Sorry for the late post again. I was hit by COVID again so I was out of commission. It really sucked having to spend Christmas and New Year in quarantine.

Anyway does anyone know any fanfic where Naruto and Kurama's relationship is like Eddy and Venom's. I find that kind of relationship funny.

Can anyone explain because I am confused. So the reanimation jutsu brings back people in the state they were in before they died right. For example the 3rd was brought back in his old age. So how the hell was Madara brought back younger looking while Nagato was brought back in his frail looking body?

For those looking forward to Naruto taking on Shukaku sorry I got carried away in this chapter. But next chapter we will definitely see some Naruto Shukaku action.

Anyway let's get going with the show.

Chapter 28

Previously

He went back to watching the fight in time to see Orochimaru summoning summon 4 coffins. He looked smug and the 3rd looked shocked. The 3rd was about to stop the last two but Naruto stopped him.

"Oi old man let him. I want to see what's inside" Naruto shouted momentarily distracting the old man and Orochimaru successfully summoning all 4 coffins. The 3rd cursed for being distracted. He watched in shock as the 1st, 2nd, 4th and freaking Kushina Uzumaki stepped out of the coffins. This send the 3rd in a panic and Jiraiya finally came out of hiding.

Naruto seeing the last two only had one thought "Oh crap"

Now

Chaos reigned everywhere as there was bloody fighting among the shinobi. The scent of blood and death filled the air as people were being killed left, right and centre. Chunin and Jounin of Konoha were busy protecting the village while evacuating the villagers with the help of their genin. It was a horror show for the genin who never experienced war. Seeing such massive loss of life was terrible for them.

However, through it all one family seemed to not be affected by the carnage, well maybe not totally affected. We find D Naruto and his family just seating there discussing what to do. Eri had her head buried in Kaguya's bosom as she was told to so she wouldn't see such horrible things.

"So we are all in agreement right. Zabuza, Hinata and Haku you guys belong here so you can do whatever you want. If you want to fight that's up to you. We are not allowed to interfere so we will find something to do. Oh and we will take Hanabi with us, she is too you for this kind of stuff" D Naruto said as he addressed the others. The others just nodded as they all joined the fray leaving D Naruto and his family.

He was confident in their abilities. Zabuza trained with him then with Miya so he has improved a lot. Hinata and Haku if they joined forces then he felt sorry for those poor souls they will be up against.

As they were about to leave Miya caught a stray kunai heading for Eri. The kunai was not a problem since anyone from our guys could have stopped it but well Miya was pregnant so to her it was a big deal.

"Who threw this?" Miya's voice boomed through the stadium. Everyone stopped to look at the purple headed beauty as she waved the kunai around. Really, this was a shinobi battle that kunai could have come from anywhere. And who in the hell keeps track of where their kunai go in a battle like this. So they ignored her and continued fighting.

Miya's brow started to twitch violently at being ignored. Oh boy not good. She unsealed her sword. Yah definitely not good. With one hand she swung it sending a large blade of wind that cut the stadium in half leaving a huge trench in the ground. Oh did I mention the sword was still in its sheath.

The fighting again stopped as all the shinobi looked the damage done by the woman. What the hell kind of a monster was she? Such power from such a small frame. No swordsman even the legendary swordsman from the Mist could do that.

"Ooops put too much force into that" Miya laughed as she covered her mouth earning a sweat drop from everyone.

"Now that I have your undivided attention. What the hell do you think you are doing throwing these things around they are dangerous especially when there are children around. So you are going to tell me who threw this then you are going to take your silly fighting outside do you hear me?" Miya said as her hannya started to flood the stadium.

The shinobi were officially freaking out. What the hell were those things? And were they smiling at them? You could see shinobi from various villages hugging each other. It didn't matter if they were the enemy or not those things were scary.

From a particular section we find some shinobi pointing to a sweating Grass shinobi. Even his fellow shinobi rated him out. Traitors.

"Good now get out" with that simple statement everyone scampered outside were they took a few moments to breath before they continued. The poor shinobi from Grass was left at the mercy of three pissed of women.

"Okay we all agree that Miya should never handle a sword when pregnant right?" D Naruto said and Shiro nodded. That woman has no sense of restraint when she is pregnant. They had to repair the house a few times this week for goodness sake. So Shiro and D Naruto went in a random direction. Just because they were not allowed to interfere doesn't mean that if they 'accidentally get attacked' they were not going to defend themselves. So they were looking for these 'accidents'.

On the roof top

Naruto was cursing the one who pissed off Miya. Those hannya really are scary. I mean looked at Orochimaru or better yet the Zombies. They were all sweating profusely and the 1st Hokage was hiding behind the 2nd who tried to put up a tough guy act but it really was going well for him. The dude was shaking like a reed in the wind.

"Brother please let go of me" the 2nd Hokage said in a somewhat shaky voice.

"No Tobi-chan not until you tell that those things are gone" said the 1st from behind his brother. Mito really did a number on him.

"What the hell was that?" said the shaken 4th Hokage.

"I don't know but that's one hell of women power" said Kushina with a shaky grin. And how did she know it was a woman that made those things. Well call it women intuition.

"Enough of this we are getting side tracked. Now Sarutobi witness the ones that will destroy your beloved village" said Orochimaru as he wipes the sweat from his forehead.

"Saru-chan is that you? Man you have gotten old" said the 1st as he poked his head from behind his brother. Tobi-chan (glare) I mean Tobirama just sighed. His brother was so childish but it was true Sarutobi did really age.

"Old man is that you? You really are old I mean look at those wrinkles" said Kushina in a chirpy voice. The 3rd just sighed. Even in death she still has no respect for him and worse her son took after her.

As the conversation went on Naruto was busy analysing the jutsu as Orochimaru explained it. Luckily nobody paid attention to him for now at least so a quick henge to change a few features so as not to attract the attention of those two. It was mainly removing the whisker marks, changing hair colour and eye colour.

Okay it seems that it's incomplete. There is no way in hell these Kage were this weak. Another thing was that the reanimated victims need to be given command tags to function. For now all they can do is talk although Miya's Hannya did prompt some action which was something. Well if he could get them out of the barrier before the tags were placed then put his own that would be swirl.

"Damn it seems the one who created this jutsu was a madman. Why would anyone want to disturb the dead" Naruto said with a sigh. He meant to say it to himself but everyone heard him.

"Who are you calling a madman?" the 2nd said with venom in his voice. He was the creator of said jutsu after all.

"I meant the one who came up with this sick idea for the jutsu. Immortal zombies really? Wait till the Shinigami finds out about this. Who here thinks the one who came up with this idea was not right in the head?" Naruto asked. A number of hands shot up including Kushina and a few of the younger ANBU and the 1st.

"You see Tobi-chan I told you it was a bad idea to create that justu and now people think you are a nutcase" the first said. The 2nd just granted while those who didn't know he was the one who created it started to sweat under his harsh gaze.

"You were the one who created it? Sorry man I didn't mean you were a mad man. What I meant to say was that you were a senile old man hehehe" Naruto laughed nervously as he rubbed the back of his head. Did he really just insult the 2nd Hokage twice?

"Who are you calling an old man? I am not that old" the 2nd uncharacteristically shouted. Touchy subject.

"But you have grey hair like old man Sarutobi there" Kushina said. The 2nd's brow twitched dangerously. These two were getting under his skin. The read head he could understand she is an Uzumaki after all but the blue headed one? The 1st was busy laughing his ass off prompting a brawl to start between the brothers.

"I think we have had enough entertainment for one day don't you think? Now on to destroying Konoha. What do you say you join me Naruto-kun after all you hate Konoha just as much as I do" Orochimaru said drawing attention to the boy who clearly didn't want it. But as long as it buys him time to subtly breach the barrier with his chakra well its for a good cause.

Every eye of people who heard Orochimaru's proclamation turned and looked towards Naruto. The 3rd wasn't worried; he knew Naruto would never do that not in a million years. However the other Kage plus Kushina were a different story. The 1st and 2nd looked at Naruto with narrowed eyes. They could see the head band on the boy's head wasn't slashed meaning the boy could turn traitor at any time. They could also feel that the boy was powerful and a jinchuuriki to boot. It won't bode well for Konoha. The question now is why does the boy hate Konoha so much.

The parents on the other hand were a different story. They were so caught up in being brought back by that weird jutsu that they forgot to ask about Naruto and they never even noticed they boy who was outside the barrier was Naruto until now. Well that was after he removed the henge since Orochimaru blew his cover.

Looking at the boy they could see that he had grown up well. He looked more like a mini Kushina with blond hair. And he looked strong meaning that he was trained well. But why does he hate Konoha so much. Is it because he is a jinchuuriki. If that's the case then it was their fault that he was this way. Whatever it is the village did to her child she will murder every last one of them. Well those were Kushina's dark thoughts.

Minato on the other hand couldn't look at Naruto in the eye especially when his face shifted from his joking giddy happy face to this impassive person in front of them. All he could feel was regret. He felt so ashamed and disappointed in himself and Konoha at the same time.

"Young man is it true that you hate Konoha and want to destroy it" the 2nd said wearing his ever serious face while he was projecting an intimidating aura. The 1st didn't react he just wanted to see how things would play out as he was catching up with current events.

Kushina wanted to jump in between him and Naruto but because of the jutsu she couldn't move. She wanted to defend her child as well as getting to the bottom of why he was like this although she had a gut feeling as to why he was like this. Minato was still in his own world of guilt to react in time. "Touch one hair on my baby and I will skin you dead then kill you"

The others were surprised by Kushina's outburst more so Naruto than anyone else. She was defending him? Why? Why would she do that for him? Threatening Kage that's just insane. Well Uzumaki were insane so there is that.

Tobirama looked at the woman. So the woman was the boy's mother. Figures, they act so much alike. And she was the previous jinchuuriki it seems. She is scary as hell too. Almost reminds him of Mito.

"Your intimidation tactics don't scare me. I live with the scariest women on the planet one of whom scared the crap out of you a moment ago. Second I don't hate Konoha I just dislike it for what they did to me. I am not going to stoop that low to destroy a village with innocent people" Naruto said with a sigh.

"Tell me young man what happened?" Hashirama asked. He really wanted to understand what the village did to someone so young for him to dislike the village.

"The life of a jinchuuriki happened and who do I have to thank for that? I have been through some of the most painful experiences that I would have gone nuts like another jinchuuriki I met a while ago. It's all thanks to my adopted family that I didn't go on a rampage"

The kage plus Kushina looked shocked while the 3rd and Jiraiya looked down in shame.

"Jiraiya what happened to my son" Minato asked for the first time. Jiraiya and the 3rd looked away in shame. Orochimaru grinned seeing an opportunity. He was more than 'kind' enough to give the others all the detailed he could dig up about Naruto's life. Oh he really enjoyed the shocked looks of the kage.

They looked like they wanted to kill someone mainly Jiraiya and the 3rd. Kushina was shouting a lot of profanities that made Tayuya proud and Naruto blush with embarrassment. They were really disappointed in the Konoha of now.

"Hey don't blame the old man. All of you kage are as much of screw-ups if not the worse. I mean there is not village which had all its kage produce S ranked villains. The 1st you have Madara, the 2nd you have Danzo, the 3rd you have Orochimaru and lastly the 4th you have …. You know what I will tell you later (your cute little student who almost kicked your ass 13 years ago)".

The Kage were very surprised at how informed Naruto was. Kushina and Minato were wondering who in the hell Minato's villain was. The 1st was having a field day while the 2nd looked away embarrassed.

"Bwahahaha Tobi-chan produced a villain. And you scolded me for Madara"the 1st laughed.

The 2nd just rubbed the bridge of his nose. "Danzo really? Were the hell did I go wrong with that brat"
"Oh were the hell did you go wrong with your students. These days Danzo is a mummy that really should be put in a museum and your other student is a closet pervert. I mean he uses the pervy ball to spy on bath houses. Come to think of it didn't all of Kage use that ball at some point in time?" Naruto asked suspiciously. Maybe all the Kage were perverts. It didn't help that all the Kage just looked away whistling not so innocently.

"Kukuku very educational Naruto-kun. But now the time for fun and games is over" Orochimaru said in a menacing tone as he approached his soon to be puppets with his control tags. His victims tried to move but they found that couldn't.

"Fun fact do you know that monkeys have blue balls. It may explain why the old man always has blue balls from those pervy books he reads and not getting some" Naruto said trying to buy time. Well sometimes bullshitting works. And it worked.

Orochimaru let loose a few chuckles at the jab Naruto threw at the 3rd. The others laughed their guts out the worst being Kushina and the 1st. The monkey king who was also there was popping a lot of veins right now. What a cheeky brat. Blue monkey balls is not a fact that should be shared with the ignorant.

"Another fun fact. Do you know that snakes don't have any balls (that we can see anyway)? So know I am wondering why that one is trying to be balzy" Naruto also said. This time Orochimaru's brow twitched violently as the others laughed at him this time. You could also here a few snickers from the Sound 4.

Orochimaru had had enough. Time to end this. Creating a clone he gave it two tags while he had two more. Naruto smirked at this. His plan was complete and the fool just handed to them his defeat. Creating a clone. They both unsealed two cubes each and prepared. When Orochimaru was about to plunge the tags into his puppets something happened.

"Apport" Naruto and his clone muttered.

One moment Orochimaru's victims were in front of him and the next thing they were gone. All he felt was pain in his feet as two cubes fell on them almost crashing them OUCH. Outside were the shocked victims in front of Naruto and his clone. Said boy and his clone discreetly send a pulse of chakra into the dead people. Benefits of being devious hehehe.

"What just happened?" The 1st asked.

"Magic" Naruto said with a grin. "Now if you will, there are a lot of bad guys waiting to have a really bad day so now hurry along. Old man and toad guy the snake is all yours have fun. And you two we will talk later I am going after my rampaging friend" Naruto said while he placed his own tags into them. With that he quickly sped in the direction he felt Gaara's chakra.

"Okay let me be the one to say this but that but that kid is awesome. He may even be better than you when you were his aged Tobi-chan" the 1st said before he disappeared in a shushin dodging Tobirama's angry strike. Kushina and Minato looked in the direction Naruto went before wishing him a silent good luck before they too joined the fight.

"That's one devious boy there don't you think Orochimaru" the 3rd said with an amused grin as he looked at Orochimaru's speechless face. Jiraiya was also smirking but he was also wondering what sort of technique the brat used.

Outside the village

The one known as Sasuke Uchiha was having a really really bad day. Worse there were some chipmunks singing 'you have a bad day' what a weird day. He had pursued the sand siblings into the forest. He was then ambushed by the girl who he defeated with relative ease. This gave him confidence that he could beat all of them. Next Kankuro also tried to ambush him but the timely intervention by Shino saved him the trouble. He left Shino to deal with the makeup weirdo.

When he caught up to Gaara that's when he realised that he was in way over his head. Firstly the read head was even crazier than before. No scratch that he was downright looney. He was worse than before.

He was now foaming from the mouth like a rabid dog. No words came out of his mouth just a bunch of growls like a wild animal. The moment Gaara saw Sasuke he attacked. His attacks were more vicious and wild but he was faster and stronger than before. To top it off he wasn't even using his sand. It was like he was trying to rip Sasuke apart with his bare hands or claws.

Sasuke tried to put up a fight but he was being overwhelmed. His fire jutsu did absolutely nothing to Gaara. Even with his sharingan he couldn't avoid a lot of Gaara's attacks because he was way faster than him. Worse he tried to use his Chidori and he missed. This depleted his chakra reserves leaving him to the mercy of the lunatic who was merciless at the moment.

Sakura arrived with the small dog and they were useless. Why the hell did Kakashi send her and not the dope? As much as he didn't want to admit it the dope would have been a better choice. At least she used some traps with exploding tags to buy them some time.

"Looks like you are having a really bad day" came a familiar voice from a branch above them. They almost fell off in fright.

"Dammit you idiot stop scaring us like that!" shouted Sakura as she tried to lower her heart rate. How did he snick up on them anyway? Even the dog was surprised that he didn't smell or sense the boy.

"Good timing Naruto. It seems you were right he is getting even more powerful by the minute. Where the hell is he getting all this chakra?" Sasuke said somewhat relieved.

"I don't know (that's a lie). But right now I need you to get out of here. From what I can tell Gaara is not here at all. Someone did something to him to make him go on a rampage. Things are going to be bad for us soon. So Sakura take Sasuke and go I will hold him off" Naruto said.

True if they stayed here they were going to die as he could not fight and protect them at the same time. Sasuke wanted to protest but he was cut off by a clone of Naruto carrying him to safety away from a number of wind bullets while Naruto carried Sakura away. The bullets did a lot of damage to the forest making the genin gulp.

"Will you be okay?" Sasuke asked. Whether he liked it or not he wasn't in any shape to fight. Plus leaving the blond with this lunatic alone, he couldn't help but worry even though he didn't like the blond that much.

"Don't worry about me. I gotta find a way to help Gaara before it's too late" Naruto said. The state Gaara is in has Orochimaru written all over it. He only hoped the old man and the perv were able to put that snake down. If not then the next time he meets the snake he will be walking away with snake skin belt and wallet and shoes.

"Just don't die okay. It will be boring without someone to annoy me (Sakura doesn't count)" Sasuke said with a smirk before he let Sakura carry him away. Naruto just smiled. Maybe Sasuke was coming around. Well back to the task at hand.

Putting on his game face he made 20 clones and send them at Gaara. Gaara made some sand balls and launched them at the clone. But the clones were too close so when they were destroyed they exploded taking out a large chunk of the forest.

In the distance Sakura and Sasuke were knocked away by the explosion. Both of them knew that those were Naruto's exploding clones. They only hoped he didn't blow himself up.

Naruto had sped away to safety. He could still feel Gaara's chakra and it was getting stronger. Okay maybe he pissed him off even more. The smoke cleared revealing Gaara protected by a multi layered sand shield. The first three layers were turned to glass while the last two held up.

Okay time to get serious. He removed all of his training seals followed by his chakra suppressing seals releasing a large amount of chakra. This fight was serious. He could get killed if he held back. Gaara also responded by powering up even more covering his other side with sand making him a tailless sand monster. His power was still below Naruto's.

Everyone from the village could feel those monstrous chakra signatures even those who weren't sensors and that's saying something. Most of them began to sweat while others were hoping to finish up the battle so that they could help. The 9 tails on the other hand just opted to watch. The kit needs to learn to fight on his own but if things get hairy he will step in.

The two charged at each other their fists clashing in the middle creating a huge shockwave. Gaara was pushed back but he recovered quickly and started to wildly claw at Naruto. Naruto was calmly dodging each swap as he got closer and closer to Gaara. When he got close enough he dodged another wild claw before he send a powerful palm strike at Gaara's chest.

That attack blew Gaara back a few feet. Naruto didn't give him any chance. He used his full speed to get behind Gaara and then started to re-enact what Lee did during the chunin exams. Each palm strike delivered produced shock waves a testament of just how powerful they were. With a final palm strike Gaara was send crashing into the forest while Naruto landed on the ground.

After analysing the problem with Gaara he came up with a theory that Gaara and Shukaku were under the influence of a drug. He couldn't sense any other seal on them or a genjustsu so drugs were the only explanation. Powerful ones too if they could overwhelm Shukaku. His theory was solidified by the fact that this whole thing was planned by Orochimaru. Okay he just has to find a way to help Gaara get the drugs out of his system. Maybe force him to expend more chakra until he was exhausted?

He didn't dwell on those thoughts as he was forced to dodge some wind bullets which were more powerful than usual. This was followed by a sand storm that's destroyed a large part of the forest. Naruto had to use his Great breakthrough to counter the sand storm. Looking at Gaara he could see that he had grown a tail and his eyes were not normal either. Damn this is going to suck.

"What the fuck are you doing here" Naruto shouted having sensed someone close watching the fight. Temari appeared from her hiding spot looking fearful at Gaara.

"He is my brother I have to help him" she reasoned.

"Not at the moment. He is not home. Go in the direction my teammates went you will be safe there. Here you will get killed. Let me deal with him" Naruto shouted. This girl was stupid if she thinks she can talk to Gaara.

Off in the distance

"So what do you think Tobi-chan. Shall we step in. That other jinchuuriki looks really unstable and nuts" Hashirama said as he observed the fight. The moment he and Tobirama felt the chakra spikes he took off with Tobirama hot on his heels but not before stopping Kushina and Minato telling them to finish up the enemy.

When they arrived they found Naruto having a field day beating the crap out of Gaara. They were quite impressed so they decided to watch and see what happens. The boy was a jinchuuriki after all and he is not using the 9 tails' power too. They also had to bail a very surprised Sasuke and Sakura from some stray attacks. So right now the safest place for Sasuke and Sakura was with the Kage.

"Stop calling me that. I think we wait a bit and see what the future generation is capable of" Tobirama said. He really wanted to see what this young Uzumaki was capable of. Hashirama just nodded but still he was ready to intervene. He didn't need to have that red head after his ass in the afterlife.

"Arent you going to help Naruto?" Sakura asked as Temari arrived only to nearly fall when she came face to face with the supposed dead Kage.

"Well he is fine for now. But we will step in if things get too crazy"

Back to the fight

"Sand Tsunami" Gaara announced his attack for the first time in a scary distorted voice. He generated a huge wave of sand that threatened to swallow Naruto. Said boy created a clone and they both ran through a few hand seals.

"Collaboration justu: Water blizzard" a huge wave of water backed up by a blast of wind again countered the sand. This time the sand lost as it was drenched in water. The whole area they were fighting was covered in water meaning that Gaara couldn't control sand any time soon.

Both Narutos then followed up by firing wind and water bullets at Gaara who tried to block with his sand arms and tail. The main aim was to remove Gaara's armour forcing him to try and control the wet sand thereby expending more chakra.

What he didn't expect was for Gaara's body to produce mouths (gross) that started to fire a large number of balls of wind at Naruto. They were just too many to dodge with pure speed alone and mounding a defensive jutsu is out of the question since he didn't have time to. Well screw hiding your skills those two watching him were dead anyway they wouldn't tell.

With his technique ready Naruto flashed away from danger. Readying his second technique Naruto prepared to pulverize Gaara.

"Sorry man but this is going to hurt" Naruto said before he flashed in front of Gaara. "18 Dragons Slaying plague: roaring dragon strikes"

Naruto began to rain palm strikes glowing gold at Gaara who couldn't even defend himself as Naruto kept flashing even faster than before. The power behind his strikes was so powerful the sand armour did jack to protect Gaara. Naruto kept flashing around with Gaara being send flying each time Naruto landed a hit. Naruto finished with a double palm making Gaara crash into the ground creating a huge crater.

Off in the distance

"Bwahahaha look Tobi-chan look. His technique is better than yours. It makes yours look like a baby trying to imitate a grownup" Hashirama laughed at his brother. Tobirama's brow was twitching violently right now. His brother was really getting on his nerves. But to be honest he was impressed by the kid's technique. He wasn't using any seals or kunai with seals.

Back to the fight

Naruto landed outside the crater as he surveyed the damage he did. Gaara was lying on the ground on his back not moving for a while. Maybe Naruto went too far. Oh look he is starting to move that's good.

Gaara was struggling to move but his body was refusing to. Naruto's strikes messed up his body functions. At least for now he retained some of his sanity back. Whatever was happening to him was disrupted and a good thing too. He did not want to suffer through that nightmare again. He saw Naruto approach him cautiously ready for anything.

He struggled to seat up however he felt his mind getting pulled back into that nightmare again. He was afraid to go back there again. Someone did try to help him by shielding him from being completely swallowed up but now it was different. The pull was stronger than before and he could feel the raging Shukaku being pulled to the surface. He had to warn his friend.

Mastering the little strength he had left "Naruto run" he all but whispered before everything went black. What he didn't expect was to end up in the desert and a strange woman in front of him and Shukaku holding up a sand shield. Strange as in she was looking at him with a face he only saw mothers show to their children when he used to watch them at the park.

"Hello Gaara dear nice to finally meet you"

Back to Naruto he was shocked when he heard his friend telling him to run. Next thing was he felt a massive amount of chakra pulsing from Gaara then a huge sand construct stood before him. Its chakra reminded him of Kurama's albeit weaker. The creature roared blowing a large part of the forest away.

Flashing away and appearing on top of a tree looking at the thing he realised that this was Shukaku. A freaking Bijuu. Worse this one was out of control only wanting to destroy everything in its path. Damn this was going to be a pain to deal with.

And done.

Yah I left a lot of things on how the conversation could have between Naruto and the resurrected beings. And yes Minato and Kushina are here. There is a reason why I brought them back. One reason being it has to do with Naruto's other ability which he hasn't used yet.
