This is an idea i had in a very , very long , long time hope youl like it with my very own spin off elements. Enjoy.
Narrator: Wealth, fame, power. The world had it all won by one man: the Pirate King, Gold Roger.
At his death, the words he spoke drove countless men out to sea.
Gold Roger: My treasure? It's yours if you want it. Find it! I left all the world has there!
Narrator: And so men set sights on the Grand Line, in pursuit of their dreams. The world has truly entered a Great Pirate Era!
Prologue : The Legend Begins
"Hey Shanks!Will you take me on youre next adventure?"asked a young boy with black hair.
"Heh?You want to see the world Luffy?" asked the man named Shanks sitting next to the young boy named Luffy.
"Yeah, i wanna experience the great pirate life"said Luffy.
"The great pirate life huh?!"said Shanks.
"Oi Shanks Luffy is serious so why not take him with us"said another man.
"Hmm...okay"said Shanks noticing the big happy face Luffy just made.
"Really?!"said Luffy excited like a little kid on Christmas day.
"No"said Shanks.
"Ehhhh?But why?"asked a shocked Luffy hearing lots of laughters behind him for acting all that surprised.
"Luffy think youre 10 alright?. A 10 year old kid sailing with us pirates, youre life will always be in constant danger"said Shanks.
"I...i cant take care of myself. My punches are like pistols and remember i am a great swimmer"said Luffy punching the air.
"Luffy just cause you know how to defend yourself and swim dosent make you a pirate"said another man this time around.
"Shut up,Yasopp"yelled Luffy at the man named Yasopp.
"Hey Luffy settle down, young boys needs to behave"said Shanks.
"Shut up, you are the last person i wanna hear that from. After all i seen you flirting right and left with all the young ladies in the village"said Luffy surprising Shanks that he spit his drink splashing it on Luffy receiving alot of laughters from it.
"Hey you jerk dont splash youre drink on me"yelled Luffy with shark like teeth appearing on his mouth.
"Ah man now my clothes are all soaked"said Luffy.
"Luffy are trying to say you followed me around seeing all that?"asked Shanks.
"Yeah and it was super gross hearing you say all those cheesy lines like" My i have never seen such a beautifull girl, every treasure i stolen pales in comparion with youre beauty" said Luffy with another burst of laughters being heard again in the bar.
"Ahahaha... those are indeed some chessy lines coming from our idiotic captain"said Yasopp.
"Shut up"yelled Shanks this time with shark teeth appearing on his mouth.
"Okay, okay... sorry captain"said Yasopp trying to stop from laughing.
"Anyway the answer is no and that is final Luffy"said Shank.
Later that day...
"Shanks is such a big bully, i just wanna see the outside world. Ahh who needs him anyway , one day i will have my own pirate crew and will all go on adventures together"said Luffy walking around the village.
After walking around the village for a good whille Luffy decided to rest at a nearby tree.
"I really wanna experince even for a day the pirate life"said Luffy as his eyes started to close tired from all that walk around the village.
Before Luffy knew it he was already sleeping soundly.
"Ugh must have doze off"said Luffy opening his eyes shocked to see he was in a dark place.
"Hello is anybody here?"asked Luffy looking around a little worried until...
"Luffy, Luffy is that you?"asked a mysterious voice that even Luffy himself didn't heard it before.
"Hello?"asked Luffy again much worried now.
"Luffy , run save yourself"said again the mysterious voice.
"Who are you? And how do you know my name?"asked Luffy with no response back.
"Very funny Shanks , very funny now stop this crazy joke of yours"said Luffy.
Silence nothing was heard after Luffy said that.
Scared Luffy started running away hopping this is just a messed up joke made by Shanks or the villagers. After what feelt like an eternity a light appeared in front of Luffy.
Happy Luffy runs as fast as his legs could manage but once he reached the light his face paled at what he was seeing.
The entire village in flames , every villager was dead on the ground with blood on there bodies. This made Luffy puke , this is a sight a 10 year old is not supposed to see.
After finally stopping from puking Luffy noticed Shanks and his crew fighting of Marine soldiers from trying to kill innocent bystanders.
What was that dark place ?Why are the Marines trying to kill the villagers? Is it because they are welcoming pirates? Is it because they are pirate lovers that nedeed to be punished for giving food and shelter to them?.
Many questions Luffy had but nobody gaved him any answers all he could do is sit back and watch as Shanks and his crew are fighting against the Marines.
But what he saw is the oposite of what Luffy was hopping for, to many Marine soldiers for Shanks and his crew to many even for the faimous Red Hair Pirates.
Luffy tried to help but his legs didn't move at all , fear prevent him from moving even one inch.
Luffy was powerless, all he could do was see the Red Hair Pirates captured one by one and executed in front of him. All he could hope was that Shanks will do something to save his crewmates but...
Luffy saw Shanks being executed by Marine soldier with a huge steel axe instead of a hand.
"Why? Why did things turned out this way?!" yelled Luffy with all his might with tears in his eyes.
