Chapter 1: Call Me Ana

After her photo shoot, Ana made her way home to her penthouse. You see, growing up, all Ana Steele wanted to be was a published author, but after the death of her parents when she was sixteen, Ana couldn't afford college. As a last resort, she turned to a modeling career, and to her surprise, she loved it. Anastasia Rose Steele was a very successful model, and she was now a brand. She had her own cosmetics line, clothing, and make-up. Ana also owned a chain of boutiques in Seattle, Georgia, Italy, and Paris. She did take online business and finance classes, and she earned her degree in both. She also had a degree in fashion design. She was proud of herself for all that she had accomplished on her own after her parents passed away.

As she was exiting the coffee shop on the way home, Ana ran into someone. Startled, she looked up into a pair of the bluest eyes she has ever seen. This man was six-foot-two inches and had amazing blue eyes and blonde curly hair with a goatee. He was the sexist man she has ever laid her eyes on, and she worked in the modeling business and has seen a lot of handsome men. As she stared into his eyes, Ana felt such a strong connection between them. It made her want to get close to this man. She felt this need deep within her heart to know him.

Elliot Grey never imagined that his day would begin with a stunningly beautiful woman running into him outside a coffee shop. She was the most beautiful woman he has ever seen. He was pleased to see a quiet strength in her mesmerizing blue eyes. She was five-foot-three inches and had a sinful curvy hourglass figure with a killer set of legs and ass. And as he gazed at her, he felt this instance desire to know this gorgeous woman. He knew who she was. He recognized her. Anastasia Steele had decorated his walls from the time he was sixteen years old. She was the most beautiful model in the business. The one thing that made her different from other models was she never dated or slept around. She was focused on her career.

"I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going," she said, about to offer to have his shirt dry-cleaned since she got coffee all over the front of his shirt. "No worries, beautiful. I'm Elliot Grey," he said, shaking her hand, noticing how perfectly her hand fit in his. "I hired you and your company to build my house a few years back," she said. "I'm Anastasia, but call me Ana," she continued. "Beautiful name. I know who you are," he said as they sat on the bench outside the coffee shop.

"I figured. This is my last year of modeling, then I'm going to open my own modeling agency," she said, smiling. She never planned on modeling for years at a time, but she had to pay for college somehow. This was her last year, then she wanted to do something different. "I heard you were going to stop modeling," he said, secretly happy that she was quitting modeling. He felt this connection with her, and he didn't want men gawking at her. He had no possible reason to feel like that, but he couldn't help it. "I know you don't know me, but could I take you out this week?" he asked and Ana had no idea why, but she agreed.

"I would like that. I'm free on Saturday," she said as they stood just when Ana's car service turned up. Ana never liked to be driven around, but a few years back, Jack Hyde had attacked her and broke into her home. After that had happened, Ana was terrified, so she hired security and car service. She was never alone. Jose, Kate, and Ethan were her security detail and friends. Jose and Ethan were a couple, so Ana knew she was safe with them. "Well, my ride is here, so I will talk to you later," she said as she gave him a card with her contact information. "It was a pleasure meeting you, Ana," he said as he opened the car door for her. "Likewise, Mr. Grey," she smiled as he shut the door for her.

Later that day, when Elliot arrived at his parents' house, everyone was wondering at the smile on his face. He looked like he was in love. "Elliot. Honey. Not that I am not happy to see you like this, but why are you grinning ear from ear?" Grace asked. "I think I just met the love of my life," he said, and everyone was stunned. It was rare that Elliot was serious. "What's her name?" Christian asked. He didn't believe that his brother was serious. "Anastasia Steele," he said, smirking at their expressions of stunned disbelief. "That young lady donates millions of dollars a year to the foundation," Carrick said. He has met the young lady, and she was a very down-to-earth person. "I've been wanting to invest in her businesses, but I haven't been able to. She scans every company before deciding," Christian said, smirking. That woman had the right idea when it came to her business and who she deals with.

"I work at one of her boutiques. That's why I haven't needed to spend anything from my trust fund over the past few months. I work fifteen hours a day for twenty dollars an hour. Ana's been wanting me to run and manage the store in Portland that she had just opened. It comes with a six hundred dollar raise," Mia happily said. She was grateful that she worked for such a generous woman. "She recently agreed to host the fundraiser this year at her new home," Grace happily said that her son met such an amazing young woman. "I'm happy you met her, and I hope you two make it," she continued, and her family agreed. It was about damn time that Elliot met a good woman.
