Thanks again for all of the feedback! Keep it coming! I love when my e-mail tells me I have a new review. I had a lot of fun writing this chapter and all of its fluff, so I hope you enjoy! There's only a couple of chapters left.
As Puck broke away from the kiss, he noticed there was not a single pair of eyes still staring at the movie and he kindly told the crowd to "Turn the fuck around and watch your Jew ancestors kick ass." Rachel giggled in response to his instruction and hid her face in his chest. It might have been the most adorable sound he had ever heard. He gently pulled Rachel back down to the floor to sit with him, and was relieved to see that Creepy Jewfro had moved farther away. He was a little worried about what he was feverishly typing on his blackberry, but it was really hard to be worried about anything when he finally had the best girl in temple curled against him.
After the movie, as Puck was walking Rachel to her car, still holding her tight against his body, he could sense something was still troubling her. It was the way she wouldn't meet his eyes and the pout she kept trying to conceal by biting her lip. Until now, he hadn't realized how much time he'd spent studying her in the past few weeks.
"What's up babe?" He walked in front of her so they were face to face. "Still worried about Jewfro? Want me to go all fight club on his ass?" He smirked and she laughed, but her heart wasn't in it.
"Noah, I like you, and I want to try being with you." Puck dreaded the but he could feel coming. "But I'm worried about the speed our relationship will take. I would like to start slow, because I'm not sure exactly the depth of my feelings since the span of time since my last relationship still isn't exactly on par with what most would consider an acceptable grieving period and I-" Puck was doing his best to keep up, and as soon as he figured out what she was saying, he cut her off with laughter.
"Rach, are you worried I'm gonna leave you if you don't put out?" It was taking all of his strength to not just keep laughing until he couldn't speak. Rachel looked very confused at his reaction as she continued.
"Well, maybe not right away, but even if you don't know it, your hormone level is very high, and I know what you are used to from women and I'm just not sure I can provide-Noah! Why are you laughing?" She was on the verge of looking annoyed now.
"Because Rachel, babe, I mean this as sweetly as possible, you're nuts." He managed to get out after he'd calmed himself down. "You are definitely not the sleep and leave girl. I mean, you're fucking hot as hell." He liked the blush that crept in her cheeks as that. "But, no offense, the amount of crazy, amazing crazy, but crazy none the less, makes you the opposite of an easy lay." He put his hands on her arms and started rubbing slowly up and down. She visibly relaxed at his words and his touch. Puck wanted to keep moving his hands to rub certain other parts of her, but he thought that might take away from what he had just said.
"It's getting chilly." Rachel said, and Puck was a little confused at the change of subject. "I mean, I wish I hadn't driven myself here, so you could have driven me home and we could have had this discussion in a heated car."
"Well first off," Puck quickly took off his hoodie and draped it over her shoulders. She slid her arms in and he instantly kissed her because with the way she looked in his sweatshirt, he couldn't not. Once he ran out of breath doing that, he continued. "Second, I can still drive you home."
"But what about my car? How will I get it tomorrow?" She asked.
"Well," He smiled devilishly. "I guess I will be forced to see you again tomorrow to take you to get it back from here."
"Oh." She nodded and smiled back, before pretending to pout. "Do I really want to have to see you outside of school two days in a row?" She giggled.
"You're gonna have to." He warned her before scooping her up in his arms and running with her tiny frame in his arms to his car.
Rachel woke up the next morning smiling, and it took her less than ten seconds to remember why. If she had had any doubts about her and Puck, they had been erased in the twenty-minute drive home from temple. They had mostly just bickered about the radio, but in a completely amusing and natural way.
She had loved Finn, she wouldn't deny it now simply because she no longer felt it, but with him, it had always felt very serious. She was a serious girl, so she assumed that serious romance was all she had wanted, but with Puck, it had just been so fun and free and she felt so dang happy just joking with him while his hand casually held hers on her lap. Also, their intense make out session before she went inside helped too.
After a minute, she realized that what had woken her was her phone repeatedly vibrating. It only vibrated when she got a text, but since it usually only vibrated once per text, she didn't know why it kept going off. Curious as to the reason behind her sudden popularity, she quickly flipped her phone open and although the first three words of the first text made her smile, her face paled a little as she read the rests.
From Puck: Good morning, star. I'm about to rip Jacob's Jew stick off for his article since I was woken up by texts from some very surprised Gleeks and disappointed Cheerios. ;) You ok?
From Kurt: Diva! Call me! Now! Let's get facials today and gossip! Did he get you pregnant too?
From Mercedes: I didn't know you had it in you! You go girl! Shopping later?
From Santana: Fuck yeah Berry! Let me know if you need any tips about keeping him in line. ;)
From Brittney: What's a Puckleberry? Does it taste good?
From Quinn: I see you made a choice. It's fair game if I try for Finn now right?
From Tina: Are you ok, Rach? If you need to talk to someone, let me know. Also, is the rumor about Jewish men true? Mike says congrats. He seems to have seen this coming.
From Sam: I'm a bit surprised, but I like him better for you than Finn. =)
And finally…the one she was dreading the most…
From Finn: What the fuck? So much for me being paranoid huh?
She leaned her head back against the pillows. It was a lot to take in for the first ten minutes she was up, but she figured it was probably in her best interest to read this article. She forced herself to get up and log on to Jacob's blog, preparing for the worst.
Will Rachel Berry Ever be Mine?
There is now another roadblock in the inevitability that is my marriage to Rachel. This roadblock's name is Puckleberry. Apparently, less than a week after ending her relationship with the lovably idiotic Finn Hudson, Rachel Berry has found comfort in the arms of a certain McKinley High bad boy. Rachel Berry confided in me Saturday night that even though her love for me rang true, she did have to stop our affair for the moment because she was now taken by Mr. Noah "Puck" Puckerman. Now, we all know Mr. Puckerman's reputation, so I doubt it will be long until Rachel finds him in bed with a pool-cleaning client or on his way back to the slammer. When that time comes, Rachel Berry, I will be waiting.

As she finished reading and was seeing red in front of her eyes, her phone began playing Defying Gravity (She had switched it back after the breakup.) and Rachel nervously flipped it open, relieved to see it was her new boyfriend calling.
"Good morning, Noah."
"Seriously, about to fuck this kid up, so I'd say you should do something Berry-like to get me not to, before his prediction about me heading back to the slammer comes true. Although, fucking promise you that his prediction about the cougars in bed with me won't. Puckzilla's body is all for you babe, ok? Damnit! Your ranting is contagious!"
Rachel just giggled into the phone. She had been extremely mad two minutes ago, but just hearing Puck be mad for her made her own anger fade. She wanted to discuss this with him in person where she could calm him down properly.
"Can you come take me to get my car now? That will stop you from killing a certain afro-sporting Jewish boy." She suggested.
"I don't know, star, is seeing you really better than killing a kid?" He joked.
"You tell me." She wasn't used to playing coy with a boy before. She liked it. "Between me and Jacob, don't I win?"
"You win. You always win."
They spent the rest of the day together in Rachel's bedroom (with her fathers permission and the door open of course). Puck told her (in between making out and the homework Rachel forced them both to do) that Lauren had already texted him her blessing. Rachel hadn't bothered to respond to any of the Glee kids, for once not sure what to say.
When Kurt and Mercedes hadn't relented, she had finally called Kurt to calmly state that she would explain everything at school the next day since she was a little tied up at the moment. (She said this as Puck was nibbling on her ear, which made her giggle, which made Kurt gasp and start laughing hysterically before promising to pass the message on to Mercedes and leave her be.) Rachel thought the day was mostly perfect, the only thing nagging on her was the thought of lunch the next day.
She and her boyfriend (she kind of loved thinking that about him) had decided that even though Jacob had kind of stolen their announcement, they would make the in-person announcement about their relationship at the Glee lunch table the next day they wouldn't have to worry about the intrusion of Mr. Shue and actual rehearsal to get in the way of the millions of questions (and objections) they expected to fly their way. Puck had offered to talk to Finn, but Rachel said that if he started anything at lunch tomorrow, she would do it. She had been the one to start this whole mess, she was going to be the one to finish it.
