We are back in the teachers' lounge and our dear protagonist was still in shock to see Splinter and the turtles present in the room... of the UA.
Leonardo: "We were waiting for you, Izuku."
Izuku: "But what's going on? What are you guys doing here at UA?" - he asked as he entered the UA with All Might, who closed the door.
Nezu: "That's why we called you, young Midoriya. We have things to talk and discuss. Would you like to sit down?" - he asked as he showed the boy the place to sit.
Izuku: "O-Of course."
Izuku sat down while All Might returned to his original form and sat on the couch with Nezu and Splinter. The turtles remained standing.
Nezu: "Would you like some tea?" - he asked as he offered a cup to the greenish man, who accepted it.
Izuku: "Yes, thanks. Anyway, can you explain to me what's going on here?"
Nezu: "Yoshi, or Splinter as he prefers to call himself, we were friends a long time ago when I was a student at the Hamato Clan's martial arts school."
Izuku: "Wait, were you a student there too?!" - obviously, Izuku was surprised and shocked.
Splinter: "And he was the only one who looked like a mouse, dog... or bear. Nezu, what are you again?" - he asked while looking confusedly at Nezu.
Nezu: "Now my friend, I'm the principal!"
He said while smiling and raising his right hand, but his answer made everyone looks at him like... how can I say? They got silly faces while Master Splinter placed his hand on his face.
Michelangelo: "But that doesn't mean anything..."
Splinter: "Anyway, Nezu was the only one there who didn't have a human appearance, but even so, he was one of the best students. We got to know each other and ended up getting along well."
Nezu: "But one day I had to leave and drop out of the Hamato Clan school for business with the UA. Izuku was crestfallen. He thought he was going to be scolded, but...
Toshinori: "So we thank you and the young Turtles for helping us."
Izuku: "What?"

Toshinori: "I thank you too, young Midoriya and young Turtles. I don't even know what would happen to me if I fought that thing alone."
Leonardo: "Like I said, All Might, we did the right thing." - He said while he and his brothers smiled.
Izuku looked at everyone and was relieved and happy. He expected something bad to happen to him and the Turtles when they were seen by UA officials and he had fought alongside them and had hidden their existence. But he had one more thing to say. Izuku got up, turned to the brothers and bowed to the turtle brothers, who were surprised by the boy's attitude.
Izuku: "I'm sorry, guys. I failed to hide you. Because of me... a lot of people know you exist... because of me... you had to reveal yourself to a lot of people just to save me... I'm sorry for having failed you..." - Izuku still felt guilty about everything. He thought that if he had never met the turtles, they would not have had their existence revealed to his classmates and teachers. Izuku thought they would be mad at him for not being able to hide their existence.
Michelangelo: "Izuku, don't say that, man."
Izuku: "Huh?" - Izuku raised his head upon hearing Mikey's comment.
Donatello: "It's not your fault, Izuku. You shouldn't be doing this."
Raphael: "Yeah, stop talking nonsense, man. What did we say about you valuing yourself more? If you keep this up, I'll have to be forced to flap you."
Izuku: "A flap?" - Izuku was confused.
Raphael: "Yes." - He said before giving Michelangelo a strong slap on the head, who felt this one. - "A Flap." - He said while smiling at the greenish, who shuddered to see and know that he can receive "Flap" from Raph.
Michelangelo: "Ouch! Why did you do that?" - He asked while massaging his head.
Raphael: "Someone has to offer to demonstrate." - He said raising his hands.
Michelangelo: "You know, the more time I spend with you, the more I feel like an idiot?"
Raphael: "But aren't you already an idiot?" - He asked with a mocking smile, which made Mikey annoyed.
Leonardo: "Ignoring what happened now..." - Clearly referring to Mikey and Raph - "We don't blame you, Izuku. We did that because you're one of us now. And even if we didn't know you, we would the same thing."
Michelangelo: "Would we really do?" - Michelangelo whispered to Donatello, who shrugged.
Izuku was speechless. Until Leonardo grabbed the greenish man's shoulder and smiled at him.
Leonardo: "What you did that day is proof that you are spectacular. You fought and saved many of your peers, your teachers and helped us. You showed your worth, you showed what it is to be a hero, Izuku ." - He said while Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello and Michelangelo nodded and smiled at the greenish man, who was almost getting emotional about it.
Not only was he happy, but Nezu, Splinter, and Toshinori were also happy to see how the Turtles cared for the Greenie, who was feeling blessed to meet the brothers. But he still had a question on his mind.
Izuku: "But I still want to know, what are you guys doing here at UA?"
Raphael: "Ah, so the Rat God over there gave us a job as UA security." - He said while crossing his arms and smiling.
Izuku: "What?!"
Nezu: "As I don't want them to get into trouble for fighting villains without authorization, I myself decided to make them as UA employees and security."
Donatello: "In other words, thanks to Mister Nezu, we have a job and the UA will be our new ally against the Foot Clan."
Michelangelo: "In the another other words, we have a salary and we can buy pizza at our own expense!" - He said while opening his arms and smiling happily.
Donatello/Raphael: "Hell Yeah! Hehehe!" - they said while the three made a high five.
Leonardo: "Are they happy just for that? Ah, my holy turtle. What do I do with them?" - he said while chuckling with Izuku, who was also having fun with this scene.
Toshinori: "Anyway, let's talk about something very serious now."
Toshinori's words made Izuku and the Turtles turn their attention to the blonde.
Toshinori: "I'm sorry to say that my time is getting shorter." - This information left Izuku and the Turtles shocked.
Michelangelo: "W-What do you mean, y-you're dying?!"
Donatello: "No, Mikey. I think he's referring to his transformation time as All Might." - He said with his hand on his chin.

Raphael: "..." - Raphael looked frighteningly at Izuku while showing his right hand to the greenish man, who swallowed hard when he remembered Raphael's "Slap".
Toshinori: "Hahahaha! Young Midoriya, there's nothing to apologize for with me. Man, we're really a lot alike, aren't we?" - He said before wiping his mouth that blood came out at the time he laughed. - "Anyway, there's also the other reason we called you here. It's about the sports festival. How is your situation with One For All? Any progress?"
Izuku: "Well, I can access it and use it, but I use very little of its power percentage without breaking a part of my body. That punch I threw together with you when we fought Nomu, I used a toll greater than I could bear, so much so that my arm broke." - He said before remembering to remember one more thing - "Ah, still talking about if I had a progress, I gave that villain a hard hit with his brain exposed but my arm didn't break that time."

It's already something." - He said before getting up and walking to the window. - "I know I don't have much time left to continue as the Symbol of Peace, and some of the villains' goals have already begun to materialize."
Toshinori turned to Izuku and said:
Toshinori: "I passed my power to you because I want you to be the next Symbol of Peace." - Toshinori's words made everyone look intently at him. - "You said yourself that you wanted to be like me, young Midoriya. You want to be the best hero ever. You still feel that way, don't you?"
Izuku: "..." - Izuku didn't say anything. He just nodded.
Toshinori: "Then it's time for you to show me. The UA Sports Festival, is something that the heroes... no... that the whole country will be watching." - Izuku started to get nervous and an intense heaviness in the air emerged in it, and Splinter and the Turtles felt it.
Toshinori: "I want you to think of this festival as your debut. You are the next Symbol of Peace, the next All Might. Izuku Midoriya. I want you to introduce yourself to the world and say... I AM HERE!" - Izuku's eyes widened at what he said. The Turtles were speechless, while Splinter got a disapproving look.
Izuku: "But... that's what you say..."
Toshinori: "I'm sure you know how the festival works."
Izuku: "Y-Yes, I know."
Michelangelo: "Excuse me, but what is this UA sports festival like?" - He asked while standing next to Izuku.
Izuku: "So the students are separated by classes, years and courses. They are the General, Support, Business and the Heroes courses, they compete against each other in a series of preliminary rounds with the games themselves changing each year, to cut those who might not make it to the finals. And for those who make it to the final round, they fight in a hand-to-hand fight in a tournament."
Raphael: "Hey, do you mean there's going to be a fight?! Man, how I wanted to participate in this..." - he said while smiling and crying at the same time, which made everyone look at him strangely.
Michelangelo: "It's bad huh..."
Toshinori: "A-Anyway, this festival is a great chance for you to show yourself to the world. The more impact you make, the greater the chances of you being alongside other heroes across the country." - He said while Izuku looked down without saying anything - "Look, I know that what I'm asking may seem too much for you to do. But..."
Splinter: "I don't think he needs to do that."
Everyone looked at Splinter, who was looking at our cinnamon roll.
Toshinori: "What do you mean, Mr Splinter?" - Toshinori was surprised by Splinter's comment.
Splinter: "I have a question, both for you, Izuku, and for you, All Might. Tell me, Izuku, do you want people to look at you and see an All Might 2 or do you want them to look at you and see the Izuku Midoriya?"
Izuku: "I... I guess..." - Izuku was uncertain. He didn't know which would be the best option.
Splinter: "All Might, I understand that you want Izuku to be the next Symbol of Peace, but don't you think he should make his mark on the world in his own way?" - he said before looking back at Izuku.
Splinter: "Izuku, you shouldn't be like anyone else. You don't have to compare yourself to anyone. You shouldn't get busy trying to be like anyone, even if it's your predecessor, because then you'll be in his shadow and you're not that kind of hero you must be. Izuku, you have to listen to yourself, only then will you will become the hero you are destined to be." - Said while pointing at Izuku before giving a sincere smile to the greenish one.
Izuku: "Master Splinter..."
Both Izuku, Toshinori, Nezu and the Turtles were speechless with what the Splinter said, the greenish one was reflecting a lot with the Splinter's words still in his head. Izuku wanted to be like All Might, but he didn't think about how to be like... himself. Izuku didn't think about how to be the hero in his own way. That is, Izuku saw that Splinter is right.
Izuku: "You're right, Master Splinter." - Everyone looked at Izuku and saw that he was looking melancholy, serious and determined. - "All Might, I'm sorry but I can't..."

Donatello: "At USJ when we were fighting that Nomu, we saw that your fists were surrounded by a mystical energy. You didn't notice because you were focused on saving All Might."
Toshinori: "Wait a minute there, what is this mystical power?"
Splinter: "They are supernatural powers that came from a yokai origin many years ago. The Hamato Clan was blessed by these powers that have forms, individual abilities and etc. To maintain the legacy, the ancestors and predecessors of our Clan transferred these powers to the weapons of Hamato Clan, which are our relics. But not just anyone can have this power, only worthy people are blessed by touching one of our weapons, which I am responsible for keeping them safe."
Izuku: "So you're telling me that this mystical power I have... is because I was blessed by the predecessors and ancestors of the Hamato Clan?"
Splinter: "Exactly, and now that power is yours."
Splinter's words left Izuku shocked. Now he has one more power that has been transferred to him, all because he is worthy.
Nezu: "Anyway, you'll soon have to go back to your class, young Midoriya. Boys, if you're going to train my student, you can train him here at UA. You can even use the gym if you want."
Leonardo: "Thanks, Mr. Nezu. But first we're going to test Izuku's skills in our hideout, then we'll think about it."

Class was over and the 1-A guys were about to leave the classroom, but there was a problem. When Ochako opened the door to leave, the class saw students from different courses standing in front, blocking their path.
Ochako: "What... is happening here?!"
Tenya: "What do you want with Class A?"
Mineta: "We can't leave! Why are you here, huh?!"
Bakugou: "Isn't it obvious, you weakling? They came to investigate their enemies. After all, we are the class that survived against the real villains. They want to see us with their own eyes." - He said as he walked to the door.
Mineta: "Is he always like this?" - he asked while pointing to Bakugou.
Izuku: "He's being kind in his own way..."
Bakugou: "At least you now know what a professional future looks like. Now get out of the way you extras."
Tenya: "You can't go around calling people "extras" just because you don't know who they are!" - He said while moving his arms, Iida hoped that no one would be offended by Bakugou's comment.
???: "So this is the famous Class 1-A? I heard you guys were attacked, but you look arrogant." - Said a boy as he passed through the crowd to the front door of the UA.
His most notable features are his purple eyes, his messy, ruffled, purple hair, and his dark circles under his eyes. Looks like he hasn't had a good night's sleep in days. His name is Hitoshi Shinsou
Shinsou: "Is everyone in the hero course like that, or is it just you?"
Izuku: "Believe me, it's just him."
Bakugou: "What did you say, Deku?!"
Kaminari: "He's not wrong." - Kaminari whispered to Sero, who nodded.
Shinsou: "Still, I'm disappointed, because none of you no look so good. I came to UA to be on the hero course, but I was forced to go a different path, and I'm not the only one. The Sports Festival is our new chance to enter the hero course. If we do that, we might get a spot, but one of you will have to leave if you don't do well. Investigate your enemies? Ochako/Tenya: 'THIS GUY IS BOLD!'
Izuku on the other hand felt uncomfortable with what Shinsou said. Once again, something snapped inside him.
???: "HEY HEY!" - A boy appeared yelling at Bakugou.
He is a young man with quite a length, chin-length, messy gray hair that is quite peculiar in that it never seems to change shape, and black eyes that are slanted dramatically inward, each lined with a very thick, jagged, squiggly substance. tan color, which are presumably your eyelashes. He doesn't appear to have noticeable eyebrows and he has rows of sharp, pointy teeth.
Tetsutetsu: "I'm Tetsutetsu from the class 1-B, I heard that you guys fought villains, so I came to find out more! Don't be so cocky!"
Ochako/Tenya: 'Another bold guy!'
Bakugou ignored him as he continued walking through the other students, which made Tetsutetsu annoyed.
Tetsutetsu: "Hey, I'm talking to you! You're going to ignore me like this, are you?! Damn 1-A students!"

Tired of this mess and bullshit, Izuku decided to do something to put an end to it.
Izuku: "Excuse me."
Shinsou, Tetsutetsu, the other students from other courses and the 1-A class saw Izuku approach the purple haired boy.
Izuku: "Firstly: As a representative of class 1-A, I apologize for my colleague there, but know that he does not represent us. And secondly: If I were you; I would be careful with my own words."
Shinsou: "What do you mean?"
Izuku: "You talk as if we liked being attacked. You talk as if we asked for it. And now, you come here saying bold things like that. That day, my colleagues and I struggled to survive and not for satisfaction. I almost saw a colleague of mine about to die. Being a hero is not easy, and all these people who are right behind me..." - he said while pointing to his colleagues. - "...they are here because they worked hard. They are here to deserve it. If you or anyone who is here in this hallway want to be on the hero course, earn it first. Everyone there was amazed and even reflected on what Izuku said. The 1-A were happy, relieved and amazed that Izuku had defended them.

Shinsou: "This will be interesting... see you at the festival, representative of 1-A." - he said as he left.

Izuku turned around and saw Mina Ashido very close to him, which took the greenish man by surprise and even made him a little blushed to see another girl very close to him.
Mina: "Thank you for defending us and for making them think differently about us!" - She said with a smile as he approached even more of the greenish one, who was embarrassed.
Izuku: "Y-Y-You're welcome, Ashido. I just did the right thing to do." - He said while smiling shyly while rubbing his head.
Mina: "But even so, thank you!"
While most of the classmates looked at this scene with some suspicion, Ochako, Momo, Tsuyu and Kyoka were bothered by this approach that Mina was having with the greenish.
Tenya: "Apparently, I made the right choice to choose you as a representative, Midoriya."
Izuku: "Thanks, Iida. Okay guys, we have two weeks to prepare. So let's do our best at this festival!" - he said while most of his colleagues looked at the greenish man with a determined look.
As everyone left for home, Izuku was heading to a different location. He will train with the Turtles.
[Turtles' Hideout]
Upon arriving at the Hideout, Izuku sees that the place is all silent, which was strange. Izuku went even further into the hiding place, only attentive.
Izuku: "Guys? It's me, Izuku. Raphael? Donatello? Michelangelo? Leonardo? Master... Splinter?" - Izuku turned around and saw a mysterious figure in front of him.
This figure wore a somewhat armored ninja outfit, only female, wore a hood and a black mask on his face. That figure was staring fixedly at Izuku.
Izuku: "W-Who are you?"
The figure went towards Izuku with a kick, but the green one ducked, avoiding being hit by the kick. But that figure didn't stop there. She was attacking Izuku with several punches and kicks, in which the boy defended or avoided, only with a little difficulty, because this figure fought very well. Izuku also tried to attack that person, but she avoided the blows too easily, but the green one made a kick with a spin that ended up hitting that figure's mask, causing her face to be seen by Izuku. The girl continued attacking the green man, who unintentionally left his guard open and was knocked down by a kick in the belly.
???: "You fight well."
Before he can get up and fight again, he hears footsteps and clapping. He looks to the side and sees the Turtles and Splinter approaching them.
Leonardo: "So, what did you think of him?"
???: "You taught him well, boys. He even managed to take my mask off, but he needs more practice and training."
Izuku: "Wait a minute..." - he said as he stood up - "... was this some kind of test? Who are you?"
The girl took off her hood and revealed that she had black hair that reached her shoulders.
Karai: "My name is Karai, and I'm the friend with the Turtles."
Izuku: "Karai? Ah, yes! The boys have already commented about you." - he said before extending his hand - "Nice to meet you, my name is..."
Karai: "Izuku Midoriya. They told me about you too. I came here when I heard from the guys that they were seen helping a friend." - she said while greeting the green man. - "I confess I'm surprised that you boys had the courage to appear in front of many people because of this boy."
Splinter: "He's one of us now, Karai. And we couldn't leave him alone fighting our enemies."
Karai: "I see. So, the boys told me that there is going to be a sports festival and that they will train you, correct?"
Izuku: "Y-Yes."
Karai: "Then I will help you too. So much so that they asked me to and that you are our ally against the Foot Clan. You will need an experienced Kunoichi to train you."

While Karai looked to the side with a blush on her cheeks, Leonardo, who had a black aura, slowly looked at his brothers who couldn't hold back their laughter.
Leonardo: "Now I'm going to kill you..." - he said before running towards his brothers, who started running all over the place while avoiding being attacked by an embarrassed and furious Leonardo.
Izuku: "Oh... I said nonsense, didn't I?" - Izuku asked Karai, because he was feeling bad for having commented something wrong.
Karai kept looking at Leonardo, who was still running after the brothers. She stared at him with a small smile on her face.
Karai: "No, you didn't."
Tired of all this fighting and running, Splinter slammed his staff down on the ground, thus attracting everyone's attention.
Splinter: "That's enough!" - That word made the brothers stand in a straight line - "You can resolve this matter later. Now, we have important things to focus on. You have two weeks to prepare Izuku, so teach as much as you can."
Leo/Raph/Donnie/Mikey: "Yes, Sensei!"
Splinter: "And you, young Izuku." - Said when turning to the greenish - "Try hard."
Izuku: "Yes, Master Splinter." - He said as he bowed.
Michelangelo: "So... let's begin the Operation: Enhance Izuku!"
Donatello: "Mikey, what the heck is this?" - he said while he, Leo and Raph looking at Michelangelo with drops on his head.
Michelangelo: "Oh, we're going to train Izuku one more time. You know, we're going to improve him and I thought that name would be cool."
Leonardo: "Mikey, we're not in a cartoon to talk nonsense and silly things like that..."
Michelangelo: "Oh, but I thought..."
Raphael: "Okay, okay, we get it! Let's get on with it." - he said while silencing Michelangelo.

During those two weeks, the entire 1-A gang was pushing hard for this sports festival (not all of them if we're talking about Mineta), but our dear cinnamon roll was the one that was pushing the hardest. If he was to stand out and win, then he will.
During his training with Michelangelo, Izuku had to accompany him as the turtle rode his Skateboard through the sewers. The problem was that Skate no Mikey had little rockets built in and had a lot of obstacles that Izuku had to avoid. So Izuku had to run lightly while trying to avoid all obstacles in his way, even though he used One For All to boost. Izuku couldn't reach Mikey, but little by little he managed to avoid obstacles and even came close to keeping up with the turtle.
Leonardo decided to teach the greenish something different, to jump from building to building. Even if Izuku fell, Leonardo would open a portal to avoid the ugly fall. It was tense training, but little by little, Izuku was able to jump from building to building, making incredible leaps and some parkour moves that he learned from Michelangelo during his training with him. Izuku smiled when he knew they were there, took a deep breath and decided to say everything.
Izuku: "Not all people are created equal. I learned that when I was four years old. I learned that in reality... the world is not fair. While some people are born with a good Quirk, there are also those who are judged ...especially those who don't have a Quirk. The Quirkless. These are the ones who suffered the most, as these people lose hope in their dreams precisely because they don't have a power." - He said while looking at people.

All the students felt determined by the greenish man's words, while the Turtles, All Might, Splinter, Karai and Inko were all smiling.

Even if the whole world is against me, i will still stand my ground, i will keep fighting and i will fight until i take my last breath! and WHY?! Because i have something to fight for. Izuku: "And I say one thing to the people who are watching me: don't give up! It's not the Quirk that matters, but your willpower and determination to keep going. Fight the obstacle that's in front of you. Fight... fight for your dreams. Fight for them so they can come true! Fight for them and they will fight for you! As long as you believe there is still hope, then go even beyond. PLUS ULTRA!"
He yelled that last part with his right fist raised as he stood with his eyes closed.

The stadium was silent from what they had just heard. Until they heard someone clap, and then someone else clapped, and then it was three, six, until it got to the point where everyone in the stadium clapped and screamed as they stood. Everyone giving a round of applause for the young hero, Izuku Midoriya. That applause carried respect, admiration and determination for Izuku to go far to be a hero. Izuku's eyes widened. He couldn't believe what they were seeing. The entire audience was cheering and yelling... for him. He heard cheers and cheers behind him, he saw that all the students except the obvious ones were cheering him too.
Kirishima: "That was so inspiring and manly that I'm crying, man!" - in fact, Kirishima was crying.
Tenya: "As was to be expected from our representative." - Iida had a tear running down her face.
Ochako: "Very good, Dekiru!"
As some of his classmates walked up to him to praise him, especially certain girls, Bakugou was gaping as he watched Izuku being congratulated by Class 1-A and the other students.
