NOTE: I plan on making the chapters in 3rd person now just to see if I'll like it.

After Jacob became friends with the most unlikely of people and letting them stay with him after he helped save their sister, he was now currently giving them a tour of the mansion his grandmother left for him.

"Alright you've already seen the how big the living room and kitchen are but wait till you see how big the backyard is!" Jacob said full of excitement as he led them to the backyard through the kitchen and through the backdoor.

'Woah!" Stella yelled in awe after seeing the how huge the backyard was, but it was also an extremely beautiful garden and grotto. "It's so pretty!" Stella complimented.

'Believe me, I had the same reaction when I first moved in too" Jacob said as he looked at the garden with a smile before frowning slightly. "Which gives me more reasons to know why she gave this place to me, instead of giving it to my more successful older siblings...mainly my oldest brother" he added.

"Oh yeah, you did mention you were the youngest, you also said you're from a big family too" Frida said.

"Yeah, I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers, and not only are they all older than me, but they're extremely powerful trainers. Jacob continued before looking a bit upset.

"What's wrong? Grace said since she noticed the change on his face. "Are they mean to you?"

"No, their fine, it's just...my oldest brother could be a bit...overconfident" Jacob confessed.

"That...doesn't really sound all that bad" Grace added.

"I know it doesn't sound bad and I'm not trying say mean things about him but...he's more than just overconfident, He's your average stuck-up arrogant trainer that thinks he's better than everyone else cause unlike my other siblings who are all still pretty good trainers, he's a league champion and he can't help but brag about it to them, but he does It to me the most" Jacob said. "You should have seen the look on his face when grandma gave this mansion to me before she passed, "I could have sworn he was about to explode in anger but didn't because grandma was on her deathbed.

"He sounds like a jerk" Victoria spoke as everyone, even Grace and Eve nodded in agreement.

"Thing is, he wasn't always like that, he used to be way nicer back when I was younger, but he changed after he won the Pokémon league back in Kanto" Jacob said before realizing he got stuck talking about his family when he was supposed to be giving a tour.

"Oh! I forgot I was giving you guys a tour! sorry if I got stuck talking about my family" Jacob apologized.

"Don't worry, we were actually quite interested in hearing about your family" Ruby said. "But if you don't want to talk about them right now then I Quess that's fine too" she added.

"Alright, I might end up talking about the rest of them after the tour is done if you wanted to hear more" Jacob offered.

"Sure" Ruby said as Jacob continued the tour and was about to show them the upstairs.

"The rest of the rooms are up here" Jacob said as they walked through the hallway. "Grandma already had the rooms set up but I never had a reason to use them since I was the only one here till now, so you can pick and redecorate any-" Jacob announced but was interrupted when they all rushed to go pick a room, leaving Jacob, Ruby, and Grace in the hallway still.

"Room, you want..." Jacob finished.

"Oh, don't mind them, they're just happy to have rooms of their own" Ruby said.

"Aren't you going to pick your rooms?" Jacob asked.

"No, we can wait till after everyone else is done" Grace answered.

"I can't really think of anything else to do but...maybe I can show you my room while the others are picking" Jacob offered.

"If it's fine with you then sure". Ruby accepted.

Soon after she accepted the offer Jacob show Ruby and Grace his room, it pretty much had everything you'd expect a room to have, a bed, a desk, a tv stand with a flat screen on it a bookshelf and a closet, along with having a shiny white coat of paint on the walls and ceiling and also had a balcony that gives him a complete view of the the backyard along with the city in the distance.

"The room looks very nice nice" Grace complimented as she looked around the room.

"Oh it isn't much but thank you for the compliment". Jacob smiled at Grace causing her to blush a bit and turn away.

"Y-you're welcome. Grace stuttered.

"Something wrong Grace?" Jacob asked in confused but Ruby knew what was wrong in only smiled.

"Hey Jacob" Ruby said.

"Yeah?" Jacob questioned.

"do you mind if me and Grace speak In private?" Ruby asked.

"Oh, sure" Jacob left the room leaving Ruby and Grace alone.

"What's wrong?" Grace was nervous about what was so important that she needed to be alone with her.

"Nothing, just a question" Ruby walked over to the bed and patted the spot on the bed next to her.

"Ok what's the question?" Grace said as she walked over and sat on the bed, still feeling nervous.

"I just wanted to know...how do you feel about Jacob?" Ruby confessed. "We've been around friendly humans before but this is the first time you've been this nervous and attached to one other then our parent's old trainer"

"I-I don't know, I just think h-he's nice that's all" Grace stuttered again causing Ruby to smile more.

"Or maybe...you like him" Ruby smiled brightly causing Grace to blush.

"W-w-what do you m-mean!? W-we just met him" Grace said trying to defend herself. "I mean he did run out into a severe thunderstorm to help us get that tree off you...and took us in so we wouldn't be stuck in that storm...and gave use a new home...

...and he's kind of cute when he smiles..."Grace whispered the last part.

"What was the last part?" Ruby said as she held back a smile pretending she didn't hear what she whispered.

"NOTHING I HAVE TO GO NOW!" Grace yelled out as she bolted out the room and pass Jacob who was still in the hallway.

"What happened?" Jacob said looking worried for the little Eevee.

"Oh it's nothing important" Ruby smiled.

After the girls picked the rooms, Jacob showed the rest of the mansion before ending the tour.

"And that's the rest of the mansion" Jacob said as he sat down on the sofa "man I'm beat"

"I never thought this place would be so big" Eleanor agreed.

Everyone was now in the living room before Jacob realized someone was missing. "Where's Grace?"

"Maybe still in her new room, you should go check on her" Ruby smiled as Jacob went to go check on Grace, not knowing the was her plan to see how Grace feels about him...
