You again?

1:32 pm New Year's day.

Me, tails, Cosmo, and Amy, were in my hospital room, Amy sat on the bed next to me while Tails and Cosmo got chairs and sat next to us.

"so did they say who fired it?" asked Cosmo.

"my best guest was that it was someone who wanted to pop one off when it hit 12, and they fired one to see if the gun worked." I said to them.

"That fucker is going to pay." I heard tails say under his breath.

"TAILS!" said Cosmo to tails after that remark.

"well someone is going to pay, that bullet nearly hit Marshal's heart, he could've died." He said.

"Mr. Marshall, a police officer would like to talk to you." Said the doctor as he walked in.

I looked behind him and saw officer merk.

Officer Merk's POV

This little shit again? ^* Damn it, why would I have to work this case.

"You again officer?" he said to me.

"yes, but I need to speak to you privately, your friends need to leave." I told him.

The other fox and seedrain, left. The pink hedgehog bitch gave him a kiss then she left.

I looked at his eyes and I can see fear.

"look I'm going to tell you now you little shit, some nigger poped off a bullet and it hit you." I said to him.

He then got up and said, "I know that but you have no right to say the n-word."

"why? Is it because I'm white" I said to him.

"No, its because you meant it as a insult."

"look you little fuck, I am not going to do this case, but the blinds are shut and I could rip out your I.V, and you can die in a few minutes."

His brown eyes went big with fear, and he started to sweat.

"your lucky I have wife and kids to take care of. If I didn't I would end your life right now." I said to him while he shook.

"now I have to leave, but If I see you again I am going to kill you, you got it." I told him. He just nodded.

I then left the room.

Marshall's POV

My god, he is going to pay for that. I would never assault a cop, but this crap is going to pay for saying that.

My friends then entered the room and Amy said "what did he want to talk to you about?"

Before I answered I looked out the window and saw Merk standing there, staring at me.

"he wanted to tell me what he knows about who shot the gun." I told her.

"well who shot it?" said Cosmo.

"some guys who wanted to see if their gun works, a test round if you will." I told her.
