A/N: This is just a short, filler chapter. Bear with me, all right? I like to flesh out my story a little bit.

Chapter 7: MSN + Texting = Teenage Heaven

Neji was ready to hurl that phone across the room. That had to be the fiftieth time today the thing had rung. Even worse, he had only given them his phone number yesterday. Overnight, Neji collected a grand total of 80 incoming calls, and now that it was midday on Sunday, he was topping 50. Worse, still, he didn't have the cash to pay for his cell phone bills other than to top it off with ten dollars a month with a pay as you go plan.

These suckers wanted a lot more chatting time then he could afford.

The blasted thing rang again. Neji glared at it for a second then picked it up. It was a text message. Texting, he could afford. Neji flipped the phone open. It was from Itachi.

Sick of all the calls yet? :P

Neji smirked and began to reply. You have no idea. I'm already at fifty, and there's no sign of it slowing down. You're there all the time. Why are they calling me?

He tossed the phone back on his bedside table and stared at the wall of his puny one room apartment. Though he did have over twenty thousand dollars in his bank account, Neji was trying to eke it out as long as he could so he could actually sustain himself and rub it in Hiashi's face saying: See? I can take care of myself!

Hewould probably say something like: In these lowlife conditions?

Neji's brow furrowed. Yeah. That sounded like him.

The phone rang again. Neji snapped it up. Incoming call. He sighed and put it down again. No sooner than it left his hand, it rang again. Neji lifted it to his face. Text message. He flipped the phone open.

You wouldn't believe the number of movies that have been backing up after you left. Everyone wants you in their movies, and there isn't anything you can do about it.

Neji put his fingers to the keypad and clicked in his message. That's not fun. I pity you, Itachi. You've been going through this longer than I have. How did you deal with it?

It was another series of three incoming calls before Itachi replied.

If you want the honest truth...I just went and talked to them personally, or talked to them over Skype. After that, I just chose Konoha's movie studios, because I've always loved this place. Then, I ignored everyone else's calls, and they eventually just went away. My lunch break's almost over, so I may not reply if you do. Good luck, and have fun with the phone harassment.

Neji laughed at the last line. Typical Itachi. End a texting conversation with sarcasm. Neji didn't bother replying to Itachi's text. Instead he turned his phone off so it wouldn't bother him anymore and curled up under his covers. It was time to catch up on the sleep he had lost due to the incessant ringing of his cell phone.

Sunday was uneventful. I basically did whatever I always did on Sundays. I did my laundry while chatting on MSN.

Ino says: Hiii Tennie! 3

Tenten says: Oh hey Ino. Whats up?

Ino says: not much u?

Tenten says: Laundry.

Ino says: That sucks.

Tenten says: Someone's gotta do it.

Ino says: True.

Normally, the conversation between Ino and Tenten would end there, as Tenten didn't have much to chat with Ino about. So, Tenten basically just moved onto Sakura who just signed in.

Tenten says: Hi Saku-chan!

Sakura says: Hello Tennie :) Hows it going?

Tenten says: Good but I'm doing laundry :(

Sakura says: lol. As always.

The MSN blip echoed through my speakers as Ino spoke up again.

Ino says: Tennie, do you mind if I bring Sakura into the convo?

Tenten says: Nope, go ahead!

-Sakura has just entered the chat room-

Sakura says: Hi guys!

Ino says: Hi Sakura!

Tenten says: Ditto.

Sakura says: lmfao.

Ino says: So...Tennie, have you heard anything about Neji lately?

Tenten: No, why?

Ino says: You mean, you don't have his e-mail?

Sakura says: lol. Tennie doesn't give her e-mail away that easily.

Tenten says: Sakura is right. I don't give my e-mail away easily. Besides, there wasn't any time to ask Neji for his e-mail anyway. I don't even know if he has a computer.

Ino says: :O What are you saying, Tennie? Of course he has a computer! He's an actor! He's probably totally rich!

Sakura says: Well, you'd never know until you ask, right?

Tenten says: Hmm, I'll ask later. Just not now. He's probably sooo busy right now.

Ino says: You mean you can contact him like...NOW? Have I missed something?

Tenten says: lol. No I can't contact him. I meant that even if I could, he's probably busy anyway.

Sakura says: That's true. He did just get back into the movie industry...

Ino says: I'm sooo jealous! I want to be in a movie someday!

Tenten says: Ino, you want everything fast and easy. It's your own fault for not taking Drama class.

Ino says: You shouldn't need to take Drama class to become a star!

Tenten says: What good is getting into a movie if you don't even have the experience to act?

Ino says: Pfff, it's called Natural Talent.

Tenten says: Do you have said 'Natural Talent'?

Ino says: I so do!

Sakura says: You guys are hilarious. XD

Ino says: Be quiet, Sakura! I'm trying to prove a point here!

Sakura says: I know, but you're still hilarious. Oh hang on! Sasuke-kun wants to join! 3

Ino says: Oooh! Bring him in!

Tenten says: Hello, I'm right here!

Sakura says: He's going to bring Naruto as well.

Ino says: Great! We'll have our group of five!

Tenten says: Yoohoo!

Ino says: What's up, Tenten?

Tenten says: Oh nothing, just wanted to get your attention.

Sakura says: XD LMFAO!

-Sasuke just joined the chat room-

Sasuke says: Yo.

Ino says: Hi Sasu-kun!

Tenten says: Hi Sasuke.

Sakura says: Hi Sasuke-kun :)

Sasuke says: Sasu-kun? Do not call me that again. Hey Tenten, Hey Sakura.

Tenten says: Where's Naruto?

Sasuke says: Hang on...

-Naruto just joined the chat room-

Naruto says: HEY GUYS!

Ino says: Hiii Naru-kun!

Sakura says: Hello Naruto!

Sasuke says: Ino, enough with the nicknames.

Tenten says: Hi Naruto! And ditto what Sasuke said.

Naruto says: XD.

Tenten says: So, Sasuke have you talked to your brother lately?

Sasuke says: Nah. Not yet.

Ino says: When's he coming home again?

Sasuke says: This weekend.

Sakura says: Can we meet him, Sasuke-kun?

Sasuke says: Yeah.

Tenten says: Why's he coming home?

Sasuke says: He's taking two weeks off. So, it's like a little vacation. Besides, I think he said something about giving a presentation on CGI somewhere...

Naruto says: That's cool!

Tenten says: I'd like to see that.

Naruto says: Can you get him to take us somewhere so he can blow stuff up for us?

Sasuke says: :P maybe.

Ino says: That would be sooo fun!

Naruto says: Have you seen Itachi blow something up?

Sasuke says: No. He usually does it up at one of his friend's dad's bomb ranges.

Tenten says: Epic. Which friend?

Sasuke says: Uh, I think his name is Deidara, but I can't remember. He has quite a few friends who do special effects in movies. I think Deidara does pyrotechnics.

Ino says: That's SOOO cool! Are we going to meet his friends too?

Sasuke says: I dunno. Maybe.

So that was that. Quite possibly we'd be meeting up with Itachi this weekend. And maybe we can get Neji to tag along. That would be twice as fun!
