Voldemort laughed at the sight of bravery before him, "Such defiance from a traitor, I wonder if you'll say the same when I'm finished breaking your mind, making you beg for death." He waved up his arms to get his followers to laugh with him. Harry could make out Lucius, Rudolphus and Bellatrix. In fact, she was moving to a rock pile to stand atop of.
"As for you, Dumbledore, look around, your army is broken and on its last leg. So many that you care and tried to protect are now dead... including your dear Harry! Harry Potter is dead!", Voldemort waved his arms. "I have now proved that I have conquered the Chosen One! What hope do you have now, Dumbledore?".
"Just being a stubborn old man, I guess. But one who will not stop until your evil is at an end, Tom.", Dumbledore huffed. Voldemort continued to smile; in his head, he still thought he was safe, that while Dumbledore was close, his Fiendfyre got close to his Horcrux, but he didn't see its destruction, so he probably had saved it. Nagini's loss was a mistake, but she continued to serve her only purpose of keeping death from reaching her Master.
"You'll find that you'll take that feeling to the grave, Dumbledore. As for the rest of you.. you have all fought gallantly, but it is finished. Abandon this foolish old man and the traitor who clings to him for protection!", Voldemort growled.
Dalinda snarled, tears all dried out, a furious look on her face, "Your army laid us a strong blow, but we're even stronger! We have a reason to fight, and that's the power of love! Love of family, love of friendship, love of a home, love of bonded couples, and that is something you will never understand, you tyrant monster of a snakeface!".
"Ah, Dalinda, my condolences for the death of your husband.", Voldemort sneered in a sick grin; the sarcasm dripping off of his non-existent lips.
"You think yourself truly above all others, that at the end of the day, it's all about you. That's what you all follow!", Dalinda called out to the other Death Eaters. "Your loyalty is all misplaced with this monster, one who'll sacrifice you all in his question for immortality for himself! Oh, sure, snicker all you want, Aunt Bella, but he'd leave you for dead in a heartbeat because that's what you are to him... a mindless whore that only exists to serve as a step-in power for him.".
Bellatrix snarled back, "How dare you?! The Dark Lord is the Savior of our pure blood, he is in great power, far more power than your pathetic husband. He failed you, he failed to protect your half-breed baby! Heck, I bet you had a miscarriage as you don't look preggo, you bitch!", with a smirk.
Voldemort told the Death Eaters of the reason why Lucius attempted to rape and cause pain to the fetus, all because Lucius hated Potter for sculling the Malfoy gene.
Dalinda raised an eyebrow. "Savior of pure blood? This right here, everybody, is the result of pure bloodedness. A crazy, in-sane, in-breed at the rate it's going, bitch. And you should certainly know all about that, being last son of the Gaunts, Riddle. The deformed abomination of inbreeding and date raping.", she said with great defiance. Voldemort gritted his teeth. He made a mental mark to make sure that he would kill Dalinda soon; she would not be spared either.
"You insolant-", Lucius snapped as he stepped forward while Narcissa did the same to shield her daughter.
Narcissa glared at Lucius, "You have done many wrongs and sins, but going at my own daughter, to rape her and kill my grandchildren, that's an extreme low, and you crossed the line, Lucius! I won't even have pity for you once I kill you, you incestuous, pathetic bastard. I would reverse time if I could, and I could have Waylon instead to be his wife all this time, and he would be the perfect husband instead of you! And you know what? He's even 100 times better in bed than you ever were.", with a furious, sharp, and mischievous look.
The laughs rang out amongst the Death Eaters, all at Lucius' expense. "Do you hear that, dear friends?", Voldemort joined in the insulting laughs. "Lucius couldn't even satisfy a pure-blooded witch and drove her into the arms of a freak!" Voldemort's eyes locked on Waylon.
"Yeah... I'm proud of being called that, Snakeface. I'm proud of the life I have and what I am. And I'd certainly be proud to be the one that rips your head from your shoulders... we all would, because we fight for our friends, our families! You fight for yourself and that's why you're going to lose!", Waylon responded, and the rest of Hogwarts fighters cried out in approval.
"You'll have to kill all of us, Voldemort... because we'd only join you when Hell freezes over! IT'S NOT OVER!", Neville defiantly declared as he held the sword and his wand up, duel wielding.
And that was the perfect cue for Harry as he threw off the cloak and all eyes were on him as jaws dropped... and Voldemort stood shocked by what he was seeing.
"Confringo!", Harry aimed and fired; Voldemort just barely avoided the shot that ended up taking out half a dozen Death Eaters behind him. Harry cursed for Voldemort's motion, but he truly had set the monster past the point of rage as he took cover.
"WHY CAN'T YOU JUST DIE ALREADY, YOU LITTLE BASTARD!?", Voldemort screamed before he heard Bellatrix and Rudolphus screaming as well as Voldemort realized his followers were panicking and some quickly fleeing.
Voldemort shouted, "Kill them all, take no prisoners, or do I need to put you down for being cowards?!". Lucius was one of the panicking ones, furious as he aimed for Narcissa as she was shooting off a spell at Bellatrix. Dalinda saw Lucius's spell aiming for Narcissa, screaming, "Mum!".
Narcissa barely had time to react when Waylon roared, shifting into his gator form, covering her within his body as the spell bounced off his scales, causing eyes to widen and jaws to drop on both sides.
"You'll have to try harder than that, Lucius!", Waylon taunted as the defenders retreated back to the Great Hall as Voldemort quickly tried to check where Harry went to.
"Come back, you cowards! Come back!", Rudolphus yelled as he tried to rally the Death Eaters as more just kept Apparating out. "Avada Kedavra!", he cut down one of the mercenary wizards that Voldemort had as back up as the hired thug tried to run for it. The Death Eaters heard sounds from behind on the bridge and found Hagrid and the Centaur tribe flanking them. Lucius' giants had failed in their objective. Harry smirked as he rejoined the others while Shacklebolt and the Dumbledores casted up reflective shields.
"Focus on defeating the rest... they're broken. I'll keep Snakeface distracted!", Harry told the others as Voldemort had one thing on his mind now... killing the boy who defied him at every turn. There would be nothing left when he was finished.
Harry, having technically rested for a while, is eager to fight once more and put the stragglers of Voldemort's army down for good, casting cutting curses and charms in deadly ways while glimpsing Voldemort here and there through the ground floor.
Harry moved as he aimed to take the Dark Lord away from the others. He wasn't going to kill anyone ever again. He dived down past one of the stairwells as Voldemort launched a spell right at him, nearly taking his head right then and there. "You really don't get it, do you?", Harry shouted at him as he launched a counter curse.
Voldemort snarled, "I had enough of you destroying my plans, Potter. You will pay, and with your life permanently, and I will make sure of it by destroying your body that even your precious wife wouldn't recognize by the time I get rid of her!".
"You won't get the chance; I'll kill you before you even lay your red eyes on her again!", Harry shouted back as their fight continued. Their wands locked before Harry quickly broke it to move out of the way and caused the upper stairwell to come crashing down. Both of them apparated as they took the fight to higher levels.
Meanwhile, back on the ground, the Death Eaters numbers were dwindling; several wounded ones or disarmed ones were growing, not to mention the dead as Lucius turned to see a Death Eater with two crossbow bolts in his back dropping dead; curtesy of Edward and Hagrid. The rest of the Centaur tribe re-maned outer defenses in case Voldemort had any last tricks; but for most of the Death Eaters, this would be their final stand as Lucius dueled with Narcissa and Dalinda.
Lucius snapped angrily, "Die, you bitches! You aren't pure bloods, you are mud bloods, lower than dirt that you are!", as he whipped out deadly spells which Narcissa and Dalinda was quick to dodge.
"Name calling, is that all you've reduced to, father?", Dalinda said as she ducked as Narcissa countered back. "You're the one lower than dirt, Lucius, always have!", Narcissa shouted as Lucius threw more power and anger into his attack before the two of them stopped attacking him.
Lucius suddenly realized why they stopped, too late as he turned to find Waylon reaching for him. He didn't have much time to scream as Waylon grabbed him by the throat and squeezed, snapping the Death Eater's neck and leaving his now lifeless body on the floor.
"Well, he'll be good feeding for the worms at least.", Waylon sighed as the group heard a scream, to see Yaxley with his arm blown clean off thanks to his duel with Cedric, Tonks and Luna. Neville used the Sword of Gryffindor to good use once more as Selwyn found himself impaled through the chest before blown back by a spell from Neville's wand.
Narcissa smiled, "Next to those losers. Dalinda, go help Harry. We got this.", twirling her wand with a determined smirk as Waylon crackled his knuckles, "You heard your ma. I need to get my anger out on the bastards.", with a toothy grin.
The Carrow siblings were finding themselves quickly overwhelmed by Ron, Hermoine, McGonagall and Flitwick while the Nott father and son duo never dreamed to standing a chance against the Dumbledore brothers. At the same time, Snape was thrown back in the wall as Rudolphus charged him, planning to kill the traitor with his enchanted hand.
"I always knew you were weak, Snape! What made you turn? Oh, was it that Mudblood bitch you begged for the Dark Lord to spare? It was her, wasn't it? Pathetic, and she ran off with Potter and you still cared!?", Rudolphus taunted as he wrapped his hand around Snape's throat.
Snape's eyes turned deadly as he whispered, "Sectumsempra.", putting power in his wand, and before Rudolphus knew it, he then screamed out as he jumped back, various burning whip marks everywhere, and then knew nothing as he choked on his blood, dying on the ground.
"Never call my best friend that ever again, bas-tard.", Snape hissed, seeing the life leave out of Rudolphus' eyes, "I hope Lily and James makes you rue the day you were born before you go to Hell.", smiling deviously, knowing Lily's temper too well, and James' talent with pranks.
Rudolphus's world just turned black as he looked to his hand and watched it starting to fade away; the gift from his master, abandoning him. Only now at the end did he understand that himself, his wife, his brother... all played for suckers. Only fated for death for their master who'd probably forget them in a short time. That haunting realization was the last thing he would cross his mind before death claimed him.
It was almost in very short order before Bellatrix realized she was one of the last few standing as Gibbon took a swift right hook from Edward and dropped to the ground beside her before both Daphne and Ginny smashed their sneakers into the Death Eaters head; knocking him out and probably giving him brain damage with how hard the kicks were.
Bellatrix aimed an attack at Ginny before it was blocked by Molly, "Not my daughter, you bi-tch!".
Before Bellatrix knew it, she was hit by a blasting spell, and she was thrown to the wall, and Molly screamed, "And that was for the Longbottoms!", just Ginny called out, "Bombarda!", blowing the wall above Bellatrix, crushing her to obvibilation.
The Great Hall quieted down; as all the Death Eaters now were disarmed, wounded or dead. In an amazing turn, not one of the defenders had been killed while Voldemort's army had completely been broken... and even more reinforcements would arrive for Hogwarts. But Voldemort wasn't aware of that; no, he was still too focused on trying to kill Harry as the two of them reached the upper catwalks in their fighting.
Harry returned back with some spells himself, trying to hit Voldemort, but the corners, the stairs, the corridors themselves blocked them as Voldemort dodged.
Harry moved to the right as he kept running, blocking another spell that caused the wooden boards and chains holding his catwalk up to collapse and cause him to hit the castle floor on that level. He tried to reach for his wand and got it just in time before he found himself being pinned by dark tendrils as his arms were bound and then around his neck.
Voldemort growled, "Now you will die, Harry Potter, and for the last time!", before starting to cast the death spell when a roar came out of nowhere, and before he knew it, a familiar beast attacked him, pushing him from Harry and into the courtyard, recognizing it from the memories of his Death Eaters on patrol; the unique dragon-cat.
Both of them landed in the courtyard, a quick apparation kept them from both being crushed against the stone, but they found the air knocked out of them and lying on the ground without their wands as both Harry and Voldemort glanced around from where they dropped their wands.
"Riddle... if you have any sense left in you, you better listen to me now.", Harry groaned as he kept searching for his wand. "I've seen what happens to you, and I promise you, you're not going to like it. You think being a corporal spirit was torture? You think being a leech, a parasite on the back of Quirrell's head was torture? You think that little husk of a shell you called a body before you captured me was torture? I guarantee you, it'll be nothing compared to what's waiting for you on the other side."
"You think that you'll defeat me? That you'll kill me, Potter? You already learned my secret, but you didn't find them all!", Voldemort taunted as he found his wand next to Harry's before the two of them crawled on the ground for them.
"That's the thing... we did, Tom. We destroyed your Horcrux you latched to Ravenclaw's Diadem years ago. The diary, the ring in the Gaunt house, Hufflepuff's cup, Slytherin's Locket, Nagini... and to add to a cruel twist, you destroyed your last one when you struck me down. You latched a part of yourself to me all those years ago in Godric's Hallow, and then you destroyed it!", Harry shouted.
Voldemort became even more paler beyond his bone white skin, making veins of blood stand out as he froze, Harry's words repeating through his head, failing to see Violet nudge Harry up with her snout as her tail grabbed Harry's wand, passing it to him, and shifted into Dalinda, "Your moment, my champion.".
"I pity your coming to existence, Riddle; but you chose this path, and now it leads to only its logical conclusion.", Harry said as he got up and then aimed his wand. Voldemort grabbed his just in time, but would not be fast enough for Harry's spell. "Defodio!", Harry casted the Gouging spell, which would be good at carving through stone... or in this case, blowing a hole right through Voldemort's chest.
The Dark Lord's eyes were wide open before he glanced down to see the massive hole in his torso. Whatever his last words would be... he couldn't bring them as he just went silent before falling over. Lord Voldemort was dead. For good this time.
Dalinda then grabbed Harry's shirt in her fists, "No more dying for you, Harry James Potter, is that clear?!", and Harry smiled, "Ain't going anywhere, Dali. I got a promise to have a long, fulfilling life with you and our family.".
His wife looked at him for a split second, and then pulled him into a passionate kiss. Harry wrapped his arms around her as the two of them shared the moment. After everything that had just happened, they needed this warm embrace. The two broke the kiss after a few moments. "So, you're for sure..."
"Yep, all Horcrux free.", Harry smiled. "Scar didn't even hurt when I was so close to him. He's dead for sure now.". They glanced over to the corpse. "Certainly can't deny that he's still out there now...".
Dalinda shook her head, "Nope, and most of his followers are gone too, dead, captured or fleeing for their lives." Harry chuckled, "Minister Bones will be very happy. Definitely the Veil for the corpse and the followers. We had enough breakouts than we needed.".
