Chapter 4
Just a little batty.
After a few minutes of talking I heard flaps, like wing flaps. I looked around and I saw a bat, a pretty one too I might add. She had white fur, tan skin, a
contoured black jumpsuit with a pink heart shape breast plate. She had on stockings with heel high boots, she had blue eye shadow and pink lipstick. "Oh
crap, its Rouge." I heard knuckles say under his breath. I guess her name is Rouge then. She flew over to us
and said. "Hmm, you still protecting the Emerald, knuckle head, it's just a jewel, give it to me and ill take care of it." She had a flirty kind of tone in her
voice. They talked a few more seconds then she looked at me. "And who are you." She said with a smile on her face. "J" was my response, not much of a
good one for me. She walked over to me and I could feel my face getting hot. Tails walked to knuckles and I could see them giggling about something. "J
huh, nothing else?" she said. I shook my head no. I had a feeling she was flirting with me cause no girl would stand this close to me. She then placed her
hand on my shoulder and my ace got even hotter. She leaned in next to my ear and whispered "if you could somehow get me the Master Emerald, ill make
it worth your while." I just gulped. "How about different emeralds or other kinds of jewelry?" I suggested. "hmm, well if you can get me different jewels ill
defiantly repay you." She said. I don't know why but every time I get excited my tail goes straight up. I had a feeling she noticed but she didn't say
anything. And what does she mean but "make it worth my while" or "pay me back"? I now really want to get her some jewels. She then took her hand off
my shoulder and said. "see you around." She walked with a little strut then turned her head at me and gave me a wink. I then just stood there waving bye
back at her like a fool. I could see her giggle. The guys then came over to where I was at and Tails said "what did she talk to you about man." "Huh?" I
tried to snap out of my trance after looking at Rouge. "Oh, um, nothing just about stuff." "What kinda stuff?" Tails and knuckles said in unison. "um
nothing, hey tails didn't you say you were going to show me around Westopolis?" I tried to switch about what we were talking about. "Oh, yeah I was going
to show you. See yah soon knuckles." Tails said. We got in the plane and were ready to take off. I waved bye at knuckles then I looked at the trees and
saw rouge. She gave me a flirty wink at me then just looked at us. I just waved bye from the cockpit.
