"I can't believe that you're a Sailor Scout!" yelled Serena.
"Yeah. And that all you are Sailor's," I added.
"How long have you been one for?" asked Lita.
I struggled to remember. "I think…about a year."
"Oh, wow, so have we," said Mina. "We all must have started at the same time."
"Athena came to me saying that the Kingdom of the Moon was under attack by the Dark Kingdom, right?" I looked at Athena.
"Yes, and Sailor Sun is able to use the Silver Crystal Power," replied Athena.
"What?" everyone yelled, including me.
Athena stumbled back into Luna. "Y-Yeah."
"Why didn't you tell me before, once you found out?" I asked.
"It wouldn't have been a good time. It is very powerful."
"I thought Sailor Moon was the only one you could use it," said Amy.
"Both powers of the sun and moon can use it. And if combined, there is no other power that can withstand it. Even if there was a power that could beat it when only Sailor Moon or Sailor Sun uses it," explained Luna.
"So," started Mina, "if Sailor Moon and Sailor Sun both use the Silver Crystal Power at the same time, would it destroy them both?"
"It's possible, answered Artimes. "Or they can survive, but it is a small chance."
"Hey, how do you know of the Silver Crystal Power, without knowing that you can use it?" questioned Serena.
"I've heard of the Silver Crystal Power before from Athena. Saying something about it being the most powerful attack that can be used," I explained.
"It is," said Artimes. "And whenever an evil is found, and it is the most powerful thing ever seen, and no one can defeat it, whoever is fighting—Sailor Moon or Sailor Sun—you will know when it is time to use it."
Serena and I nodded.
As Athena and I walked home, I started thinking.
I've been a Sailor for a year, just like the others, but Serena knows how to use the Silver Crystal Power. Even if she isn't always serious. But I don't. I don't know how to use it. Or if it will destroy me if I use it with Serena. And I'm not sure if I will know how to use it. I might use the Silver Crystal Power at the wrong time.
"Elizabeth…" started Athena.
"Huh? Oh, yeah?" I answered.
"It's okay. You will know when to use it when the time comes. I know you will."
I picked Athena up in my arms. "Thanks. As long as I know that you, Luna, Artimes, and the other Sailor's are with me, we'll get through it. I know that I will make it through whatever danger I and the other Sailor's encounter. And if not, I will use every ounce of energy I have to save the others.
Athena frowned. "You won't have to".
"But if I do, I will sacrifice myself."
