As a year and a half went the trial of Danny and Lorena came and went. As Javier told Gary and Holly when he got arrested it was all confirmed with what Gary, David and Holly found.

The guard that helped him make calls and set up the hit and kidnap got a reduce penalty as well as Javier.

Both Danny and Lorena got sentence to life without parole. Danny's family was not happy about the news but they knew that he had screwed up and lost their chance to see or even meet his daughter. Jade did ask Tori that she shouldn't allow anyone from his family near Rory since they nearly killed both of them. Tori agreed but she also could sens the fear in her fiancés eyes and she did not want her to feel scared. She knew Jade was scared to lose her after the kidnapping and Robbie getting shot.

In the end Danny and the people who had helped him had to pay for emotional damage for both Andre and Robbie. They ended up with 2.5 million to split between the two. Tori ended up with over 25 million, sole coustedy of her daughter and a restraining order for the entire Lorenzo family was not allowed to be near or be in the same state as Tori or Aurora. So at this point the entire Lorenzo family was forced to move.

It was just one semester left and the gang was looking into collage. They all had applied to the NY Film Academy LA but some of them had even applied to NYADA, UCLA and Harvard.

The gang was at the Vegas when they all received the letter that held their future and if they will end up in the same place or not.

"so who wants to start?" Cat asked ass she looked around the room.

Jade huffed and ripped hers open. She gave Tori a kiss and then started to read.

Everyone was happy for her and Tori was next. Her eyes widen and a wide smile was plaster on her face.

"Oh my god baby we came in the same school" she said as she jumped up and down. One by one opened their acceptance letter and each had been accepted to the respective schools they had applied too.

Andre was lucky to enter NYADA but he said he wanted to be closer to his family and that LA had more to offer him then Harvard. He just said that it was his backup collage just in case he would not have been accepted.

Even Jade revealed that she was accepted to Harvard for her English Writing but she remembered that she could do that in distance in the second year of college so that she could be done with a double major.

Cat was more happy since she had Trina who was already working as a makeup artist for one of the big series that was already on TV. Cat knew that NYF Academy had a really good design/makeup course that she wanted to do as well as singing and acting. So it was perfect for her.

David and Holly came home finding their kids sitting in the living room discussing over their living arrangements. They all wanted to live close to their college but still off campus.

"Hey kids" David said as the parents entered the door without they even noticed that they had come home.

As everyone greeted the Vega parents they Beck told them about their acceptance letters and that they all had been accepted next semester. This made the both Holly and David happy that their kids got in and also about living off campus.

"Well I think we can help with that" he said and they all looked at him with questioning look.

"there is an old apartment complex that is for sale. The old company that used yo own it went bankrupt and now the ball owns it. It's on the market and well it would fit all of you and some more people" he said and Jade had come up with the perfect ide as her first investment.

"I can buy it, I mean I have the money and it be a good investment for us" she said looking at Tori who was speachless like everyone else.

"Think about it. Sure we don't need to think about rent or extra job" she said looking at Beck and Robbie who actually understood what she ment.

"We can maintain the building" Beck said.

"Yeah and you guys won't need to think about the rents since you be living there for free. You can just help me maintain it" she said.

"the other residents that will be living there can pay rent and with that money you can set up a complex fund that will pay for the building" Cat said happily.

"Not only that but if you make it affordable to other students you be filling the building really quick, I can help you set up their contract and all that legal things" Holly said with a smile.

Jade turned to Tori with a wide smile. The latina knew that this was something good for them. They be close to their college and even to her parents who have been there every step she ever took since that horrible night.

"I think we should look at it and then speak to the bank and if it's good..you can buy it" she said.

"We" Jade said and Tori was confused.

"We will go to the bank and WE will buy it.. together as a couple.. that's the first thing I want us to do as newly engaged" she said and Tori smiled at her. Nodded and held each other.

Trina came home an hour later with Aurora and they told her the news and she was happy that her sister and girlfriend would be staying in LA.

The next day Jade and Tori went with David and Holly to the bank. Holly had set up a meeting with Mr. Smith about the apartment complex. As they sat in his office Jade and Tori was a bit nervous but David had assured them that it would be okey.

A middle age man with sandy brown hair entered the office and they all got up to greet him and let the meeting start.

"So Mrs. Vega you sent me an e-mail and you showed interest in the Galaxy Apartment Complex" Mr. Smith said and Holly smiled and nodded.

"Yes we are.. well mostly my daughter and her fiancé is. They want to buy it and make it as their first investment" she said and the man was suprised and a bit skeptical about it.

"You do realize that price for it is above 3 million dollars plus you need to look over some things and even change a few other smaller things in the apartments" he said.

"Yes we are well aware about the cost of the building, I already estimated it to go around 5 million with the smaller renovations and the conditions of the apartments. We can afford it and it will be a good investment for us. We have already talked about this" Jade said as she felt like the man didin't want then to buy it.

"Mr. Smith me and my wife will signe the papers with them just in case something will go wrong but really you have nothing much to say about it. The complex is already on the market and they want to buy it. Do we need to speak to someone else about it? We wouldn't be wasting your time or OUR time here if we weren't interested. We do have other businesses to attend to" David said as he felt Jade's frustration and the man's unwillingness to sell it to some kids.

The man started to look into Jade's financial settings and he was suprised to see that she was a millionaire and could easily afford the complex. Tori was a different story since he found her having way more money then her fiancé.

With a smile he closed his computer and printed out the documents.

"Well let's go take a look at the Complex and see if you would like it" he said and they all went to 5th Avenue.

Jade and Tori was happy to see the place and they realized that it was a ten floor building with an additional smaller building that was the laundry room and the bike room.

The two signed the papers with Holly and David was happy to see their first investment. It was gonna take a few days to get the key and they have also looked around to see if something else was needed to be done.

David had told them that he would send some of his officers to do a security check in the building before they went in any deeper.

A Week went by and the girls got the keys and their document of the ownership of the building.

The gang was now standing outside the new complex. They were in aw of the new place that they would call home for the next year or so.

Jade opened the gate as they all entered the complex. They did not expect it to be so modern yet so bright. Marble floor and elegant style. A front desk and even mirrors along the hallway to the elevator. It was clear that the place was a office building long before the older owners bought it and then went bankrupt.

David and his officers was already there checking the place out before letting the kids go around. He was happy to see them waiting.

"Okey guys it's safe so go look at the place" he said as the gang went to the top floor and found the penthouse that was split in two and this was definitely the apartment that Jade wanted for her and her family.

The penthouse had six bedrooms with each their own bathrooms, two living room, one big industrial kitchen. Four extra bathrooms and a big enough den to make it into a office space.

"Baby it has six bedrooms, Cat and Trina can stay here with us. This place is big enough for all of us five" Tori said after they had been looking around the apartment.

Jade agreed and she was thing of making one of the bedrooms to a recording studio and the other to a playroom for baby Vega.

"Oh my god you have to come and look at the roof top. It is massive and you even have a green house and a pool" Robbie said as he ran back inside.

The girls went up too see the roof top and indeed there was a medium size pool a greenhouse and even a outdoor kitchen.

The gang was over looking half of LA. They could see the Hollywood sign and even their current school.

Jade smiled at her best friend who was happy to be a part of this new chapter in their lives.

The weeks went and it was two weeks before their graduation. Jade, Beck and Moose had been at the Complex making sure that all the apartments was in good condition, she and Tori had agreed to paint all the walls in the apartments white as a neutral as it can be. The water was running and the heat was on and the electricity was working properly.

David made sure to set up security cameras around the place and even got the front desk a computer.

The entire place was to set up with more modern technology. The apartment doors had to be change and some small things had to be replaced but other then that it was basically ready.

Tori and Jade had set up flyers about the complex apartments. They had already gotten a few applications from different places of US. Some from Ohio and Texas.

It would take them a at least weeks to look over the applications. Luckily David ran their back rounds and made sure that the students that would live there didin't have a murderous past. Holly was starting their contracts and overseeing them with the demands that they wanted from the occupants.

It had been a month since they got the property and it was getting close to be ready. Tori wanted to add a small Cafe/store near the front desk with stuff that students often forgets.

Some of the residents was about to move in a week so that they could have time to settle in and get the things they needed before school would start.

The gang had their graduation and was now making sure that their apartments and their stuff for school was taken cared of.

Trina and Cat had decorated their bedroom while Tori did the same with hers and Jade's. The goth wanted to the one to decorate Aurora's bedroom.

Tori was happy to let her girlfriend do that for their little girl. Jade made sure that Aurora was never alone or felt neglected. She was always the one who would pick her up after school when Tori was held up with a assignment and Trina was being late at work.

The two bonded and got closer over the year as Aurora called Jade mama. Jade never said anything about it. She loved being called mama and she loved being the second parent to the little girl.

Her mother Amanda had been sending gifts to Rory in where Tori appreciated the gifts but was not to keen to keep them long enough to let Rory get attached to them.

Amanda found out that Jade and Tori made their resent purchase and wanted to help them but Jade denide her since Holly was the one who knew more about the law then her own mother.
