The next day Jade and Tori went back to school with the Vega parents and the rest was in their class.
Both the dean and the principal was sitting in the meeting room and did not expect to see the badge on David's left side front pocket.
The two greeted the parents and the two students.
"So you called to have a meeting" the dean asked and Holly nodded.
"Yes.. we want to know why you principal Jameson didin't report Mr. Landon Kirby for sexual assault and sexual harassment" she stated firm and this got the dean to jump off his chair.
"WHAT" he yelled out.
The principals eyes widen.
"Who are you accusing me for something I didin't do" Jameson asked her.
"I'm attorney Holly Vega, the mother of Victoria Vega and mother in law of Jade West. This man here is my husband Captain David Vega of LAPD" she said with a harsh voice and this got the principal to shut his mouth.
"Okey I think we all got off the wrong foot here.. let's calm down and adress the problem" the dean said as he was trying not to get sued.
"Tori honey tell the dean what happend yesterday before Jade hit Landon" Holly said as they all had calmed down.
Tori looked at Jade and her mind was scattered but she knew she needed to tell them.
"Landon and I are in the same classes. He had been hitting on me since we started but I never paid any attention to him since I have Jade. We been together almost three years now and we have a daughter" she started.
She looked at the dean and took a deep breath. Jade held her hand in hers and squeezed it from time to time letting her know that she was not alone.
Yesterday he stopped me and asked about the project that we have. He wanted me to be his partner but I told him no because I already have Lizzie who had asked me earlier that week. He got mad and started to call me horrible things. He kept telling me that I always tauting him because of how I dress and he knows that I want him, I told him that I was already taken and that I love my Jade and the family we have built together but then he got mad and called me a dyke who needs a real man to make me straight at that point I started to walk away from him but then he came at me and tried to kiss me but I pushed him away and he got mad and hit me so hard that I ended up on the floor and the I saw Jade hitting him because he was on the floor screaming and then came a teacher yelling at us and broke the fight. Jade tried to tell him that she was trying to defend me from him but he didin't listen and yelled at Jade and sent us to the principals office. He didin't listen to us and said that we were just making up stories since we were unharmed, Jade got expelled and he got a off" she said crying silently.
The dean looked at the principal with wide eyes. He didin't hear about this at all. He knew that Landon had been receiving complaints from other female students.
"How come you didin't tell me about this? You know how many complaints we get about Landon Kirby yet you let him go without a care?" The dean looked at the principal.
"if you are covering up other students crime we will personally make sure that you will lose your job Mr. Jameson. I will have my officers tear this school up and down and make sure that you will never get another job in my city" David said as he was at his boiling point.
"Miss West I am very sorry for the wrongful punishment and Miss Vega I'm terribly sorry for what you went through I will assure you that it won't happen again and I will make sure that Mr Kirby get kicked out" the dean said but Jameson laughed and shook his head.
"you people forgot that I am still the principal here and he can't do anything without my permission" he said.
At that Holly smiled at him and made a call.
"Hey cousin did you get that?" She said in the phone. Everyone was confused at who she was talking to until she hanged up and the door opened.
A brunette woman entered the room and both the dean and principal got up.
"Holly long time no see and David you got old" the woman said with a smile.
This got David to laugh and Holly to smirk.
"Davina, always snarky at my David" she said with a smile.
The woman hugged both David and Holly and then turned to look at Tori with a wide smile.
"My oh my Victoria you have grown to be a beautiful young woman. Last time I saw you, you were still a little toddler about two years old" she said.
"Tori dear this is your aunt Davina Claire, she is my cousin from my mom's side. Davina this is Jade West, Tori's fiancé" Holly said as she made sure that the principal heard her.
The dean made a noise and they all turned around to look at the two men that was sitting there now.
"Ah Dean Dermot and Principal Jameson" Davina said bluntly.
"Miss Claire.. wha.. what are" the principal started to stutter and getting pale.
"First of all I will start an investigation on YOU Mr. Jameson. Since you let a sexual harassment just go through the window without even investigate if it's true or not I wonder how many people you have let go without any proper punishment" she said and looked at David.
"Captain Vega here will help me with that and as of now Mr. Dermot would you like to become the new principal here since Mr. Jameson is from now on under investigation" she added with a smile and and the dean agreed.
David had sent a text to one of his detectives who had come with two of their officers.
Mr. Jameson was not happy about this but he was scared out of his mind because he knew how many people he had ignored a proper investigation in cases. He would lose everything.
Before Tori and Jade could leave Davina had called for Landon Kirby for a meeting. When he entered he saw Jade and Tori with Holly and David. Looking around he didn't see his old principal in the room.
"If you are looking for Mr. Jameson he is not coming. He does not work here anymore" Davina said as he was getting nervous.
"Do you know Miss Vega?" She asked and he looked at her and nodded.
"Yes Miss…" he said in a low voice.
"Miss Claire.. Davina Claire. My family founded this school and it have been in my family for many years" she said and looked over to Tori and Jade.
Landon stared confused at her.
"You have quit a reputation Mr. Kirby and belive me it is not good at all" she added and he swallowed.
Before he could say anything Holly and the now new principal showed him a big file.
"This is all complaints about you" Davina said and looked at him and he was nervous.
"You see.. you made a mistake to assault my niece and got her fiance in trouble when really you are the one who should be suspended or in this case arrested and kicked out of school" she continued and Landon's face got pale.
"I..I.." he stuttered out but before he could continue Davina interrupted him.
"Mr. Kirby you might as well tell us the truth either way you will be charge for sexual abuse and harassment. Captain Vega here will personally take you in" she said and as soon as David stood behind him he cave.
Davina set up a video recorder and confessed what he did to Tori and Jade and how Mr. Jameson helped him and some other guys to cover the things they have done.
Tori was happy that finally she got some justice and so did Jade. The two left the room after he confessed about his crimes. David and Holly stayed behind with a promise to visit them at home with some update.
A lot had happend the rest of the week. Nearly eight students and three professors had been accused and arrested for sexual abuse. Davina Claire had to hire new people and when the parents found out about this they were not happy but with the promise of the help from LAPD they would make sure to do a better solid background check on the staff.
More and more former students came forward about their abusers and how Mr. Jameson had quickly brushed off them when they reported it. Davina did not like it and made a promise that she and her family would help them with their case and make sure that they got justice.
Tori and Jade had been at home for almost two weeks during the entire scandal at school.
This gave them time to catch up with some of their other classes.
Jade had called Sinjin and asked him if he could upgrade their security at their building in which he was happy to do since he could study from home.
The gang was happy to have some day offs from some classes and decided to just have a family time.
Tori and Jade showed Quinn and Santana and baby Beth some time around the city. With everything going on they truly deserve to have a nice family time with the kids.
Jade and Tori took them back to Hollywood Arts in which they found Lane and Sikowitz.
"Jade, Tori please tell me you are coming back. This students are so boring and they don't understand the alphabetical exercises we do. Good ghandi save me" he said as soon as he saw them and this made them laugh.
"you sure he is a teacher here? He looks like a homeless guy" Santana bluntly said and Sikowitz looked at her and then at Jade.
"DON'T TELL ME SHE IS YOUR CLONE JADE" he shouts and made them laugh at his outburst.
"she ain't my clone but she could be Vega's cousin and Santana he may be nuts like his coconuts but he is harmless. This is Sikowitz our favorite teacher" the goth said as she was smirking.
Lane came up and gave them each a hug and introduced himself to Santana and Quinn and Beth.
The teachers walked around with their former students and their friends and kids around the school.
The last tour was the black box where the gang mostly spent their time.
A few students was still there preparing for this year's play 'I Hate You But I love You' by no other then Jade West herself.
The collage students was stunned about the play the new students had chosen but it was love hate relationship that Jade had written about her life and her relationship with Tori.
The student Luna LeClaire who had chosen it was fan girling over Jade and Tori was happy about it for some odd reason.
Santana and Quinn found it amusing since Jade was confused over why someone would admire her.
"would you like to sing a song for the students" Sikowitz asked as he looked at his two former students.
"Sure why not" Tori said as she looked down on her little girl who was giggling.
"Mami and mama are going to sing a song so you be nice for your tia's" Jade said as they both gave her a kiss.
The music started and the two took each a mic and started to sing 'Take A Hint'
The students was amazed at their voices and how they sang well together. How they made everyone jump up and down and started to sing along.
Quinn and Santana had never heard them sing before.. not like this. This was something new to them and they loved it.
The pair went down from the stage and handed two mics to Santana and Quinn and they joined them on stage.
The girls sang 'I live' by One Republic and more students came to see who them perform and their mini me's was happily dancing beside Sikowitz and Lane that had been keeping an eye on them.
When they were done the entire room erupted in cheers. Beth and Rory just continued to jump around and clapped their hands.
The girls was happy and laughing with each other. For the first time the two couples performed together and it sounded amazing.
After the performance they walked to the Cafe where students was having lunch and the Grub truck was there but Featus was not. Apparently he went back to Yerba to help his cousin with their family business.
