.

"We got approved," Miku says, her face still red and flushed. I smiled.
Kaito, who was her duet partner and beau, was certainly as she acted like he was. Within only ten minutes, she'd crushed his foot four times from him making perverted jokes, which made Miku blush furiously and glare at Kaito until he shut up.
"Well, I liked your song."
"We wrote it last night, because none of my other songs seemed right, so I decided to write that one. And I'm glad it went alright, the violinists have only praticed twice beforehand, and I wasn't sure if it's turn out alright or if one of them would mess up, it was really starting to worry me-"
"Miku. Rambling." It's Rin, and she's grinning, her face red from her yelling. The tealette grinned, then hugged her.
"Rinny-chan, thank wuu." She's got this cute baby voice now, as her face is smooshed into Rin's shoulder. The blonde just hugs her back.
"I can't let my best friend embarrass herself when the papparazzi is listening, can I?"
"No, Rinny."
"Then be a good little neko and stop rambling."
"Mewl." I giggle as she puts on this cute 'kitty-face', a signature look. Her gloved hands are curled, and she puts on this wide-eyed, bright expression. Rin smiles.
"Yes, nii-chan. Mewl and don't ramble."
"Mewl." I stuff my fist in my mouth and double over as Miku plops down on the grownd and sits up primly, looking at Rin.
"Good nii-chan." Rin pets Miku, who makes a noise so much like a cat's purr that both me and Piko crack up.
