Chapter 2: Meeting Inuyasha
"Inuyasha where are we" yelled a voice from in a bush "I don't know so quit asking" growled another voice with that the voice went silent. "who are you" yelled another voice pulling up a black haired girl "get your hands off her" growled Inuyasha standing up with his hand resting on the testuiaga "bring them before the queen these strange people might know what happened to the king" growled a man staring at the two of them strangely. "What king?" asked the girl in surprise "wait" yelled another voice "uh your highness we were just apprehending these people" whispered the guard.
"Well don't just stand there help them up" The girl said holding out her hand to the black haired girl "thank you and sorry for the miscommunication between us it is just that Inuyasha is very protective of me" the black haired girl said smiling broadly caw caw looking up the queen smiled "kree did you bring any news of Lief" the raven perched itself on her shoulder and squawked sadly "I see" she whispered. Just then Inuyasha pulled out his sword of his sheath. "What just happened" the guard cried looking at the queen "he is going to attack the queen" another called "surround them" "wait Inuyasha does not mean it" the black haired girl called worriedly glancing back and forth between Inuyasha and the queen. The queen placed her hand near her shoulder and a small puffball appeared "it's alright uh Inuyasha is it" she broke off "anyway it was only filli" she finished. Filli took one look at Inuyasha and squeaked with fright he then disappeared into the queen's hair.
"Release them" the queen told the guards "yes your highness" the guards said as he let go of the girl "hurry up" the queen told them looking deep into Kagome's eyes with that she turned and disappeared into the castle. "I think we should follow her" Kagome told Inuyasha as the guards disappeared after their queen.
"Why?" Inuyasha asked promptly glaring at Kagome as usual
"Well we might find out how to get home" Kagome answered sighing putting her hands on her hips in anger. "Alright alright fine we will follow her if it bothers you so much" Inuyasha muttered angrily looking towards the castle. "Hurry up you might not mean any harm but that does not mean you can't be prompt" called the queen her voice an urgent whisper. "Were coming" Kagome called and with that she wandered into the castle grumbling Inuyasha followed.
