The War of Seventeen Nations

The regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh have yet to drift apart. The country is divided by seventeen nations, whose leaders the warlords keep the peace. But, ten years ago the warlords disappeared. A war began and now the Water nation is controlled by the Dragon nation. Can anyone break their hold? Characters wanted! SYOC/SYOT

Long ago, the regions of Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh formed a super continent.

The seventeen types of Pokémon formed a nation of harmony, where only the trainers of their nation could tame their type.

Each nation had its own respective overlord, who was the strongest of their trainers.

Every year, the overlords would meet in the centre and largest nation of Water.

But one year, the overlords didn't return.

The nations began a war over the disappearances of the overlords.

The closet of nations became enemies in fear of the idea that one of their allies may have betrayed them.

That was 10 years ago.

The war still reigns on and the Dragon nation has taken over the Water nation.

The Dragon nation have outlawed catching in all the Water nation.

There are no trainers left.

But tonight, I will change this fact.

Thanks for checking the first chapter of my Avatar inspired Pokémon Fanfic! I'll be putting a new chapter on as soon as possible.

Also, I will be accepting one character per nation (except water) who may hinder or help the protagonist in his path to restoring the balance. You should put from when the trainers are getting a starter or they have just got it, but you should put their future team and what order they get then in case they come later in the story.
