Hey everyone and welcome to 'The Super Squad: DTMD HROS'. The title is supposed to be a play on words for 'Determined Heroes' Since, this fanfic is in the RWBY universe. RWBY belongs to Rooster Teeth.

Anyway, I'm getting ahead of myself; (Haha, I'm talking about possible lemons in the future) so enjoy this fanfic, I own nothing but my ocs, and remember, Stay Epic! :)
Prologue - RWFF(Rough) Start
It was a quiet day for the Super Squad. Well…that was until he showed up. Because of him, a sentient virus was spread across the earth, corrupting everyone it touched. Their strongest member, Light, had engaged in combat with him, causing both of them to die.
Unfortunately, that did not stop the virus. Without a master, it would corrupt everything without control and restraint. Fortunately, the Super Squad had created a universe destroying nuke (Using Light's blood) that would get rid of the virus (Since the smartest person they had was corrupted and there was no cure). This was the only way to prevent the multiverse from being corrupted.
But, they needed to send many clones of themselves into different universes (And/or dimensions) since their influence on many dimensions and universes helped make those places better. Besides, those clones must find a new purpose (Mostly helping people in any way they can).
So where does this story start off? It starts off in a forest with four pods close to each other. One pod in particular has TJ. He was 5'7". He had white skin, messy brown hair and brown eyes. A white T-shirt underneath a light blue zipped jacket with a sea blue neck and gray pants. He also wears an ocean blue cap, a pair of dark blue shoes with black soles, and has 2 katanas on his back.
TJ had woken up and as he exited the pod, he saw that he and 3 more pods were in a forest. 'Where the hell am I?' TJ thought to himself. He then realized what had happened and scrambled over to one of the pods and pressed a button opening it revealing someone falling out of it.
It was a boy and he had pure red skin, had slender stones coming out of his head and coming out of it was a fire burning bright. Just like TJ he was also 5'7" and he was also wearing the Power Sneakers from 'Sonic The Hedgehog'. He then opened his eyes revealing orange eyes. His name was Fire.
"What happened?" Fire asked. "Don't you remember?" TJ reminded him. Fire then thought about it for a bit and then let out an audible gasp. He then noticed the pods. "I'll check this one and you check the other one." Fire said in a worried tone.
TJ went to one of the other pods and pressed a button freeing the boy inside. Like TJ and Fire, he was 5'7". This boy had ocean blue skin, short unkempt hair of the same color. He wore an ocean blue shirt that blended in with his skin, an ocean blue open hoodie, black shorts with white stripes going down on both sides, and ocean blue shoes with white soles. He also opened his eyes revealing ocean blue eyes. His name was Water.
"Is this Albuquerque?" He asked tiredly.
"I have no idea." Fire said as he got the boy from the last pod. Just like the other three boys, he was 5'7". He had icy blue skin, cyan blue eyes, and had pieces of hair shaped like diamonds combed back but he had 3 big, Icicles on the front of his hair that tilted forwards with the middle one being a bit bigger than the other two. His name was Ice.
"What should we do now guys?" Ice asked.
"We try to survive." TJ answered. They then turn the pods into portable metal box-like bags and start walking in a random direction, hoping to find civilization.
3 Months Later…
At Beacon Academy, the students were enjoying their lunch breaks. Just then, the intercom system rang throughout the cafeteria.
"Would team RWBY please report to the main office immediately, repeat, would team RWBY please report to the main office immediately." The intercom system turned off with those words said, leaving many students confused in its wake.
As team RWBY was making their way to the headmaster's office, they started talking. "Sooo what do you think the headmaster wants from us?" Ruby Rose wondered.
She wears a black long-sleeved blouse with a high collar and red trim on the sleeves, over which is a black waist cincher with red lacing up the front, and a matching skirt with red lining. She also wears a pair of thick black stockings and black combat boots with red laces, red trims around the top, and red soles. She also wears a red hooded cloak fastened to her shoulders by cross-shaped pins. Her emblem appears as a large silver buckle on her wide black belt, which is slung around her hips on an angle.
"Maybe he saw our hard work and wants to exempt us from Professor Port's boring classes." Yang Xiao Long said in a hopeful tone.
She wears a tan jacket that bares her midriff, with golden brown piping and short, puffy sleeves with black cuffs that feature two gold buttons. Underneath this, she wears a low cut yellow crop top with her emblem on the left breast in black. She also wears a brown belt covered by a pleated brown piece of material reaching from hip to hip around the back of her waist, with her emblem emblazoned on the right-most pleat in gold. Underneath this is a pair of tight black spandex compression shorts that reach her upper thighs. She wears a pair of brown, knee-high boots and orange over-the-knee socks, with the right sock pushed down just below the knee. A gray bandanna is tied around her left knee. She wears a purple bandanna around the same knee. An orange infinity scarf and black fingerless gloves complete her outfit.
"Our hard work? I haven't even seen you study!" Weiss Schnee scowled at the blonde brawler.
She wears a thigh-length strapless dress with a faint color gradation from white to pale blue at the hem. A small piece of black lace sits in the front of her neckline and the hem of the dress is scalloped and stitched to resemble snowflakes, with layers of white tulle under the skirt. Over this, she wears a bell-sleeved bolero with the same color gradation as her dress from shoulder to wrist, lined in red and with a ruffled collar. On the back of the bolero is the Schnee Crest. She also wears a small apple pendant on a silver chain and thin, rectangular silver earrings. Her boots are white, wedged heeled, and higher at the back than the front. They have a small silver decoration across the top of the foot and are lined in red. A thin white sash is tied around her waist with a pouch attached to the back
"OOOH! Maybe he's got a mission for us!" Ruby excitedly yelled.
"Could be, I just hope we didn't get in trouble," Blake Belladonna replied.
She wears a black, buttoned vest with coattails and a single silver button on the front. Underneath this is a white, sleeveless, high necked, crop undershirt and white shorts with a zipper on the front of each leg. She also wears black low-heeled boots and full stockings with a color gradation of black to purple at her ankles. Her emblem is visible on the outside of both thighs just below her shorts in white. On her left arm is a black detached sleeve with a silver cuff around her bicep, and black ribbons are wrapped around both forearms. A small, loose, black scarf is wrapped around her neck, and a gray magnetic backpack is strapped to her back, hidden by her hair. She often keeps her weapon attached to the magnetic backpack when she is not using it. A black ribbon is tied with a large bow on the top of her head, with her cat ears hidden inside the loops. She wears purple eyeshadow in cats eye style.
"It's been the first two weeks of beacon. There's no way we could be in trouble." Yang replied. "Well here's the elevator."
When the doors opened, Team RWBY then saw Ozpin sitting at his desk drinking coffee and a Glynda Goodwitch standing next to him.
Ozpin wears shaded glass spectacles and a small, purple, cross-shaped pin on the cowl around his neck. His outfit mainly consists of an unzipped black suit over a dark green, buttoned vest and green shirt. He also wears black trouser shoes and long, dark-green pants. He also seems to hold a mug full of hot cocoa.
Glynda Goodwitch wears thin ovular glasses. She has dangling teal earrings that match the hanging pendant on her collar. She also wears a white long-sleeved, pleated top that has a wide keyhole neckline and gauntlet cuffs that flare in pleats at the wrist. Her lower body is covered by a black high-waisted pencil skirt with bronze buttons and black fading into brown stockings. She wears black boots with bronze heels and a cape that is purple inside and black on the outside. The cut of the cape is stylized to end in flames and arrows, with a row of diamond-shaped bronze beads on the back. Above this line of beads appears an emblem of a tiara that is her personal symbol.
"Ah, team RWBY, please enter so we can speak to you four." Ozpin said.
The team entered the room and waited to wait for what Ozpin was going to say. "Now the reason we called you here is because we would like to give you a mission." Ozpin began, when Ruby heard this, she became visibly excited and started asking questions.
"Are we going Grimm hunting? Taking down a corrupt organization? Helping out a charity? Or maybe-"
"Maybe you should let him finish, Ruby," Weiss said, nudging her partner.
"Oh…sorry." Ruby said, dropping her head slightly. Ozpin chuckled at the red reaper's excitement before taking a sip of his hot cocoa and regaining the team's attention as he spoke again.
"Anyways, the task is to bring four boys back to Beacon, here are a few pictures of them." Ozpin said as he handed the young leader 4 photos. Looking over their leader's shoulder the rest of the girls looked at the pictures.
They were photos of TJ, Water, Ice, and Fire as they were facing towards the camera as they had neutral expressions on their faces except for Water. Instead of a neutral expression, he had a smirk on his face.
"Why do these boys look weird?" Weiss asked. "Would you believe they were from a different universe?" Ozpin seriously asked.
The girls started to chuckle a little bit except for Blake since they thought he was joking but when they saw he wasn't they stopped laughing and had shocked expressions.
"WHAT?!" Weiss shouted in a shocked tone. Ozpin chuckled. "Yes, even I couldn't believe it." Ozpin admitted. "But when I met them 2 and a half months ago, I was astounded and amazed. Their world was much different than ours."
It is true. 2 Weeks later when the brothers first arrived in Remnant, they met Ozpin and had helped him with a Grimm problem. When he asked what was up with them, they took Ozpin to a secret location and told him everything, their past lives, their adventures, their enemies, everything.
When Ozpin was about to ask them to join Beacon Academy, they had left thinking he was done asking questions. Luckily, Ozpin put a tracking device on one of them so a friend of his (Qrow) could keep track of them and spy on them.
"Anyways, here's everything you need to know about those boys." Glynda said as she gave the girls files about the boys. "From what our sources (Qrow) say they are extremely skilled so force is optional. Except for the blue one, he's a bigger threat than the three of them. I'd recommend tranquilizing him."
"So why do you want us to go find these guys?" Blake asked.
"Their talents would be wasted if they didn't enroll here." Ozpin said as he sipped his hot cocoa. "You'll be exempt from your classes tomorrow as you'll need the energy for your mission."
Yesss." Yang said, pumping her fist slightly as she and the rest of the team left the office. "We won't let you down sir." Ruby said, giving a salute as the elevator doors closed.
"Hopefully they won't." Glynda said as she turned to Ozpin. "Why do you even want those boys to attend Beacon?" She questioned.
"From what they've told me, they've ended and dealt with beings much more powerful than her. Meaning they could be useful in putting an end to her terror." Ozpin answered.
As he took a sip of his hot cocoa, Glynda just sighed, mentally preparing for the headaches she'll probably receive from those boys.
The Next Evening
Team RWBY had gone out to Vale to look for the people in the pictures that were shown to them. When the team saw the files on what the boys could do after the briefing yesterday, they were both amazed and shocked at their skills, experience, and powers. They were gonna have to find a way to bring them back to Beacon (With Force).
It was a good thing they went and bought a few tranquilizer darts for Water yesterday.
"We've been looking for half an hour now…where are they?" Ruby whined as she and her team continued walking.
"Quiet you, we need to focus if we want to find them." Weiss told her partner as she looked at her scroll.
"I thought you would be more excited about this Ruby, I mean don't you have questions about their weapons?" Yang teased.
Ruby blushed in embarrassment for a bit. "N-no I don't!" Ruby denied. "Well…maybe just a few." She said while looking away.
Blake was ignoring the conversation the others were having as she was reading a fan-made story on her scroll. Someone had made it about 2 months ago and when she read the first chapter, she loved it.
It was called Life-Line and It took place in a war between the Humans, and the Faunus. There were just Humans, Faunus, Dust, and Aura and No Grimm.
The main characters were a human male struggling to fight in the war as he was phasing in-and-out from reality, into the afterlife, and a female fox faunus who could see the souls of dead people. Together they would find some way to end the war and bring the two races together.
The plot, the action, the drama, it was like an actual author had written it. She had really wanted to meet the author and thank them for such a great story since it had almost a thousand views on it.
And also maybe co-write it alongside them.
The girls then continued their search for the mystery boys until they walked by an alley with a red blur emerging from it crashing into all of them, though they didn't fall. Regaining their senses and composure, they saw a figure right in front of them.
It was one of the boys they were looking for and just like them, he just regained his senses. He had pure red skin, orange eyes, and he covered his head by wearing an electric yellow beanie.
"I'm sooo sorry, I was just waiting for my brothers." Fire apologized. "Also you dropped this." Fire said as he handed Blake her scroll.
"Thanks." Blake said. Weiss had looked at one of the pictures and instantly recognized him. "It's one of them!" Weiss pointed out. Fire had realized that he was gonna be in a lot of trouble and started sweating profusely.
"We can talk about this right?" Fire nervously asked. The girls were getting ready to grab him but luckily for him a distraction was provided.
"Hey Fire, we got you some…" TJ said as he and Ice walked out of a convenience store behind the girls carrying a few things. For what felt like half an hour, nobody moved and stared at each other in silence.
Fire snapped out of the silence and ran up to TJ and Ice, grabbing both their arms in the process and looking at the girls again. "Sorry, but you can't catch us." Fire mocked. "Ahahahahaha!" He then sped away from them into an alley.
The girls ran after them only to stop and see that Fire ran into a brick wall along with TJ and Ice. When they got unstuck from the wall and faced up, they had spirals in their eyes. "Fire you idiot." TJ mumbled before he went unconscious like the other two boys.
Yang shook her head a bit, pitying them. "That's gotta be embarrassing." She said,
Weiss finished tying them up. "Well we've found three of them but we need to find the fourth one." She stated.
"Guys look what I found." Ruby said as she grabbed TJ's scroll and was looking at the messages. The girls looked over Ruby's shoulders and looked at the messages.
[ShadowKnight]: Water, where are you?
[LowTide]: I'm at Matt's waiting for you and the others. You comin?
[ShadowKnight]: We'll be there, we need to pick up a few things oki?
[LowTide]: 10-4 good buddy
"It seems we've found out where he'll be." Weiss said as team RWBY went to a building called 'Matt's' with the unconscious boys in tow. The team had then arrived and when they entered through the back door, they saw that it appeared to be some sort of fight club.
"You kids are new here?" A random guy asked while walking up to the girls. "Yep." Ruby happily answered. "We're looking for someone."
"Well good luck with that kid. As long as I get to see the Blue Kraken's fight." The guy said. The girls didn't know who this 'Blue Kraken' is since they've never been here before and were confused.
"You don't know who the Blue Kraken is?" The guy asked. The girls shook their heads. "He's well known. Nobody knows what his semblance is and lots of people tried guessing. One time, he exploded some dude's nuts without even trying. He's a beast." The girls were a bit shocked about what the 'Blue Kraken' did to someone's…junk. Except for Ruby since she didn't understand what the guy meant.
Just then the lights dimmed down and focused on the arena. The girls looked to see what was happening and saw Water on one side of the arena.
His opponent was a buff guy with Tan skin, balck sweatpants, barefoot, and was 6'2". He also seemed to have yellow crystals covering his hands. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN!" The announcer said over a microphone causing the crowd to get hyped.
"ON THIS SIDE, OUR 3 TIME CHAMPION, THE DIAMOND DYNAMO, MALEN!" The crowd then cheered for him. "AND ON THE OTHER SIDE, THE RISING STAR, THE BLUE KRAKEN, WATER!" The crowd went nuts when Water was announced.
"I'm gonna put out your glory like a candle bitch." Malen insulted in a deep-ish voice. Water was unfazed by this smack talk.
"That's pretty big smack talk for someone who has to crystallize himself just to get hard." Water retorted. The crowd chuckled at this, including Yang. "What's wrong bud? Is the rod not working anymore?" He continued. The crowd (And Yang) then burst into fits of laughter.
"I like this guy." Yang said, still laughing.
"That's it! You're Fucking Dead!" Malen shouted. He charged towards Water, fist cocked back and the moment he striked, Water disappeared. The whole crowd thought Malen had destroyed Water but they were wrong.
Water was hiding behind Malen and the crowd cheered. Malen thought that the cheers were for him so, he pumped his fist in the air in a celebratory manner. While he was doing that, Water covered his right fist in an ocean blue glow, and tapped Malen's shoulder. (He floated up to his eye level).
"Huh?" Malen said as he turned around only to meet Water's right fist, and be launched into the wall of the arena. When the dust settled, Malen had spirals in his eyes and was slumped against the wall.
"AND THE WINNER AND NEW CHAMPION IS…THE BLUE KRAKEN!" The announcer said as the crowd was cheering loudly. Water then went ahead and left the building and when the girls noticed, they snuck after him.
"Where are they? They were supposed to be here for my match." Water said to himself as he was now out back. He then felt a small prick on his neck and when he went to feel it, he felt something on it. He grabbed it to see that it was a tranquilizer dart which caused his eyes to widen.
"YoU'vE gOttA bE KiDdiNg mE." Water said as his voice started to warp and turn deep. He then fell face first and then became unconscious. Team RWBY came out of their hiding places and started tying Water up. "Now what?" Ruby asked as they finished tying Water up.
"I'll take it from here ladies." Someone said behind them. Team RWBY turned around to see Glynda goodwitch behind them. "What are you doing here?" Ruby asked.
"Ozpin sent me to transport the boys once you've captured them." Glynda replied. She then used her semblance to lift the unconscious boys. "Now come along and follow me." Team RWBY then followed her towards a bullhead where they'll take it back to Beacon.
Night Time
Team RWBY was waiting in the bullhead with Glynda as the Bullhead was transporting them to Beacon. However, on the way there, TJ started stirring which led to him waking up.
"Oy vey." TJ mumbled, his eyes partially open. "I haven't had a headache this bad since I accidentally licked that frog faunus' head." Blake had heard that due to the hidden faunus ears behind her bow and had made her curious about it.
TJ's eyes then started to open fully and see Team RWBY, Glynda Goodwitch and himself and his brothers tied up beside him. It took him a few seconds to process what's happening and when he did, his eyes widened in panic.
"Oh shoot. Guys wake up." TJ said in a panicked tone. He then used his head to bonk Fire who sat next to him which was quite a bit painful.
"Owww. What was that for?" Fire asked in a pained tone as he woke up. Ice and Water also had woken up from the noise TJ made when he bonked Fire on the head. The brothers then realized what situation they were in and also widened their eyes.
"Don't worry you're not in any real trouble." Glynda reassured them. "You're just being taken to Headmaster Ozpin." The boys then calmed down when they realized who that was since they'd met him 2 and a half months ago.
"So who are you guys?" Fire asked.
"I'm Ruby Rose."
"Weiss Schnee. It's…a pleasure meeting you."
"Blake Belladonna."
"My name's Yang Xiao Long, sister of Ruby."
"I am Glynda Goodwitch."
"Well it's nice to meet you all. I'm TJ, and this is Fire, Ice, and Water." TJ introduced his brothers. "Anyway, can you untie us?" He asked. Team RWBY nodded and untied them from their fiber prison.
Later…
In Ozpin's office. "First of all, I would like to congratulate you for your first successful mission assignment." Ozpin said with a genuine smile on his face. Ruby slightly chuckled.
"Thank you headmaster."
"Anyways, you four." He directed his focus to the boys. "It's been awhile since we've seen each other hasn't it?"
"It really has been." TJ said.
"So why did you want us in the first place?" Ice asked. "I'm quite curious why you needed us honestly." Ice pondered.
"I'm giving you two choices." Ozpin said. "One, you can join Beacon Academy as a student to become huntsmen or two, you can leave right now." Everyone was confused by this since they didn't expect something like this to happen.
After a minute of thinking, TJ decided. "We'll pick the first choice." He said. Ozpin had a small smile on his face. "Wonderful." Ozpin said. "Team RWBY. For accomplishing your mission and since it's friday, you shall have the day off next week, your professors will be informed that you're exempted from class on monday."
"Thank you professors for the day off!" The girls thanked them.
"As for you, TJ Ying, Ice Everest, Water Wells, and Fire Cole, from now on you will be Team TIWF (Timberwolf) and will be led by…TJ Ying" Ozpin said to the boys.
"Sweet." TJ said. "If we're picking partners then, Water's my partner." He said while pulling Water to his side. Fire and Ice looked at each other before saying "Partners." Ozpin chuckled at this.
"Yes yes, it's fine." Ozpin said. "Your personal valuables, and uniforms have been sent to your dorm room which is next to team RWBY's dorm room."
"I hope the dorm is good 'cause we've been sleeping in some random hotel for 3 months." Water said. Team RWBY and Team TIWF then left Ozpin's office making small talk. "Anyways, maybe tomorrow we can hang out since, y'know we're dorm neighbors now." Water said.
"Yep, although if we're busy, I hope you won't get all yangry over it." Yang quipped. Ruby, Weiss and Blake groaned at Yang's horrible pun. TJ, Ice, and Fire just tolerated it but Water, however, chuckled at this which surprised Yang.
"Finally, a worthy opponent, our battle will be legendary." Water said before clearing his throat. "Yolk's on you, I'm better at puns." Water Quipped back. Ruby, Weiss, and Blake paled at the pun Water made but Yang just smirked at this. "Oh, it's on." She said,
"How 'bout you dill with it." Yang retorted.
"You should quit while you're ahead, you'll never ketchup." Water retorted back.
"I'll admit, that pun was so gouda."
"I'll take that as a condiment."
"Please Stop!" Ruby yelled at both of them. "Your puns are horrible." Yang and Water had put on fake shocked looks.
"What? Our puns are grape-" Water started. "-Donut take us lightly." Yang finished. Team RWBY just groaned at this as Yang and Water laughed at the puns they both made.
"By the way I have a question." Ruby pondered stopping both Yang and Water from making more puns.
"What is it?" TJ asked.
"Why did you leave your universe in the first place?" She innocently asked. TJ's expression had notably darkened. Ruby noticed this and regretted asking that question.
"I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to-" She said as she waved her arms in front of her face in an apologetic manner. TJ had put his hand up disrupting her apologies.
"It's fine you didn't mean to do it." TJ said with a small sad tone. "Anyways, we'll explain everything tomorrow okay?"
"Okay!" Ruby happily said. Team TIWF saw her face being so happy and thought. 'So Cute and Innocent!'
Team TIWF then saw their new room which had 4 beds, 2 on each side of it however, TJ had a much better idea as he snapped his fingers. "Fire, you know what to do." He said.
Fire then realized what he meant and sped towards the beds with a toolkit in hand (Don't ask where he got it). He used his super speed to create a cloud of dust surrounding the beds as construction sounds were made. When the dust settled, there were two (stable) bunk beds in the room now.
"Much better. This will make things more efficient." TJ said in a glad tone. Team RWBY was impressed by how fast Fire had made the bunk beds and how good they were made.
"I'm impressed." Weiss honestly said. "Can you work on our bunk beds tomorrow? I would like to sleep much more peacefully knowing that Ruby's bed won't fall on me."
"Sure I can do that." Fire nodded.
"Well we should head back to our dorm rooms. See you tomorrow." Blake said as team RWBY went back to their dorm.
Team TIWF then just did their own thing before going to bed: Ice was taking a shower, Fire was putting up a few posters, Water went to bed already exhausted from what happened today, and TJ was on a desk typing a story on his laptop. What was the title? Well here it is.
Life-Line…
