Chapter 1: The Arrival

6:00 AM is the time of right now as the slowly rises and begins to shine on a very familiar school sight. Kunugigaoka Junior High School, a school many anime fans remember when it comes to the iconic Assassination Classroom series. First airing back in 2015, it has grown to be one of the most popular, loved, emotional anime with everyone's favorite class and teacher. Now, after 6 years since the anime has ended, Lerche Production has decided to gather the cast of Assassination for the ultimate class reunion. Planned since 2020 to celebrate its 5th anniversary was put to a sudden halt when the COVID-19 Pandemic occurred which caused the special reunion to be delayed a few times but now entering the new year, it was time to have this reunion. Early morning, we head over to the iconic E-Class campus where workers are preparing the classroom for the return of the anime cast. Not far from the school area is a train station where out of the train comes Kaede Yukimura or as everyone remembers her as Kaede Kayano.
Kaede: Words can't describe how it feels not just to be back where we filmed the anime but also to be reunited with the cast who for 6 years now, we've been like a family. We've always texted each other once a while and hung out with a few but now with everyone, it's special.
On the other side of town heading towards the school as well is Karma Akabane and Okuda Manami driving together and not far behind them in a van comes Ryoma Terasaka, Kiara Hazama, Takuya Muramatsu, and Taisei Yoshida enjoying a box of donuts and chatting with some good laughs. As more of the cast begin to head to their old campus on this early morning whether by train trips, taxi trips, meetups or walking for those who live close, someone is already heading up to campus as she takes a good luck at the campus that made so many memories: Nagisa Shiota has arrived back to class.
Nagisa: So many memories that I can still remember when we were filming Assassination Classroom and it honestly feels like I never left this place. To see my amazing friends once again after a long time especially because of the pandemic, I know this is going to be a whole day full of catching up, memories, and emotions.
Karma: Man, just thinking about returning to campus makes me feel old you know *laughs* after a long time not being here but to be reunited with everyone else, it's going to feel like we are back to film another episode but now all grown up.
As the next hour passes, the entire cast arrives back at their old campus where many joyful emotions are displayed with hugs, tears, handshakes, laughter, and more. Back then, it was a group of teenage actors and actresses filming a series but now it's a big family reunited at long last.
Isogai: Like I know most of us are the same age but here I am feeling like a proud father seeing all his children together. *laughs* This is going to be fun; I know so.
Rio: *deep breathes* I'm trying not to cry considering the makeup I put on *laughs* but just seeing everyone here and hugging them really hits deep in the heart. Not many people realize how close we are to each other outside of filming. So, everything you're seeing right now is raw emotions of a big family being displayed.
Rio Nakamura was then interrupted with a big hug by Koro Sensei himself Ryushi Korogane which has her shedding more tears returning the hug to him.
Ryushi: I'm so happy to see you again as well Rio, trust me you are not the only one who wants to cry. *Chuckles and pats her back* Let's go have some fun Nyuhuhuhuhu!
Once the cast was in full attendance, they all head inside looking at the amazing decorations, pictures from their time on set, and the buffet of food for what's going to be an eventful day for them and for the fans.
