Chapter 2: One Way Through, No Way Back
Beacon Academy.
It was bustling, the students were rushing to their classes hoping to arrive on time.
Damian walked through the school, alongside Glynda. He was a Caucasian 23-year-old with sand skin and short black hair. His eyes were a light shade of brown. His armor consisted of a full set of RECRUIT armor with a RECRUIT helmet, both were a dark shaded of blue and green. His VISR permutation was Ichor.
"Now, there are many things that you both need to know." Glynda spoke
Xavier looked at the students running to their classes. He was 53 years old, Afro-American with brown hair and dark green eyes. His armor was a set of SOLDIER armor with a WARRIOR helmet, with a snow white and scarlet color scheme on both, and an Armorer VISR permutation.
Glynda gave the two Spartans a pamphlet "Firstly, the people that have an animal trait. Such as tail, ears, etc. They are called Faunus, do not ask them if you could touch the animal trait, that isn't very racially appropriate."
Damian inspected the pamphlet, it had information about something called Dust, it seemed to be Remnant's primary energy source "Who are the SDC?"
"They're the world's primary Manufacturer of Dust-related Technology" Glynda answered "They also are under a negative view. As they have been known for underpaying their Faunus workers"
"Wow, and they're still in business?" Xavier asked "Wouldn't have they gone out if they were doing that?"
"In your world-or worlds. Perhaps, but here…the Atlas military are their most prominent buyer" Glynda also handed them a scroll "And they don't much of a competition, nor do they want one"
Damian inspected the device "What's this?" He pulled it open, showing an interface similar to a phone
"That's a scroll. It's something all Huntsmen and Huntresses, graduated or in-training have to communicate. It's also a very good personal device" Glynda warmly spoke
"Oh, it's a phone." Xavier flipped it over "It looks like a piece of glass between two pieces of plastic. Still impressive"
The trio stopped, Damian was still curious about Dust "Is Dust really that valuable to Remnant? Isn't there enough for the world?"
"Whoever has the most Dust, is the most powerful nation. Plus the White Fang usually raid the shipments, thus increasing the Dust demand" The teacher explained
"It's like when some colonies start fighting for resources." Xavier turned to Damian
"You'll probably meet the Atlas military soon, as the Vytal festival is coming" This sparked both the Spartans attention
"Festival?" Damian asked
"Yes, the Vytal festival. A celebration of our world, with a tournament" the teacher continued with the topic "Where the teams of the various schools fight to represent their kingdom"
"Huh, that's nice." Damian nodded "Seems interesting"
Xavier looked into the far distance of Beacon "That city over there? What's it called?"
"Oh, that would be Vale" Glynda looked over to the town "It is where the Festival will take place" She noticed a structure slowly floating in the distance "Well, right on schedule. If you could turn your attention to the Amity Arena"
"Is that where the teams go and duke it out?" Damian asked "Is it the crystals keeping the Arena Afloat?"
"Correct. You'll also be assisting the staff in security in the Arena" Glynda answered
"This is all very fascinating" Damian lightly jumped in place "I'm excited!"
Xavier nodded "Likewise."
Ruby leaned behind a wall, she was intrigued by the two new people that had just arrived. They were incredibly cool looking and really tall, they were a head and a half taller than Glynda. Their guns were so cool! The guns didn't look made by Atlas, but they were still cool! "I wanna hold themmm…"
Yang saw her sister leaned against a wall, apparently spying on someone "Ruby?"
"AH!" Ruby jumped, catching the three adults attention
Glynda rolled her eyes "Hello Ms. Rose. I assume you wish to meet our new staff?"
Ruby nodded rapidly "Yep! I'm Ruby Rose!" Yang walked from behind the corner "And this is my sister Yang Xiao Long!"
"Xavier Francis" the sergeant smiled
Damian took of his helmet "Damian Corral, at your service!"
Yang stared at Damian, she stood there…speechless by the Spartan
"Pleasure in meeting you both!" Damian smiled
Glynda raised an eyebrow and checked her watch "Aren't you both supposed to be in class?"
"OH NO!" Ruby grabbed her sister and suddenly vanished into rose petals
The trio stood there in silence, amused by her urgency. Glynda checked her scroll and saw the two Spartan's first order of business "Well, for now you'll be assisting with activities around Beacon and Missions that Huntsmen would go. As you'll be going now"
Xavier was attentive "What's the Op?"
-Professor Port's Class-
Port walked around his desk "Now students! As you may know, I am a teacher that likes a more practical approach to studying. But due to the fact that a Goliath is…well a Goliath, and I don't think the school allows me to have a Grimm of that threat level in school premises. We'll be watching a short, informative video on Goliath Grimm."
Team RWBY lazily grabbed their notebooks, they knew it was going to be one of those old timey videos, Port loved his vintage…
Ruby opened her notebook but noticed Yang hadn't opened her notebook. Nor even had it on the desk for that matter "Uh Yang?"
Yang had her hand on her head, she was blushing and was staring into the wall. She couldn't stop smiling, Damian was stuck on her mind. He was incredibly handsome, tall, probably muscular- "Yang!"
Yang snapped out of her daydream and turned to Ruby "What!?"
"Are you alright?" Ruby asked
Yang scoffed and smiled "Uh, yeah? Come on we gotta…do whatever Port is doing"
"Why are you blushing?" Ruby touched Yang's cheeks
Yang swatted Ruby's hand "Wh-what no!" she covered her cheeks with her hands
Ruby had a thinking look on her face, she had a hunch on why she was like this. But it was too fast to decide "Okay…"
-Bullhead-
-Headed to Uniway Train Station-
Damian and Xavier prepared their weapons for the operation. Damian placed an Assault Rifle on his back, followed by placing the energy sword handle on his hip. He saw his Magnum, he had an ODST grade silencer with a laser sight as well. It also could shoot faster and farther.
Xavier had a DMR, he had made several modifications on it. It had a grip under the barrel, along with an extended magazine, the DMR was loaded with jacketed hollow point bullets, making it have more recoil than normal, which was the reason for the grip. He then clamped a Magnum on his hip.
Glynda walked next to the two "Well Gentlemen, you'll be assisting in the escort of a train. It has a shipment of Dust, you'll be accompanied by two Huntsmen from Atlas." The teacher slowed on the end of her sentence
"Do mind if they have a…superiority complex. But, also keep in mind that White Fang activity is assumed to be high in this area, so stay on alert" Glynda nodded
Damian looked at his scroll, it contained a list of high priority targets from the White Fang "Should we worry about any of people on the list?"
"If you were to encounter any of them, capture would be your first priority. But if you are forced to, kill." Glynda ordered "We should be landing soon, you'll be answering to Sergeant. Duncan Carbon. He leads the security detail on the train"
-Uniway Station-
Sgt. Carbon stood next to the train, waiting for Beacon's Huntsmen to arrive. This job wasn't going to be easy. A White Fang raid was inevitable, were it up to him, he'd delay the train shipment, but Atlas corps aren't exactly ones to be patient.
The Sgt noticed a bullhead arriving, it was beacon with their huntsmen. "Okay, everyone start hopping on, Beacon's here!"
"I don't get why we needed Beacon's assistance." Olry spoke, she was a steel-haired hawk faunus woman with beige skin and equally steel eyes. She could coat her arms in pure steel and had a pair of daggers "We're more than enough to help"
Her partner, Sanith silently agreed. Sanith was a dark-haired coyote faunus with mocha skin and yellow eyes. He was able to conjure a small tornado of sand to use in battle and wielded a golden high-powered mace.
"With the amount of White Fang activity around here?" Sgt. Carbon turned to the Althesian Faunus "Yeah, no. We need all the help we can get." Carbon stopped right before the bullhead
The Bullhead's door slowly opened, Damian and Xavier walked out alongside Glynda. Sgt. Carbon approached the trio "Pleasure to see you Ms. Goodwitch!"
"Likewise, Sergeant. Is everything ready for transport?"
Sgt. Carbon turned and nodded "Yeah, my team is set up. We also got the Atlasian huntsmen here as well. So, I'd say we're ready." The Sgt turned to the two Glynda had brought "These are our Huntsmen?"
"You could say that. They would prefer to be called Spartans." Glynda turned to Xavier and Damian "These are Spartan Xavier Francis and Spartan Damian Corral. I'm sure they'll be enough to assist"
Sgt. Carbon inspected the two Spartans, they were quite tall. Their armor looked advanced, but he was sure it wasn't Atlas. "Huh, well. You might as well go ahead and meet the huntsmen over there. Get familiar with them."
The Spartans nodded and made their way to the two Atlas Huntsmen. "Please spare the unnecessary chatter, I am Olry and he is Sanith. We only wish to know your names" Olry spoke
The Spartans blinked at the dry tone the Huntress gave "Alright. I'm Spartan Francis and he's Spartan Corral. We'll see you on the train." The duo entered the train, immediately noticing Sgt. Carbon's squad.
"Oh, you the Beacon Huntsmen?" one of the soldiers asked
"Yeah, we're with Beacon. But call us Spartans." Damian introduced
"Ok! Well I'm Jay! Pleased to meet ya!" Jay happily introduced himself "That one over there is Marcus." Marcus gave a peace sign "The one with a cat tail is Felix!" Felix waved "Then those two are Malik and Henson. We've got other train cars on lockdown"
The Spartans smiled and introduced themselves. It was going to be a long ride, might as well make some chatter.
-Hours Later-
"And so, when they give us the visor. It isn't just a style thing, it can actually show me any sort of biohazards when I see them!" Damian explained
"Woah, what's your visor do Xavier?" Felix asked
"Now some of my leatherneck buddies made fun of me for using this one, since it's very bright and magenta." Xavier explained "But this thing gives me an AR-augmented reality-tutorial on how to repair my equipment, polish or whatever the thing I need fixing needs. It's been useful so many times in the field, don't plan on replacing it."
Marcus whistled "Well where do I sign up? I need me one of those!" the group gave a hearty laugh
"Ah yeah…hey so what's the deal with Olry and Sanith? Why are they so cold?" Damian asked
"I mean that's how Atlasian Huntsmen are. Just because they were given the 'Best' Education, and were endorsed by the Atlasian military in Atlas Academy. They think they're top shit and think they don't need any other Huntsmen from other Kingdons" Felix answered
Xavier rubbed his chin "Huh, so they recruit Huntsmen with the school... interesting."
"They don't force them to join. But they're practically telling the students 24/7 to enlist" Felix crossed his arms "I thought you two were Atlasian though?"
"Yeah no we're uh…Vacuo." Damian sneakily lied
"Huh, well I better check the train car upfront" Felix hopped off the crate he was sitting on "Gotta make sure the White Fang don't catch us by surprise."
Felix opened the train door and walked out, but stopped and turned around to the duo "Hey, you two living in Vale right?"
Damian nodded "Yeah, we're staying there why?"
"Oh, because there's a bar that's absolutely great, it's got a-AAGHH!" Felix was abruptly cut off by a bullet
"FELIX!" the group quickly ran out; Damian activated his shield between Felix and where the bullet came from. He saw vehicles approach the train with White Fang soldiers jumping on it. "Sir! We've got hostiles incoming, fast!"
Xavier was the first to call out "Attention all train crew! The White Fang are here! Take your defensive positions and don't let them capture a train car!" the Spartan saw another vehicle dash past the train. It was headed to the front; they were going to try and take over. "Damn. Corral! Hold here! I'm going to secure the train conductor!"
"Yes Sir!" Damian followed, he turned to Felix. He was being treated by Marcus and Jay, he grabbed his bio foam canister and held it up to the soldiers "Here! Apply this on his wound, it'll seal it!"
Jay grabbed the canister and nodded "Ok Felix, this might sting." Jay carefully applied the canister on Felix's bullet wound, the fallen faunus flinched and gritted his teeth.
White Fang soldiers suddenly jumped onto their car. Pistols, swords and rifles ready. Damian turned to face the raiders with his Magnum aimed at the ready. "Get him into the car! I'll take care of them!"
Jay and Marcus lifted their comrade and took him into safety. Damian fired at the intruders, they took cover and fired their guns from behind it.
Damian's shields took the damages. It was minimal, but he kept advancing and firing. A WF soldier jumped from his cover and swung his sword at Damian. The Spartan leaned back and grabbed the sword, pulling it and clocking the WF soldier into next week. He aimed at his left and shot another WF soldier, followed with by another nearby.
"You should've stayed home!" Damian ran towards the remaining boarders, a WF soldier jumped from behind a crate and tried to hit Damian with his mace, but the Spartan slid under the weapon and grabbed it. He ripped the weapon out of his hands and kicked the boarder off the train. Damian flipped the mace and threw it at a charging White Fang.
"We need backup! We're getting our asses pushed in here!" The comms blurted; it was coming from farther behind the train.
"Fall back and hold position! I'm coming to reinforce!"
The train conductor activated the distress Beacon in the train, He was shaking, scared for his life. He knew the White Fang were coming to stop the train, he could see an orange glow through the door window.
The Train conductor knew who was coming. "The Judge…." The conductor quickly ran to the side of the door and locked it; this wouldn't save him. But it would hopefully buy some time for the huntsmen to arrive.
Two White Fang soldiers tried to peek through the door window "Darn, he locked it."
"It doesn't matter." 'The Judge' spoke, he was a towering rhino faunus. He had a mask with red stains sprawled across it. His armor was full salvaged trophies, each one representing a huntsman and huntress he had killed. He carried a splitting maul, called 'Jury', it gave an orange glow on its axe side and a red glow on its maul, capable of loading dust rounds to shoot projectiles or empower his strikes.
"Set the charges Taurus gave us. They have enough power to blow the door and anyone behind it." The Judge ordered
The White Fang soldiers dropped a duffle bag with explosives in it "Alright, setting charges…" the WF soldier noticed a little breeze of sand "Huh?"
The sand breeze suddenly swirled into a tornado, sending the two White Fang soldiers flying. "Sanith Viento…"
Sanith stood on the other end of the train car, staring down 'The Judge' "Lay down your weapon and I won't hurt you…much."
"You assist these people? Atlas? Even when they mistreat us? Oppress us?" 'The Judge' walked into a defensive position
"That's your problem." Sanith braced his weapon "You really think violence is the way to go here? These people are innocent, they merely do their jobs."
"Your judgement…" 'Judge' flipped his maul "…is wrong."
Xavier dodged a Fire dust powered axe. He smacked the hostile with the butt of his gun and shot him as he staggered.
The Sergeant ran towards the White Fang and his shields suddenly gave a blinding explosion, making the White Fang soldiers stagger in pain. It was his Armor Ability, Stun Blast. Xavier aimed his DMR and started free firing at the stunned targets. He turned around and saw a White Fang soldier with a larger sword, probably a captain. Xavier aimed his DMR and started firing, the captain swiftly blocked his shot with his sword and ran towards Xavier.
The Spartan holstered his DMR and sprinted towards the captain, lowering himself and crashing into the captain, Xavier lifted the captain and busted right through a train car, he threw the captain off him and stomped his chest. "Stay down."
Xavier turned around walked towards a train car. He was one away from the front, he entered the car only to be fired upon. Xavier took cover and saw Sgt. Carbon and Malik in the cover across from him.
Sgt. Carbon noticed the spartan "Decide to join the fun Spartan?"
Xavier chuckled "What's the status Sergeant?!"
"They're trying to breach the conductor's car! We saw 'The Judge' going in there as well! The doors won't last with him around!"
Xavier's suspicions were right "I'll take care of it! You assist with wounded in the farther cars!"
"You think you can do it yourself?" Sgt. Carbon asked
"Trust me!"
Sgt. Carbon thought about Xavier's order, but nodded with determined smile. "Okay! Give me some cover fire!"
"Right on it!" Xavier emerged from his cover and started firing his DMR, he used himself as a shield.
Sgt. Carbon and Malik swiftly ran out the car "Good Luck Spartan!"
Xavier fired at his left, taking out a WF soldier. He aimed at another but they took cover, he aimed on the crate and fired right through it. The Spartan dodged a ball of ice and countered with his DMR. Xavier went into cover, replacing his empty DMR mag with a fresh one. "Come on then!"
Judge smacked Sanith with his maul, sending him to the wall. Sanith fell to the floor, he slowly stood up and faced the Judge. Who in turn stabbed him with his axe. Letting out a blood-curdling scream, he gripped the axe and faced the Judge.
"Your loyalties will always abandon you." Judge pulled the axe and lifted Sanith over him, smashing him into the ground "You are nothing but another toy soldier to Atlas." Judge stepped on Sanith's chest and ripped his axe off him
Sanith clenched his wound. Judge lifted his maul, the sand huntsman closed his eyes, braced for his demise.
Sanith suddenly heard a voice
"Get off of him!"
Sanith opened his eyes just in time to see The Judge go flying, tackled with an incredible force and making a small Shockwave.
It was Spartan Francis from before.
The Spartan holstered his weapon and kneeled next to Sanith "Damn, this is bad."
Sanith coughed "It's nothing…"
Xavier shook his head "I've been in my fair share of fights. I know my injuries…this ain't nothing." He grabbed a bio foam canister from his pouches "This is gonna sting a little"
The Spartan applied the foam on his gash. But he heard rumbling in the car, Judge wasn't finished. Xavier lifted the Huntsman and placed him behind a crate. "Stay here. I'll make sure you make it home today."
Damian ran out a train car and to Olry crawling away from one of the HVT's Glynda had given him. Adam Taurus.
"None of this will solve the Faunus' pain!" Olry screamed "This will only exacerbate it!"
"Coming from she who fights for our oppressors?!" Adam shouted "You sold your voice for an ivory tower!" Adam lifted his blade to finish Olry
Damian sprinted and activated his Hardlight shield, blocking the killing blow. The Spartan grabbed his energy sword and activated it. He slashed at Adam, only for him to block with his sword but be knocked back.
Damian noticed Adam's katana was still intact, but had a very minor chip on where he had blocked.
"Sword is resistant" he noted
Adam stared at the new fighter. "Who are you?"
"Doesn't matter, what matters is me taking you to justice." Damian spoke "Now we got two options here. Surrender and go quietly or keep fighting. Your choice."
Adam gripped his katana "I'll keep fighting…" He suddenly flashed red and struck Damian, his hard light shield blocked the hit but quickly reassembled itself.
Damian sprinted towards Taurus and struck him, but he dodged and slashed Damian. His shields we're at 21%. The Spartan bashed back with his shield and struck Adam, causing his Aura to flash.
Adam dashed left and lifted his sword. Damian raised his shield, but Adam swiftly lowered his sword and struck Damian's chest. The Spartan's shields flashed and started flickering. Adam sprinted at Damian but The Spartan caught the Faunus off guard with a sudden dash, lifting his leg, Damian kicked Adam dead in the chest, his Aura exploding, making a shattering glass noise. The Spartan slid to a stop and slashed Adam. The Faunus blocked but left a cut on his arm.
Adam dashed back and aimed his hilt at Damian. Which bizarrely started firing, Damian blocked the shots with his shield. Adam's aura regenerated, he kept firing on the Spartan.
Damian's shields were unable to regenerate due to his armor powering the hard light shield. Adam started glowing Red, Damian readied for a heavy blow. The Faunus blasted himself to the Spartan and slashed, but Damian crouched and tripped Adam onto his shield and lifted him, throwing the Faunus over him. Damian deactivated the shield and slashed at him.
Xavier dodged The Judge's maul and countered with a quick jab to the gut, followed by successive hammer punch to the head. The Judge staggered back as Xavier kept his aggressive approach.
The Judge activated his Semblance, Fiery Rush, engulfing his body in red Fiery markings and embers coming from within him. He sprinted towards the Spartan and threw a punch, breaking right through his defensive stance and knocking him down.
Xavier snapped himself back at The Judge, just to be grabbed by the leg and thrown at the Wall. Xavier scrambled himself up, but was grappled by the Judge.
The Spartan quickly threw a punch at The Judge, only for his punch to go unnoticed, but the Judge's skin would 'vent' the heat of the punch? The Judge grabbed the Spartan's head and smacked it repeatedly against the train car wall.
The Faunus HVT lifted The Spartan and smacked him with the Hammer of his splitting maul, using the Fire Dust in it to amplify his attack.
Xavier crashed onto the wall near the Train conductors door, a sharp pain on his chest and his shields blaring. He slowly looked as The Judge aggressively walked towards him, still burning from his Semblance.
The Spartan used his thrusters to lift himself up. He regained his fighting stance and had a plan.
The Judge now begun a quick sprint and charged his Maul. The Spartan responded with drawing his M6F Magnum and rapid firing at the Judge, the bullets bouncing off but the skin venting each shot.
Xavier holstered his Magnum and sprinted at the Judge, the latter striking at The Spartan but missing entirely, misfiring a fireball at the Conductor's door.
The Spartan took the chance and started punching as fast as he could, causing multiple vents at once. The Judge gripped the Spartan's throat and aimed his Maul. The Spartan quickly smacked down The Judge's arm, breaking free of his grip. He grabbed ahold of the Splitting Maul and head-butt The Judge.
The Judge staggered back, unable to move properly. His Semblance was trying its best to properly expel the steam but couldn't handle the amount of damage. The Judge de-activated his Semblance, negating the venting issue.
Xavier flipped the Maul and shot the last Dust charge against the Judge, blasting him back as his Aura cracked and crashed against the floor.
The Spartan stared at the Splitting Maul in his hands "This is just an accident waiting to happen."
The Judge reeled on the floor, trying to get himself back up. He looked at the 'Huntsman', this wasn't an ordinary Huntsman they had sent to defend the train.
Xavier pointed the Splitting Maul at the judge "Stay down, this is your only warning."
The Judge gave a wheezing chuckle "You think I'm getting out of here in cuffs? You humans just think we'll sit down and be good dogs?"
Xavier slowly turned towards the Judge, just in time to see The Judge charge at him, Semblance activated and absolutely furious.
The Spartan quickly gripped the Splitting Maul and swung at the Judge, swiftly and cleanly cutting the White Fang Leaders head off.
The Judge's body gave a final few steps before flopping on the floor, blood gushing from were the neck used to be. The head fell down with its mask fall off of it, showing The Judge's, now lifeless, face.
Xavier stared at the grisly scene holding a now bloodstained splitting maul, he sighed "Didn't mean to do that…"
The Spartan started walking towards Sanith to check up on until he heard the Train car door open "Judge! Judge where are-"
The White Fang member noticed the Judge's Corpse along with his head, then the figure holding The Judge's weapon. "H-holy…"
Xavier fully turned towards the car door, dropping the weapon and brandishing his DMR.
The WF member quickly closed the door and turned to his comrades "Shit! We need to get the hell out of here! Leave the dust!"
"What? Why?"
"The Judge is dead!"
Damian hit Adam with a round-house kick, followed by a fist from above. The Faunus staggered back, he readjusted his mask and readied his sword "Taurus sir!"
"What do you what?" Adam spoke
"Sir! The-They killed The Judge!"
"What?!" Adam looked at the Spartan, he was in a defensive position with his rifle.
"What do we do?!"
Adam was furious, they had killed one of the most loyal members to the White Fang's cause. "…Fall back. We're done" Adam turned off his comm and stood up right
Damian aimed his Assault Rifle at the HVT "Stand down or I will shoot!"
"Kieran…will be avenged." Adam then ran off the train, jumping onto a vehicle. Damian ran to the edge but wasn't worth chasing, they head disappeared in the tree line before his could aim his weapon. The Spartan looked to Olry, she was wounded.
"Let me help." Damian knelt next to the Faunus.
-Mantra Station-
Xavier and Damian stood near the unloading bay, making sure the cargo, and workers, were okay. Thenduo suddenly heard claps behind them.
"You guys…you guys are something else!" The Sergeant started
"We were just completing the mission" Damian nodded "And I would say it's a successful mission"
Sgt. Carbon nodded in agreement "Damn right it was successful mission! He managed to cut The Judge's head right off!" the Sgt. Motioned towards Xavier "He's been a real thorn in a lot of Huntsman's asses for a long while. You've done a incredible thing today."
"He fought like hell, but he wasn't expecting a Spartan huh?" Xavier chuckled, he looked to the earned splitting maul "You guys need this thing?"
"Oh no, it's okay you earned that Spartan. You keep it" Carbon spoke
The Spartan inspected the weapon intently, noticing various marking on the sides "Alright…thanks Sergeant Carbon."
-Beacon Academy-
-The Next Day, Morning-
Damian walked to a small warehouse. Beacon apparently had some warehouses and spared one for the Spartan's pelican.
"So, this is it." Damian stopped at the large door, but saw a smaller one next to it.
The blue Spartan walked into the Warehouse. It was empty except for the Pelican and some UNSC boxes in the corners. Damian whistled as he inspected the Pelican "Woowee…they really fixed you up good."
Damian walked into the cockpit and started to power up the Pelican. The interface lit up and the Pelican's thrusters ignited. "Haha! Look at you roar!"
Damian started to tinker with syncing up the Pelican with his Helmet. "Okay…sync myself up and…what the-" Damian saw the Pelican's IFF tag locator, it showed Xavier's and it could read a faint signal of…another Spartan…Hannah Angeles.
