Rio, a young 18 year old boy , in his 2nd year of high school at Kuoh Academy. He was tall, with a healthy body with six packs and sharp red eyes. He has short messy hair with bangs covering his red eyes. He was quite an ideal boyfriend for any girl except for the fact that he rarely talk with anyone , if any girl try to confess to him he just decline it saying that 'sorry lady, not interested' because of this the wholes school refers to him as cold prince but he never care for such things. He life was not normal abbonded by his real family after his birth, and the one who picked him was the strongest fallen angel Azazel,the governor general of fallen angels, pretty ironic isn't it the one who saved his life was x–angel who fell from the heaven. For him Azazel was a figure of a father, teacher. He taught him to write, read, from fighting supernatural beings to knowledge about sacred gears the tools made by the God of Bible for unknown reasons.

"sigh...so care to tell me, what is the so called important thing that you want to discuss with me old man"Rio asked him with a tired expression"I told you sorry for calling you this early in the morning"Rio sighed again and replied"I am not mad,just a little exhausted" Rio right now was inside of a room Or laboratory in Azazel's word sitting in a chair facing a man who was in his 20's with black hair and golden bangs and a black goatee this person was Azazel.
"Ok so few days before I found out about the location of the red dragon"Rio raised his left eyebrow and said " And, why exactly you are giving me this information"Azazel sighed and replied"the sacred gear is in dormant form, if it's forceful or in a dangerously awakened it may cause the death of thr host or in worst case scenario you can understand"Rio noded his head and said"yeah I can understand a Longinus and with a heavenly dragon is a big thing if it goes in wrong hand""yes so that's why I am sending him to observe or anything drastic happens protect him or if it looks dangerous eliminate him"Rio was shocked because Azazel never give order to kill someone that easily "why not bring him here, won't it be better that way? "Rio asked"in this case no he has a family and he is purely normal, so we can't do that"Rio understood that this mission is a bit risky"okay, so when i will be leaving and is there someone else coming with me?"Rio asked Azazel "not now, I have received some news about fallen angels going rogue and doing shady jobs behind my back"Rio narrowed hie eyes and said"and what are you going to do" "I will send them after a year or so to check on the red dragon, if they disobey me and do something on their own there secret will get out or there name will get clean"Azazel replied with a sly grin"sigh...you are making my job more hard than it has to be"Rio replied irritatedly "umm ~ fine I will give you a gift when it is ready ok"Rio sighed and replied"okay"Azazel opened the drawer that is attached to his work table and picked a folder and give them to Rio

" "Information about the wielder of boosted gear and there are two high class devil in Kuch academy"Rio growled with anger"anything else you forget to tell me old man"Azazel thought for a second "yes, those high class devils are the sisters of the current Lucifer and Leviathan, " azazel replied nonchalantly Rio facepalmed " sisters of serafall Leviathan and Sirzechs Lucifer " " yes there sister" "those two devil kings are the biggest siscons "by Rio's Statment Azazel laughed "hahahahaha...yes those ,you can contact them if you want at the end of your first day" Azazel said "no thanks , I don't want someone follow me all day " "oh come on , it will be fun maybe you can find a girlfriend " Azazel replied with a sly face "it seems to me that you don't love your life ... huh azazel "Rio replied with a sinister smile on his face as he continued " do you want to get a beating by uncle shemhazai Or maybe penemue...huh which one Azazel "Rio said with a eerie glow in his eyes azazel gulped and said "you can go and sleep or do whatever you want just go" looking at his frightening face Rio chuckled and took the folder and said "it's was good knowing you azazel" " you brat —". Azazel couldn't finish his line because Rio spammed the door on his face

Ring, ring, ring, ring~ the ringing voice of the alarm clock can be heard within a room there is a bed, a work table, a closet, a mirror and a photo frame in which Rio was cutting the cake with Azazel, Shemhazai, Penemue, Baraqiel, and a blond hair girl with bright aqua green eyes .
"ugh" Rio let out a irritated growl and slammed his palm to stop the clock'bam' slowly Rio get up from his bed and opened the door and went to washroom. He lives in a apartment the main door is near the living room in which 2 sofa a small table and a 64 inch T. V. ,to the left side there is dinning table and two doors one is leading towards the kitchen and the other to the bedroom.behind the living room there is another bed room in which the washroom is connected with a door, in the living room there is few photo frames hanging in the left side of the T. V. wall there were 7 photos of dragons in 2 group one is a group of 5 and the other one is a group of 2.Rio comes out of the washroom rubing his wet hair with a black towal and wearing black pants and silver t – shirt "I have 20 mins before the school starts huh..." Rio said to no one and quickly were his school's white shirt with black check lines (unbuttoned) and blazer he walked near the exit and putting his feet in the shoes with red and black colours, opened the door as he walked out of his room and locked the main door.
As he was walking towards the school he could see few students walking towards the school with their friends talking and laughing and Rio starts wondering about' it's been 1year and that idiot haven't awakened the sacred gear all he talk about is –
"I am telling you motohama rias senpai breats are the best "the one was talking is issei hyoudou [average height with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes.ise's look]
"you are wrong my friend akeno senpai breats are the biggest, right matsuda"this one is motohama.
"you both are wrong the best is the school's mascot koneko"matsuda said with a bleeding nose.
"" LOLICON ""both of ise and motohama said in unison.
These three idiots are the infamous perverted trio of kuoh academy
'Seriously these guys I wonder will they ever get a girlfriend, even after all the beatings they receive by the kendo girls they haven't changed a bit how come they are even alive after getting beaten by those wooden kendo sticks' with thoughts in his mind he passed the school gates , entered the school building changed his shoes .
As he was about to start climbing the stairs a voice called him "Rio" he turned his head to see 2 girls standing together he recognized the one but as he laid his eys towards the second girl his mind went blank the sheer beauty of the girl is enough to make men fall head over heals for her.
Her soft and pale skin, her thick but slender legs and that pretty face of hers with silver hair and azure eyes as he was mesmerized by her beauty he snapped back because of certain someone calling his name over and over"Rio, Rio, Rio, Rio!" he shacked his head Vigoursly and said "sorry about that mury, didn't get much sleep last night"murayama shacked her head lightly and said"No worries, as I was saying can you show this girl the head office Or student council she have to submit her documents"
"yeah sure, no problem"Rio replied nonchalantly
"Ok than Rio I will leave her in your care, I have to go to and wrap up our club practice"murayama said before leaving them.
"sigh...bye"he said before turning towards the new girl"please follow me"Rio told the young lady to follow him and he walked towards the student council room"so where are we going"the girl asked"you have to submit your documents right" the girl nodded"so we are going to student council they handles everything regarding the transfer students"the girl listened to him carefully with a smile on her face . As they reached the council room Rio knocked on the door"knock, knock...knock, knock, knock...knock" a voice came from inside of the room "what do you want Rio"Rio just smiled and replied"kaichou~~your favorite kouhai~has come to your~doorsteps to deliver you~a new transfer~student~~" Rio said in a singsong manner"send her in and you can go to your class" Rio glanced towards the girl and signalled her to get in and before leaving he said "make sure to irritate her to your's heart's content she won't punnish you, bye bye"and he left her but he heard her saying "yeah sure" he chuckled and left her to face an irritated kaichou.
As Rio was thinking about the girl then he realized'ooo...damn it I forget to even ask her name...huh my bad luck , her voice was like melody to sweet'as he was thinking about that girl, he bumped into another girl wearing the girls uniform she was quite cute with a slim body, shoulder-length blonde hair and blue eyes"huh...sorry about that I wasn't paying attention, are you ok"Rio Apologized to the girl" n-no it's okay, I'm fine"the girl replied with a nervous expression"okk then, see ya"seeing the Rio leave the girl asked "umm can you help me to find the student council""yeah sure, follow me"Rio said before going back to council "thank you Mr... "
"Rio, it's my name. What's yours? and you don't have to call me Mister it sounds weird "
"Le fay "the girl now known as Le fay said with a cheerful face
"you are a foreigner"Rio asked
"yup, today is my first day here as a first year"Le fay answered him
"hmmm~~"as Rio was thinking something the girl asked.
"Is something the matter? "
"No everything is fine,just thinking about something that's all" Rio said after one or two minute they reached the council room" here this is the student council,the president is little strict but you will be fine, bye bye"
"bye and thanks again Rio senpai~"
Rio just chuckled and left the council and walked straight towards his classroom.

"you are late Rio, any reason ?" teacher asked
"showing two new students there way to student council, you can ask the president. "
"ok i will, you can come in"Rio just gave her a nod
Rio's pov
"so students today is our first day of second year, so there is a new student that will be joining us. Okay"
"" Okay""the whole class said in unison, 'is it necessary to answer like that and why the hell there are so many new and transfer students coming each year, is it because of this place is a devil's territory'
"I hope student is a girl with large boobs"and here goes issei ranting about his wild fantasies with his other two friends. Wow the hate in every girl's eyes is pretty scary.
"no it should be a guy like kiba Or Rio with a open personality"
"sorry lady for having a bad personality, and declining your proposal the other day"I said with a smile that doesn't match up with my eyes, as I said that the girl just looked away from me with tears in her eyes and the whole classroom was laughing on her misery'Wow...is it so easy to laugh at others miseries' Rio wondered while looking outside the window ignoring the whole class.
After few minutes a knock can be heard—
"Knock—knock—knock"
"ok kids calm down and let's welcome the student warmly, okay"as the class calm down the teacher said "come in"
As Rio was wondering by looking at the door, the door opened showing the same silver hair girl, Rio's eyes got widened seeing her but quickly averted his eyes'she is in my class...what a coincidence'
"please introduce yourself " teacher said politely.
"Hello, everyone. My name is Valerian Lawrence you can just call me Vali . I've just transferred here today and I hope to get along with all of you." Validia bowed.
"Are there any questions for Ms. Valerian?" The Homeroom Teacher asked.
Several hands shot up from the class, namely the
boys.
"Yes?" The Homeroom Teacher sounded exasperated.
She could already tell that a ridiculous onslaught
was coming. They were ridiculous in volume and
content.She eyed the three notorious perverts in the class, Issei ,Motohama and Matsuda.'oh man I know where this is going, they never understand or try to get better person
"How long have you been in Japan?"
"Only a few short months,if I recall correctly." Vali responded.
"Are you single?"'and here it comes question all the boys were waiting for'
"persenonal questions are unanswered,but I will answer you this I am not interested in you" Vali said with a smirk.
Ooo boy that must have hit hard as I turned towards the three idiotic perverts they were lightly shackened. Hehehehe even they are scared huh that's good to now.
"okay , you guys can ask her question during recess. There is a vacant seat near besides Rio you can sit there, is it okay"teacher said with a amused smile
"I don't have any problem teacher, thank you"vali responded with a smile looking at me.
"Rio please raise your hand"I did as teacher told me to do
I raised my hand and thought'She is not only in my class but sitting besides me , there is something going on, I have to ask azazel about her there is something about her maybe a sacred gear but still'
As she sit in the chair besides mine she moved her head towards me
"something the matter"I asked her with a raised left eyebrow
"No, it's just you never gave me your name"vali asked with slight smile
"sigh... I thought teacher did said my name"I asked her
"I think you didn't understand me, I asked' you never gave me your name' "
She is not only cute but also knows her way with words"I guess you are right... Good to meet you Valerian Lawrence.My name is Rio, I hope we can get along" I said with a slight smile
"good to meet you, Rio. But you don't have to say my whole name vali is fine or val anything is fine"she said with a smile.
"Val ?, you have two nickname"I asked her
" the second nickname is normally by when someone is close to me"she replied with a bright smile
I blinked once and then twice"when did we get that close"I asked her with a amused smile
"you helped me when you don't have to that makes you a good person and we are classmates and seatmates so we are friends and I know we will get closer sooner or later"she replied with a warm smile.
"thank you, but how do you know we will get closer do you know magic or you can see future"I asked her with a chuckle.
"Call it a woman's intuition"she said and giving me a sly smile
"Really...okay,for now vali, ok"I asked with a warm smile
"for now it will work, I will make you say. "
"okay vali, I will wait"I said with a smile
"Rio are you finished talking with Ms.Valerian" teacher asked
"5 more minutes teacher"I said with a joking manner .
"The door is not locked Rio, you can go outside and talk"teacher
"will it go unpunished, teacher~"I asked teacher with a smirk.
"nope"teacher also answered me with her own smirk.
The whole class where laughing quietly . And Vali is just giggling "You are lively now compared to our previous comparison...hmm" Vali asked me with a questioning smile
"I told you didn't get much sleep last night, that's why I was sleepy a bit "I answered honestly.
"Then what woke you up? "she asked me with a finger on her chin.
I didn't answer but simply pointed towards her. she was taken back by surprise with my sudden forwardness.
She smiled and said" flirting with me this early, I thought I made it clear "
"sigh... I thought you said'i am not interested in you' something like that am I wrong, Vali~" I said with a smug smile. As I was talking to her I heard teacher coughing"cough—cough" I sighed and said we will talk during recess if you want that is."
"Of course, I am not interested in getting scolded on my first day"I nodded and turn my attention to our teacher.
And the classes ended one by one and the recess. As I was going to call her maximum girls of my class come running to her. So I just left her on there care walk out of the class
So I take the stairs for the rooftop. As I reached the rooftop and try to open the door and found it locked"seriously I really want to find the person who fixes this look each time I broke it the next day I find it fixed...sigh..." I made a small knife from shadows and cut the lock in two pieces, grabbed the broken lock and opened the door. As I opened the door and and walked in the roof throwing the broken lock towards the tree behind the school, "2 new students, both of them were helped by me, one is my classmate. What do you think Jin as I asked a dog manifested from my shadow with black fur and red eyes "
"woof~woof~woof" "you also think something is of" jin nodded a bit 'this little dog of mine is one of the 13 Longinus created by the Biblical God himself it's a God killing sacred gear, CANIS LYKAON I called it Jin as a pet name'
"yeah, you are right Jin something is off after going home I should ask old man about this" Jin nodded again "do you think she is a devil" Jin dropped his head a bit so i petted his head "don't worry it's not your fault, even I couldn't tell what are they"I tried to cheer him up by petting his head and it did work "woof~woof" I smiled after that I just stand near the railing looking down at students , some are eating lunch with their friends , some are eating alone and from them there is one who stands out a girl with a petite figure grey hair and gold eyes our school mascot a first year girl Koneko Tōjo. A member of occult research club run by Rias Gremory a high class devil , little sister of the current Lucifer and the heiress of Gremory clan . In other words a member of her peerage that makes her a devil also. As I turned my eyes away from her I found out a group of certain three boys getting beaten by kendo girls it's like a daily routine of their must have gotten caught by them.
Better go back to class before someone finds me here so I walked down the stairs closed the door. I simply come down and start walking towards the classroom. Slowly opening the door I could see Vali was still interogated by my classmates, so I ignored them and quietly sit in my seat and placed my head on my palm and looked outside the window and closed my eyes.
[A/n:– Nothing really happened after that so not going to write. Sorry about this :) ]
Finally the school ended I can go home as I was done packing my things , as I was going to leave the classroom someone called me from behind
"Rio"
I slowly turned my head towards her and asked "You need something, Vali"and she nodded
"Can you show me around the school"she asked me with a little tint of pink in her cheeks.
I raised my eyebrow seeing her like this I can't decline her so i accept my defeat"Yeah sure, I don't have any problem"
She comes a little close to me smiled and said "Thank you Rio~ " seeing her this close was a little embarrassing so I averted my eyes and said"I-its okay" she giggles a bit and said "then let's go" I simply nodded.
So as I was showing her around the school I glanced at her and she was smiling'i guess she is enjoying herself...huh ' "Hey Vali, can I ask you something"she looked at me and nodded"Is it your first time at school" she was surprised by my question but she recomposed herself instantly and replied"Yeah I was Homeschooled from the beginning so I couldn't enjoy any of this, it's my first time , I was planning to join this school a year before but couldn't because of family problems"
Homeschooled from the beginning...huh...she is like me in that aspect "I see...then enjoy your stay here"with saying that I smiled at her "Yup i will, you know what? " I tilted my head towards left "what?" "You are my first friend in this school , Rio" this time I was taken by surprise but something about that feels good, a warm sensation fills my heart and my I can fell my cheeks turning a little red "I-idiot, y-you shouldn't say things like that "I said "hehehehe...your expression is priceless, sorry. You flirted with me during class and leave me alone to face those girls so it's a little payback"
"You call this a little, and how can I help you regarding those girls interrogating you and fir God's sake I wasn't flirting with you"I retorted
"yes, you were flirting with me, I don't about you but for me it is flirting."she retorted back"Sigh... fine" as we walked silently showing her around the school and making small talks after half an hour"I guess this is the end"Vali asked me"yeah, the last one was kendo club the girl that asked me to help you is vice captain of that club"
"I see, thanks for showing me the school Rio"she said with a smile "it's a duty of a friend to help his friends right""yeah , you are right""well then Rio ,I guess this goodbye for now"she said with a bitter smile.
"Hey Vali, can I ask you for a favor"she tilted her head and said "you want something" I waved my head left and right "Just listen ok, my old man used to say {whenever you are leaving a person instead of saying 'goodbye' you should say'see you later' that means you will see the other person someday} so Vali see you later"
"Trying to flirt again...huh... Rio"I nodded in negative "trying to make my friend happy that's all".Her eyes got widened, cheeks turned to red
"I-I see then t-thanks" she said stuttering a bit "did it work"she understand what I was implying so she slowly nodded "good then""yeah, Rio see you tomorrow"she said with a smile"oh-ho can't wait to see me...huh ok then I will be waiting tomorrow"I said with a smirk"Now you really flirting with me"she accused me of flirting with her fir God knows how many times"Yeah...you are right about this is "she snirked and said "I will let you off the hook this time"and she walked outside the school gates leaving me alone.
First friend in this school, huh. I guess we got two things in common now, why did I even try to cheer up her. Seeing her sad like that, really feels bad I guess right now I don't have other words or I don't want to use those words to express it.
Even if she ended up being a devil,I guess she won't be that bad or she just trying to play with my heart she is in for a surprise with a bonus gift that is known as trouble.
