The Owner Of All Doodoos: 1) He can take energy from the sun that shines on earth, but his range isn't big enough to take it directly from the sun. I haven't showed it this much during this story because there wasn't many situations to actually use it in. 2) Cool move idea! I may use it in future. 3) Hmm… maybe

After Izuku and Bakugo had recovered from the impact and force of the super combo move, they were swamped by heroes that were around the area. Some reprimanded the duo for their actions, while others praised them for their bravery and powerful quirks. When Izuku and Bakugo escaped the media and said their goodbyes, Izuku started to trek home. "Oh no" He suddenly realised, "What is mum going to say?"

"Hey kid," A voice snapped him out of his thoughts. Izuku turned around to see a skeletal man in a short white shirt and spiky yellow hair. "O-oh! All Might!", Izuku said, surprised. All Might stood there with a serious expression. "W-what is it?"

"I have a proposition for you, kid." All Might looks up into the sky. "There is one thing common in heroes, they tend to move without thinking to try save someone, which is what I saw you do to save that young man." All Might smiled at him, "I would like you to become my successor!"

Izuku took a moment to process that.

"W-what?"

"Like I've said kid, you have the fine makings of a hero, and a powerful quirk to accompany that! You are worthy to inherit my power!"

"I-inherit your power?"

"Yes kid," All Might buffed up again, "You, young Midoriya, have the opportunity to inherit my power and become the symbol of peace!" He exclaimed before spewing out blood and shrinking down again. "My quirk was passed down to me like a torch,"

"Passed down? Is that even possible? I've heard from the dawn of quirks that- *mutter mutter mutter*"

"Kid, you're muttering"

"Ah sorry!"

"Anyway,"All might continued, " I was gifted with a great power, One for All. Passed down through generations, each have cultivated this power and I am choosing to give it to you."

"But why are you giving it to me?"

"For a long time, I have been looking for a successor, I was worried I wasn't going to find one in time, then I found you, saving your friend. You were more heroic than anyone else there at the scene."

Izuku thought for a moment. He had a great quirk already, and it could get greater with training, he didn't want to take this opportunity from anyone else. However, if he turned this opportunity down, All Might might die before he finds a successor. And then…

Izuku looked All Might dead in the eye and boldly stated, "I'll do it." All Might grinned at Izuku, "A immediate response! Just as I expected. Then, meet me at Takoba Beach tomorrow at 5am."

Izuku entered the door of his house beaming, then saw his mother's worried/angry look.

*The next day*

Izuku arrived at Takoba beach, panting. "Ah, young Midoriya!" All Might exclaimed, "You're here early. Did you run?" Izuku nodded. All Might chuckled, "Eager to start training I see. Come over here, this is where we shall start."

Izuku grabbed onto the ropes attached to the fridge and started pulling. The fridge started to shift slowly but surely. All Might, who was sitting on top of the fridge, looked surprised. "Young man, you are not using your quirk are you?" Izuku turned around and shook his head. "Hm." All Might commented, "You're much stronger than I anticipated. Have you done any training before this?"

"Just some light training with my friends," Izuku replied.

"Can you pull any harder?"

"Maybe a little?" Izuku said as he started to yank on the ropes harder. The fridge picked up speed. All Might looked even more shocked. "Wow young man, you're much stronger than I expected!" He jumped off the fridge and gestured for Izuku to stop pulling. "My original plan for you was to clean this section of the beach in the 10 months we have till the UA entrance exam, but at this rate, you might be done in 8 or 6!"

"Why is this training necessary?" Izuku questioned,

"Ah, you see young man, my quirk will seriously injure anyone who is not properly trained to. If they are not strong enough, their limbs will pop off and their body will explode."

"E-explode?"

"Yes, and another part of being a hero is to serve the community! This beach has been filled with trash for years now, and the piles keep growing due to people dumping their trash here. Not only does this serve as training, but also an act of community service!"

Izuku nodded and continued pulling the fridge. All Might continued to tell his plan to Izuku as he was pulling, "We'll use half this beach for training your body, and the other half for training your quirk! We'll alternate every day. Along with that…" All Might pulled out a stack of papers labelled "Aim to Pass: American Dream Plan". "You should follow this!"

Izuku took the papers and read it. It included many parts of his life, like meals, study, exercise, and sleep. "Wow, this has everything on it!" Izuku thought. "However," All might continued, "Since you are much different than I anticipated, you may alter this plan however you see fit, but run it by me first." Izuku nodded once more and grinned, "Of course! I will become the greatest hero!"

*The next day*

Izuku returned to the beach the next day, muscles still aching from filling half a garbage bin with heavy trash. "Today young Midoriya, we will be using these pieces of trash to train your quirk! Though, you are going to have to explain it to me again."

Izuku took a deep breath in and began…

I reckon it would be kinda boring to go over all the dialogue, so I created a short quirk profile

Name: Izuku Midoriya

Quirk name: Free Energy Manipulation

Quirk details: This quirk allows the user to freely control any type of energy and can transform it into any other type of energy. E.g. If the user wants to move an object, they can absorb heat energy from the sun, transform it into kinetic energy, and use it to move it.

Quirk Drawbacks: The range and total energy of this quirk is limited, though it can be improved through training. If either of these limits are exceeded, the user will struggle to maintain control over the energy, depending on how far the limits have been surpassed. Energy that has been lost control over will float around aimlessly and attempt to return to it's source. This may pose a danger if a large amount of energy has been gathered and the user loses control.

All Might blinked. Izuku knew so much about his quirk it was scary. "Wow young man…" He stuttered. Izuku smiled nervously, "I'm a bit of a quirk nerd…" All Might grinned back at him, "Knowing your quirk's strengths and drawbacks are a great advantage a hero can have! Now, show me what you can do!"

Izuku looked at the discarded washing machine in front of him, and looked at the truck in the distance. "Hmm," he thought. He began to observe the things around him, none of which seemed provide much energy. He looked up, and saw the source he needed. "Aha!" Izuku exclaimed and held out his hands. The area darkened and got colder, gathering in front of Izuku. He transformed all the energy into kinetic energy and thrust it at the washing machine, sending it flying several meters, denting it a bit in the process. All Might grinned in approval. "Keep going young man!" He exclaimed.

"How else can I move this?" He thought. He went over the nine energies in his head… "Wait, what if I take away it's gravitational potential energy? That should make it basically weightless and friction from the ground won't affect it!" He lifted the washing machine off the ground, gradually removing the gravitational potential energy from it, "I'm essentially putting in no effort! Wow!" Izuku thought. He let go of it when it was about 1 meter above the air and it remained in the air.

"And I combine it with…" He transformed the energy he had available into kinetic energy and thrust it towards the washing machine. It shot towards the truck at breakneck speeds. Izuku yelped and tried to pull away the kinetic energy, but it was too far. Then, All Might seemed to materialise in front of it and stopped it with a hand. He chuckled, "I've stopped many cars before, this is no problem."

Izuku apologised to All Might before looking back at the washing machine which All Might was hauling into the truck. "Wow young man, your quirk is fascinating, It becomes weightless at this height, but if I lift it higher, it becomes heavy again. It also goes down nicely" he commented.

"There is one more thing I might want to try," Izuku said, "But it's slightly dangerous," He pulled his arms around him, gathering up energy from the sun again. This time, instead of transforming it into kinetic though, he used heat. "Improvised special move! Cataclysm!" He yelled as he pushed his hand into the ground, melting the ground under a piece of trash and erupting in a small pool of magma that quickly cooled. "Dang," Izuku said, "I thought that would be a lot cooler."

"Well young man, we've got all day! We can make that special move of yours better!"
