Paste your"Who's there?" They all shouted, only hearing running footsteps and crying going down the hall. As Abby, Wally, Nigel, and Hoagie start running to where the sounds are coming from, they see black hair going into Kuki's bedroom. They know it's Kuki.
"Why was she crying?" Wally asked in a concerned way. They knocked on her door. She answered it in a fake happy voice. They all know something was up but before she could say anything else, she ran out- going to her house.
Kuki's pov
I knqw if I went home my drunk dad would be waiting for me, but I have to go and protect my sister, Mushi. By now she would probably be hiding in fear of our dad. I better hurry.
(5 mins later)
I walked in to a passed out sister and her dad looking hell of mad. I did not know what to do. Come clean to her friends so they could help her or fight her dad (more like run and hide) by herself?
Kuki's dad pov
She's late. I'm going to kill her. I came home with nothing on the table, so I took part of my anger out on my other worthless kid. It's her turn.
Regular pov
Wally, Nigel, Abby and Hoagie were now driving to Kuki's house. When they pulled up she ran out carrying something. We got out to help, but she only got more scared. Nigel grabbed the thing in her hand. It was bundled with a blanket. Wally grabbed Kuki to calm her down, he was always good at that. He pulled her in and was just about to kiss her when her dad came out yelling, "Where is Mushi!?" Running right for his oldest daughter, Kuki pushed her friends on the ground for safety. She knew her secret would not be safe.
Mushi woke up and the older kids were asking her, "What's going on?" They heard Kuki scream in pain. Her father had a knife in his hand. Charging for Kuki, he tripped and the knife went flying at Mushi. She was standing there like a helpless baby until Kuki got up and blocked her sister. The knife stabbed her instead of Mushi. The father passed out from all the drinking. Mushi was on the ground crying. Abby called the hospital while Wally, Nigel, Hoagie were helping Kuki. No one said anything about her father doing this, not knowing he does it every day.
As the ambulance took Kuki and wally to the hospital, the rest drove in a car behind them. Wally was comforting Kuki and she looked up into Wally's green eyes. She said, "I love you." He said it at the hospital before she got rushed into sugery. It was all going fine until someone was at the door document here...
