Too Young
Old enough to know better,
Young enough to not be taken seriously
I hate you, then all of the sudden, I just don't know
All you do is see straight through me
Over time, I've tried to show you
That I AM good enough, I AM strong enough
I know you'll never believe me
Why do I care? Is it hate? …or…love?
It doesn't matter, either way
I'd never do anything good enough, even if I did it perfectly
No matter how old I get
I'll never be taken seriously
