In the years following Kopa's and Kiara's birth many things happened :
- Team RWBY, JNPR and CFVY graduated with flying colors and were now official Hunters and Huntresses. Team CDRL, who had been kicked out of Beacon, became criminals and were later arrested for assault on Faunus and racism.
- Jaune and Pyrrha got married two years after graduating Beacon Academy and later became parents of two adorable girls Cerise and Cherry. Ren and Nora also got married days after Jaune and Pyrrha but became parents only 3 years later when they were sure they were ready. The two of them got a girl and a son Azure and Gray respectively.
- Yang and Blake got together just like Ruby and Weiss. After graduating from Beacon, Weiss became the CEO of the Schnee Dust Company and, thanks to her policy, Faunus were no longer treated as Slaves in the mines and were treated as equals. Ruby, became her advisor but from time to time, she would get sent away for missions (being a Huntress after all). Blake became the new Chieftain of Menagerie after her father stepped down and Yang, being her wife, staid with her.
- Coco from Team CFVY became a great fashioner and married Velvet and later the two of them adopted an adorable Cougar Faunus girl named Clementine. The Rabbit Faunus became Coco's famous top model and thanks to her physique, their creations were kinda famous in the market. Their comrades, Fox Alistair and Yatsuhashi Daichi became their shop's vigils. Apparently, the two boys got married with two beautiful women but their team-mates didn't know who.
-Amber and Emerald got together and adopted a little girl from an orphanage before giving her the name Amethyst in honor of the Queen of the Wild-Lands. The two of them were still teachers at Beacon Academy even years after our favorite Teams graduated.
-Sienna and Bianca got together and ruled the White Fang until they were to old to keep going. As far as everyone know, they never adopted any children.
-Sun and Neptune's future were unknown as they disappeared after Weiss and Blake confessed their feelings to Ruby and Yang respectively.
-Glynda Goodwitch became one of Beacon's most famous Headmasters and her name was honored in Remnant's History. She apparently dated someone but was never confirmed.
-Winter and Qrow got married and even got a son to which they named Wolf Branwen. Raven, for her part, had reconciled with her daughter Yang but still leaded the Branwen Tribe until she felt her age.
- The former students of Beacon would sometimes visit their Lion friends and were always happy to see their 'nephew (Kopa) and niece (Kiara)' from time to time. Blake proved to be Kiara's favorite Auntie while Pyrrha was Kopa's. Despise this, the two cubs adored their uncles and aunts despise them not being Lions.
-Speaking of which, Kopa and Kiara grew up alongside Hadithi and Almasi and when they became teenagers, couples formed : Kopa with Almasi and Kiara with Hadithi. Kopa, as he grew up into a strong and fine young Lion, got a large dark brown mane while Hadithi (his friend) got a blond mane.
Kiara had never once showed jealousy toward her older brother as she was carefree and enthusiast much like her best friend Almasi. The four young Lions had befriended the daughter of Jamila (the Royal Mjuzi), a Royal Cheetah named Fuli. But they also befriended (later) their 'cousins' (Cerise, Cherry, Gray, Azure, Amethyst) and they loved their hairless relatives very much.
- Simba and Amethyst, after years of ruling the Wild-Lands, stepped down when they were starting to feel their ages and Kopa became the new King while Almasi, his mate became the new Queen. Kiara and Hadithi, for their parts, became the seconds-in-command. The former Rulers got a nice end of life before they both died in their sleep years later. After their deaths, their names were honored in Remnant's History and their memories cherished by those who loved them.
In the books, both Lions were surnamed 'The Protectors of Remnant' for everything they did for this World and for the next centuries following their disappearance, their names along with their allies, kept being retold again and again as one of the biggest events in Remnant's story.
In the After-life, Simba was reunited with his family who welcomed him warmly and even Amethyst was touched by the welcome she got from them. The former Human even got to see her parents again ! Amethyst was truly happy of how the Gods blessed her with such a good life ! Later, the two Lions were joined by their old friends and never got separated after this. They were now one… for eternity.
