Chapter 17

First date, I mean hangout.

Looking at the clock I saw it was 12 o clock. I was feeling hungry, but I wanted to hang out with Amy. Wouldn't hurt to have talk to each other while eating lunch. I got my phone and called her. The phone rang 3 times then she answered. "hey Marshall." she said. "Hey Amy, um, would like to hangout now so we can talk over lunch?" "Sure pick me up at 12:45. See you then." She then hung up. I don't know why but I had a smile on my face. But 1 thing bothered me, would she see it as a date? I see it as 2 friends having lunch, I think she sees it as a date.

45 minutes later

I was at the apartment building waiting for her to come down. I wore my D12 hat, blue jeans, and a dark blue polo shirt. I looked down and looked at my shoes, what else can they do. Can they turn into a car? I chuckled at that thought. Anyway I heard the apartment door open and I saw Amy come out wearing a red velvet dress and had a flower in her headband, she also had plain red shoes on instead. "hey there Marshall! Where would you like to eat at?" she said. "I don't know you live here, I'm still somewhat new here." "Well follow me I know this great burger place by the corner."
