Remus/Severus – School Friends
Remus gave a tired sigh as he rested his head against the top of the hospital bed, last night had been a disaster, Severus Snape had found out about...his furry little problem.
Remus wished he could turn back time and change it all, he couldn't believe that Sirius had done that...nor could he believe what James had done for Severus.
"Maybe I should ask Headmaster Dumbledore to erase his memories," Remus muttered to himself as he slowly allowed his eyes to close, "It'd be safer then letting him know the truth...that I'm a monster."
"You're not a monster," came the soft voice of Severus Snape, "You just get very hair once a month...Potter explained it to me."
Remus turned his head and looked to where the voice came from; Severus was nervously standing next to the bed and looking up at his through his long black hair.
"You don't want me to die?" Remus asked in shock, "I almost killed you!"
"But you didn't and it wasn't your fault," Severus explained, "It's my fault for taking Black's bait and-"
"OI, Remmy!" James Potter's voice called out as the Hospital Wing's doors slammed open, "You alright?"
"I'm fine," Remus called back before turning back to Severus only to find the boy was no longer there.
With a small smile Remus made up his mind, he'd take the risk of Severus knowing, after all he didn't seem so bad...maybe in the future they could be friends and Severus could make a potion that would ease his transformations.
