AN: I apologise if the whole Rinshiki thing seemed out of the blue but the entire point of this series for me was writing a story about someone that had a white karma mark like code does in boruto, I also wanted to make Izuna different than sasuke is. This is by him going to be raised by the snakes in ryuuchi cave. I do have something I need people to vote for. There are 3 ways Izuna is going to get back to the leaf. you will have like 5 chapters till any of them would be possible but here are the options. 1. During the Leaf crush ark when Orochimaru has the Three giant snakes summoned. 2. When Orochimaru Summons Manda to fight Tsunade and Jiraiya. Or 3. After the Timeskip he goes back to the village and is confused for sasuke.
The night of the uchiha massacre(sasuke Pov)
Itachi Killed our clan, The whole clan even our parents. He called me weak and put me in a genjutsu for 72 hours. but afterwords Itachi told him one thing in his head. "Izuna is your blood brother. Find him again and he shall protect you until I deem him useless. If you want to protect him Grow stronger. He ran into the woods and he is waiting for you. Now go you weakling, find the one that shall protect you." The instance his words are finished the genjutsu is over and Sasuke immediately heads in the direction Itachi told him Izuna was. After an hour of running sasuke finally found something. A shirt ripped and destroyed, Next to a large pile of blood. Sasuke Not only awoke his sharingan but fully matured it that night, He swore to avenge Izuna and never let his death be in vain.
A week after the massacre. (Izuna Pov)
"What the fu-" Izuna starts as he wakes up. Stopping as soon as he sees he is in a dark cave with no one around as far as he can see. "where the hell am I? Did I actually die in that dumb of a way?" Izuna asked himself out loud. "No Dumbass as much as I wish you had died and my mark stayed black, You lived and it turned white." A weird voice inside my head said. 'Mark? Black or white? What do you mean by that?' "I have a lot to catch you up on but just know that you are stuck with me until I run out of chakra, Though I have a lot. I only have about 2 years worth to be able to sustain this form and still speak with you." 'Who the fuck are you and how are you inside my head?!' "I am the Rinshiki Otsutsuki a member of a clan much greater than you or even your world has ever seen. I was sent here to find data on a group of 2 of my clan members that came here thousands of years ago. I was attacked by long scaly tube shaped beings when I landed-" 'Wait long tube shaped beings? You mean snakes?' "Call them what you want but they got the best of me and i was dying from their venom when you came running towards me. I gave you a Karma Marking which normally allows you to be rewrote to my dna, and allow me to get rid of your soul and replace it with my own. But if you look on your chest. The marking is not Black It is white, Meaning you are strong enough to have your dna made into that of an Otsutsuki, But the only thing from me you will get is my eyes and power. Not my soul. So I turned myself into chakra and sealed it inside you until it is fully depleted. "Welllll look at that our LLittlle Uchiha survivor has awoken after a week of sleep." A giant purple snake said as he entered the room. "Yes I have woken up as you said, why did you grab me from where I passed out?" "Oh the anssswer to that question iss quite ssimple." "You still havent answered my question ... whatever your name is-" "Its Manda young Uchiha." "Manda, why did you pick me up from the forest?" "The man you survived against was a being that killed 3 snakes larger than I and only died after fighting multiple of us" "He killed snakes larger than you? Thats insane. There are even snakes larger than you?" "Of course there are I am nothing in size compared to the sage. Who actually wants to see you. "Fine lets go see this great sage as you call her." "Wow you really show no fear even in front of me and actively seek the one you know is larger than me. I must say young Uchiha you as the humans say "Have some serious balls"." Izuna started to laugh. "Thanks, I really just liked snakes anyways so large ones dont bother me." "Oh much less of a cool answer but its always nice to hear that someone likes my species." Manda said showing what he must have meant as a smile but ended up looking more like a threatining show of teeth.
"Let us go young uchiha, Get on my head and hold on. This cave is quite large, you would not reach the sage for multiple hours if you were to walk." "Ok Manda" Izuna says as he gets onto the head of Manda and sits down. Manda then begins shooting off at insane speeds for 5 minutes before announcing "We have arrived at the sages chambers."
"Alright lets go see Her then" Izuna says while jumping off of Manda. "I think you misunderstand young one, You shall see the sage I shall sit out here and see if she wants me to eat you." 'Oh shit they are going to eat me if this sage doesnt like me' "Oh ok Manda." I say while trying to keep my fears at bay. While I liked snakes I still didnt want to be eaten by them.
"Hello young Uchiha" A large snake the size of a couple mountains said with her voice booming around the room. "Hello Miss snake sage" I say as I gaze at her massive frame. "What is your name child?" "My name is Izuna Uchiha, Brother of Itachi Uchiha and Sasuke Uchiha." "Well somebody is proud of their heritage." The snake sage said with what i think was a laugh. "I am proud of my brother who did what was needed for me and my younger brother." "Good I do like someone who cares for family. You Pass, I like you much more than the current head summoner he seems to like investigating children a bit too much." 'Orochimaru Touches kids?' I thought to myself. "Well I certainly dont like "Investigating children" as you said." "You Passed my Personality evaluation. But That means I shall keep you here to perfect sage chakra and as the humans call it "Sage mode"." "Miss sage if you dont mind me asking, how long would this training take?" "Four years young Izuna."
"Four years?! I have to protect my younger brother I cant be training here for four years." "How about i send a young snake to protect your brother. A snake named Aoda has just recently reached what we deem as adulthood, and he has shown a lot of promise. He will keep watch of him and step in if he is ever in fatal danger." Though i wanted to be there for my brother I had to admit that Training under the snakes would help me keep him safer later in life. "I accept those conditions. I also need to adress This" I say while pointing to my mark on my chest. "This is as the man in my head calls it a "Karma Mark" he will train me in it and he has only 2 years to teach me as much about it as he can." The sage had an intrigued look on her face. "You can train under the "Man in your head" for those 2 years. Once those two years are over I will have you fight Manda at Half his power. If you Die then It shows you couldnt handle my teachings anyways. If you win you then shall begin your sage training."
"Thank you for the time Miss Snake sage" I say while bowing my head. "For the next 2 years You shall stay in an enclosed room with the food and water you need to survive, I shall unseal the room in exactly 2 years." "I shall not dissapoint you, Where is this room you speak of?" "To your right Izuna" I looked over and saw a giant hole open in the wall and light up somehow. "I shall see you in two years." I say while walking into the room. once i entered the hole behind me closed and left me alone. "Do not dissapoint me Izuna." I heard the snake sage say as she shut the room behind me.
