It was his 3rd year at UA and our resident hero, Izuku Midoriya had learned a great many things since arriving at this School. He'd learned to face down Villains twice the size of him and win, He'd faced down his peers and learned who they were and the struggles they faced internally.
Beyond skills related to his profession as an upcoming Hero, Izuku also learned a great deal about his fellow students. The other males were hit or miss with some like Shoji being the cool and silent type, always there to listen and dispense sage advice, or Shinsou who was silent and standoffish but had a big heart for those close to him. Kirishima was an amazing guy who was always supportive and was someone who always had your back.
As for his peers of the opposite sex, well... Izuku would admit that they had his full attention sometimes. UA seemed to have something of a parade of mind-bending attractive women with a fashion sense that involve showing more skin than one would think reasonable given their profession, not that he was complaining mind you.
Alas, he had no time to date or even think about it as his time at UA had taught him that being a hero was not a cheap occupation. He was now responsible for helping pay for his own costume repairs, which would sometimes require endless repair or replacement, due to him fighting crazy strong villains or the sheer power of his quirk ripping his clothing off. Toss in his workout equipment, and outings he planned with his friends, and the costs were piling up.
And all this led up to Izuku sitting on the couch in the common room and lamenting his current status as broke. He looked around and in the common room was Asui at the table with Uraraka reviewing some assignments, while Mina and Sero were busy getting themselves ready while dressed in casual attire, which for some reason perked his attention.
"Where you two off to this afternoon?" Izuku asked
Sero looked over to Izuku, "Just preparing for work as usual,"
"Wait, work?" Izuku asked, "We're allowed to have part-time jobs while enrolled at UA?"
"Yeah," Mina replied "Though, we have to make sure it doesn't interfere with our studies," Mina said
"You had no Idea Izuku?" Sero asked
"No!" Izuku asked "Where do you guys work?"
"We both work at a catering company," Mina replied "Were mostly shifted together, which is good because we sometimes get off late,"
With that said, they left the building and went to go work. Leaving Izuku shocked and stupid.
"A job... why didn't I think of that!?" Izuku cried, he then turned to his two female friends, "Tsuyu, Uraraka, do you guys have a part-time job as well?"
Uraraka looked over to Izuku and nodded, "Yeah, I help out stacking large supplies for my parent's construction company," Uraraka said "They were reluctant at first but with my help, their business has been sort of booming,"
"Kero, I babysit a few kids in my old neighborhood," Tsuyu said bluntly,
Izuku sighed, "Must be nice..." Izuku said with a defeated tone
"Why don't you look for a part-time job Deku, I'm sure you'll find something," Uraraka said with a smile
Hearing this, Izuku perked up and smiled, "Yeah... Yeah!" Izuku said "Thanks Uraraka!" Izuku said
"You're welcome!" Uraraka said with a smile
Izuku raced upstairs to his room and looked on his phone for any job that was accepting applicants. He was feeling lucky and hoped that this would help sort of solve his money problems.
But as it turned out, finding a job with hours that fit Izuku's hectic schedule was turning out to be a more difficult proposition than he had thought. He sighed but he didn't give up, and he scrolled through the next few more listings but they were all the same, but then he saw one listing that seemed to check all his boxes.
The listing read as such:
"Are you looking for great pay, flexible hours, and best of all, an engaging and fulfilling career change or part-time employment? Then you are in luck! We here at Benzaiten Services are looking for an energetic new addition to our highly rated team! All candidates must be fit and healthy and be willing to travel to provide services to our chosen clientele. Please provide your name, contact information, latest doctor report, a headshot, full-body pictures, and availability. Athleticism is preferred due to the vagarious nature of the work. Apply Today!"
'This sounds promising' Izuku thought to himself, 'No mention of a resume or work history, must be manual labor or something simple'
Izuku tapped on the listing and it brought him to their website which had the application form, which he began to work on filling out, and thankfully he still had a report from Recovery Girl giving him a clean bill of health, some pictures he thought fit their requirements: A picture of him in his UA Uniform, and he then took a picture of him without his shirt. a picture of him and Kirishima working out that was taken by the redhead, which he hoped showed off his athleticism. After filling out those requirements, he sent the application.
'Now all I have to do is wait,' Izuku thought, 'Hopefully I hear from them soon,'
Izuku left the website and pocketed his phone as he got up and left the room to see what the others were doing.

Two days had passed and Izuku was on the train heading to his new job to do an Interview. Yes, Benzaiten Services, the place he had applied to, had wanted to meet with him before they made a decision.
Izuku hopped off the train and was in the entertainment district the next afternoon, which may have raised a few alarms if he had been thinking about anything other than his interview. Izuku was dressed in a casual yet somewhat professional outfit that Iida had helped cobble together from his limited wardrobe.
He was nervous as he walked to the building which took only a few minutes to arrive at. The address that was given to him, and the place he was supposed to arrive at was a two-story business building that had multiple businesses inside it. He looked to a sign in the lobby and one label on the sign did say "Benzaiten Services - 2nd floor". This confirmed the address and Izuku went to the elevator and took it up to the second floor.
After a short ride, the door opened and he saw a sign that pointed him to his destination, Izuku smiled and proceed down the way he was being led. He made his way until he saw a large door that had the same name as the service so he walked in and there he saw a female temp at a desk.
"Um, hello?" He greeted her with a nervous smile
The Female Temp looked up from the desk and looked at him, "Ah, how can I help you?" She asked with a smile
"I have an interview here," he told her
"Ah, your the new fish eh?" She said with a smile, "Head on into the room to the right, that is her office and she is expecting you,"
Izuku did as he was told and walked right into the room, and it was indeed an office, however, when he fully entered, he was completely shocked when he saw who was sitting at the other end of the desk.
"Nejire?" Izuku asked with a bit of a shocked look
Nejire Hado was wearing something close to a formal business suit, however, the suit hugged her curves and her shirt wasn't fully buttoned up, so it sort of exposed a bit of her cleavage. She turned around to see the green-haired teen and she smiled brightly, "IZUKU!" She cried
She floated over to him and embraced him tightly, bringing his face into her cleavage and causing him to blush heavily.
"I'm so glad you came!" Nejire told him "Now we can get to the interview and see if you're really cut out for this job!" She said
"H-Hold on a minute! Nejire, y-you're the boss!?" Izuku cried
Nejire let him go and looked at him with a bubbly smile and nodded, "Yep!" she said "Though I took over the business from the Midnight Boys after they retired,"
Hearing this, Izuku was a bit confused, "Hold on... The Midnight Boys?" Izuku asked, "They owned this business?"
Nejire nodded, "Yeah, though, they took it over after Midnight Sensai passed away," Nejire said
'Hold on! Midnight Sensai owned this business first!? Does that mean this business is...' Izuku thought, he looked to the blue-haired woman with wide eyes, "N-Nejire... what sort of Business is this?"
Nejire looked at him with a confused look, "You read the AD, didn't you?" Nejire asked.
"Y-Yeah, it said you were a provider service," Izuku said "B-But of what service?"
Nejire realized what Izuku was getting at and giggled, "Oh, I see what you mean!" She said with a giggle, "Don't worry Izuku, it's not that kind of service, Let me explain," Nejire said
She gestured for Izuku to sit at the chair across from hers and he did so as she took her seat at the desk.
"You see Izuku, I thought the same as you when I worked here during my first time working here, but I was wrong, you see, here at Benzaiten Services, we provide a certain service to the women and Men," Nejire told him "And it is not the sexual kind, so there is no need to worry,"
Izuku let out a sigh of relief, "Oh thank god" he said
"However... I won't lie, there is a small possibility of that happening now and then," Nejire said "But that's rare and that's not even what we do, that just happens because most of our workers are young hormonal teens, and young adults," Nejire finished
"Ok..." Izuku said, "So what exactly will I be doing?"
Nejire smiled, "It's really simple, you see, you will be pretending to be a client's boyfriend,"
Izuku was a bit shocked but also a bit at ease, "That's it?" Izuku asked
Nejire smiled and nodded, "Yep!" She said
Izuku took a deep breath in before letting it out, "Ok, I think I can do that," Izuku said "I'll be a little nervous but I think I can handle it," He told her
Nejire smiled, "Good, but before I can fully give you the job I'm gonna have to ask you a few questions,"
Izuku nodded and gulped and tried to relax, "Alright, go ahead,"
Nejire nodded, "Very well, First question," Nejire began "Would you prefer male or female Clients?"
"Female," Izuku said
Nejire nodded, "Are you ok with mutant types?"
"Yeah," Izuku said
"Do you have an age limit?" Nejire asked
This sort of surprised Izuku, but he answered, "Um... 17 to late 30s is fine, I guess" Izuku said
"Now, if you should be called on by someone and you know that person, do you swear to keep their identity and what they ask of you confidential?" Nejire asked
"Yes," Izuku said "How often do employees accidentally get called on by people they know?" Izuku asked
"Rarely, but it does happen," Nejire said "Do you swear to treat all clients with respect and kindness?"
Izuku nodded, "Yes, I promise," Izuku said
Nejire nodded, "Alright then, I think that's most of the important questions out of the way," Nejire said "I will tell you what to expect while on the job,"
Izuku nodded
"You will be given an app on your phone that will tell you about a job that you will be tasked with," Nejire said "These jobs will at first be given by us since you have just started, but eventually the jobs will be given to you when a girl chooses you based on your profile, which will not reveal your face or name, all that will be on the profile will be your username and any reviews that fellow clients give you," Nejire said
Izuku nodded, "Ok, This sounds easy enough," Izuku said
"So far it is, but when you meet up with a client, you will need to get information from them about what kind of Boyfriend you are, that way, it makes it more believable, and the more believable it is, the more you get paid," Nejire said
Izuku smiled, "Makes sense" Izuku said
Nejire smiled and nodded, "With that said, and with your agreement, I would like to welcome you to Benzaiten Services!" Nejire said
Izuku smiled, he got the job! "Th-Thanks Nejire!" Izuku said "Y-You won't regret this! I won't let you down! I promise!" Izuku said
Nejire smiled, "I know you won't Izuku," She said

An hour later, several women's phones beeped as a certain app informed them of a new face within the business...
