Chapter 87

Ari P.O.V

When I started to wake up, I noticed Victor's body was covering mine, forming a shield of pure muscle between me, and everything else. Victor was fast asleep, and snoring.

I lifted my hand, and ran it through Victor's mane of hair. Victor started to stir, and turned over, onto his back, bringing me with him, keeping me pinned to his chest. I continued to stroke his hair, bringing him back to consciousness. I kissed Victor's chest lightly, and his eyes opened.

"Kitten?" He asked groggily.

"Good morning." I said, smiling at him.

"Why's your hair curled?"

I laughed. "I'll let you wake up a bit more, and then you'll remember." I said, before laying my head on his chest. Victor lifted his hand up, and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. His hand stilled.

"Ah yes. The wedding." He grinned. "I finally got you down the isle." Victor kissed the top of my head. His arms tightened around my waist. "Your last Period was two weeks ago, wasn't it, Kitten?"

"Yeah, it was. I put a star next to the day I'm due next time, so I can tell if I miss it or not. That'll be the first sign whether or not I'm pregnant."

Victor nodded, smiling. "I can't wait till you're pregnant, Kitten."

"Neither can I." I agreed. "I cant wait to start our own little family. Have children running round. It sounds perfect."

"Yeah, it does." Victor said. His hand trailed up and down my spine. "What would you like? A girl or a boy?"

"I wouldn't care. The baby would be ours. That would be enough. And we have enough time to have both a boy and a girl. Possibly several of both."

"That sounds great. And I wouldn't care either. Just so long as they are ours." Victor kissed me on my mouth. Then he kissed me on the forehead. "What time is it?"

I craned my neck, to look at the clock. "Ten. We should get up. We have to drive to London today, to catch our flight."

"Come on then. Lets go shower." He said, sitting up, and bringing me with him. I slipped out of his arms, and stood up, and stretched, clicking my back as I did so.

I felt Victor's arm wrap round my waist, and he guided me to the bathroom. I had just finished washing my hair, when Victor span me round to face him. He kissed me fiercely. When he pulled back, his eyes were dark. "Hold onto the shower head and rail."

"What?" I asked, confused, before victor picked me up. I grasped onto the shower head, and the rail that held the curtain, as Victor placed my legs over his shoulders, and buried his face in my folds. I moaned and trembled as I felt his tongue run slowly up along my slit. Victor flicked my clit with his tongue, before he sunk it into me, tasting me, and causing heat to spread through my body.

"Oh! Victor! Please! More! I need… more! Please!" I begged.

The pace of Victor's tongue moving in and out of me increased. I could feel my walls clenching around his tongue. One of his hands moved, and a finger joined his tongue, bringing me over the edge. I threw my head back, and a strangled scream left my lips. When I was finished, Victor lowered me back to the ground. Tremors wracked my body, and Victor's arms wrapped round me, and held me to his chest, supporting me, and helping me calm down from my high.

We finished up in the shower, and stepped out, before drying off. Back in the bedroom, Victor opened the cupboard door, and pulled a large suit case out. He opened it, and pulled out clothes. He handed me underwear, a skirt, and a camisole, and I slipped into them. When we were both dressed, gathered our clothes from yesterday back up. I put my pendant on, and packed my dress, and everything else I wore yesterday into the case. I saw the holes in the tights, so I just threw them in the bin. We left the room to head down for breakfast.

Halfway down the stairs, we ran into Patrick.

"Hello Patrick!" I said, smiling at him.

"Ari! Victor! Congratulations." He replied. He looked tired.

"Thank you. You don't look so good." I noted.

"I'm needed back in Sacramento. Apparently, Red John's gone to work again."

"Good luck getting him." Victor said, as we all continued walking.

"Be careful, Patrick." I said. "You can't heal like we can."

"Just so long as I get him, Ari, I honestly don't care about my safety."

"Please take care, Patrick." I said.

He sighed. "Well, at least you're not trying to talk me out of killing him."

"Why would we?" Victor asked. "Neither of us would let it go, if someone hurt the other. I respect your decision."

"So do I." I said.

"Thank you." He said. "Well, I'm just going to check out, and then I'm off. I have a flight to catch. Enjoy your honey-moon." With that, he hurried off to reception.

I sighed. "I feel sorry for him." I said. "He's such a nice guy." I shok my head.

"He'll be fine, Kitten. Eventually." Victor said, his arm tightening around my waist.

We walked into the room that breakfast would be served in, and I noticed that ma, Zoe, Autumn and James were already there, and eating breakfast. They saw us and smiled.

"Morning." I said, brightly.

"Morning sweetie." Mam said smiling. "Did the two of you sleep well?"

"Yeah." I said.

Victor nodded. He kissed my forehead. "Sit down, I'll go get us food."

"Alright." I said, nodding. I sat down at the large round table my mother, sister, niece and brother in law were at.

Paddy, Luce, Faith and Mark were the next to come down. They all gave me a hug, before heading to get breakfast. Victor sat down next to me, and put a plate of food in front of me. I ate ravenously, and had just finished, when Cari and Logan walked in.

Logan had his arm around Cari's waist, and she seemed to be half asleep.

You look tired, Cari. I said

Worn out. She replied.

I had to hold back my laughs, but I think Victor noticed. I gave Cari a hug. "Congratulations." I whispered.

"You too." She replied. "Enjoy yourself."

"Oh, I will." I said, nodding, as I pulled back.

"Good." She smiled.

Victor stood up, having just finished his food. "We should go, Kitten. I asked reception yesterday to book us a taxi for today. It should be here soon."

"Alright." I replied, smiling. I gave Cari another hug, and hugged the others in the room.

When we left, I saw dad, and hugged him too, before Victor ran back upstairs to get the case. When he came back down, we checked out, and left the hotel. There was indeed a taxi outside. Victor put the case in the boot, and we got into the car.

"Where to?" The driver asked.

"Heathrow Airport." I replied.

"Alright then." He replied, and he started the engine, and pulled away from the hotel.

I snuggled into Victor's side, and closed my eyes, drifting back to sleep.
