*Bella POV*

"So, what are we going to do?" Rose asked to no one in particular. We were all just lingering in the living room, trying to stir up a plan that was sure fire.

"Well, I know what we aren't going to do." Edward stated.

"And that is?" Jasper asked.

"Fight."

Emmett sighed. "Awh, come on! Please! I've been waiting for a chance to get a crack into the guy Demitri!" He whined.

"No, Edward's right." Carlisle injected. "We don't want to pose any threat to them."

"But they're posing a threat to my daughter!" I said, a little too harsh. He looked at me with soft, warm, understanding eyes.

"Yes, Dear Bella. But if we impose any danger upon them, things could turn out... Much worse." He explained. I nodded. If we could get Renesmee and Jake away, with no violence, I was good with that. Even if they did kidnap her, I would control myself for the sake of my daughter, and my bestfriend.

"Okay." I started. "But... When?" I asked, everyone fully knowing what I was asking. When. When do we go rescue them?

"Well, we don't want to wait any longer than we have to, that's for sure." Sadie said. We all agreed.

"Okay." Jasper said. "How about we all go hunt, tonight. To make sure we're all full on strength and energy-just in case- and then we leave in the morning to board a plane, and be in Volterra tomorrow night?" He offered.

We all looked at each other, and nodded. That sounded pretty good.

"Alright, perfect." Esme clapped. "But, we shouldn't go hunting all at once. Split off into couples. You know, have people here at the house in case some gaurd members stayed behind."

We all thought that was a good idea, and Esme and Carlisle went first. We all practicallt just sat and cuddled with our significant others.

Edward and I were the last to hunt, since we already had our turn earlier. But, we still wanted to be sure we were full. After all, we were going to be on a plane full of humans, in the morning.

I wasn't all that into the hunt- no one really was- But, we had to face the facts, and do it for the sake of Jake and Renesmee.

"We'll get them back, right?" I asked Edward, probably for the thousandth time tonight.

"Yes." He replied, easing my fears once more.

When we got back, we all planned our departure. We'd all take several planes, to not look suspicious or anything. Crazy, right? Totally. Anyway, when we got off the plane, we would all have to do, what Alice called so many years ago, grand theft auto. Oh, the irony. I wasn't as opposed to it as I had been then. We gave each other a look and cracked up. Everyone just looked at us weird. Oh well. It was our little insider.

After all the kinks were straightened out, every couple went to their rooms, Sadie and Grant went to the basement, because their, or, our house wasn't quite done yet.

All too soon morning came, and I reluctantly pulled myself away from Edward.

"Ready to get our daughter back?" I asked.

"Ready." He concluded, and we shared one more chaste kiss.

We were surprisingly the first ones downstairs. We listened, and discovered the others were still engrossed in their late night activities.

Edward cleared his throat loud and obnoxiously. I found it quite hilarious how we heard everyone just freeze. I started laughing, Edward quickly following suit.

There was a great round of rustling, and suddenly everyone was down here, looking around nonchalantly. I smirked at them all, then turned towards Emmett.

"So, have fun working on that scrapbook?" I teased. He growled. I rolled my eyes, and Rose gave me a small, embarrassed smile. I grinned.

"Anyways." Jasper said, and then coughed. "Uh, yeah. Lets get this show on the road." Alice shifted awkwardly. I batted my eyelashes at the two of them,

"Yes, that would seem like a good idea."

"Oh, don't act like you're all innocent." Emmett teased. I snarled, and he stuck his tongue out at me.

"Children, can we please get to it?" Esme asked, clearly not phased by getting caught.

"Mhm." Edward smirked at her. She looked down.

We finally left about three minutes later. It didn't take long for us to reach the airport in Seattle, because we all ran at full speed. And we were on the next flights to Italy by 8:30am.

You'd be surprised how many planes go to Italy. I'd always known it was a popular tourist destination, but never thought it was this great.

When we landed, I immediately recognized the airport. The one Alice and I arrived at before heading to Volterra. I grimaced. Of course, Edward noticed. He cupped my face in his left hand, and the other smoothed through my hair.

"What is it, Love?" He asked, genuinely concerned. I bit my lip, and then answered.

"Nothing. It's just, this is the airport Alice and I were at when we were on our way to save you." I finished, trying not to get emotional about the memory. He nodded, and pulled me in a tight hug. I knew I shouldn't be afraid now, because I was safe in his arms now and forever, but it's still not something I'd wish to relive.

"Alright." Alice began. "Lets all go gets some cars," winking at me as she said that, "And then head to Volterra!" She declared. And we all migrated outside, and a car lot was surprisingly right down the block. So this is where she got her yellow Porsche. She loved it so much, she went and bought one identical to it. It was still in the garage today.

It was a Porsche lot.

I picked out a blue Cayman R, Rosalie picked out a red Boxter Spyder, Alice got yellow 911 Carrera Cabriolet, Sadie chose a green Panamera, and Esme got a black 911 GT2 RS. The guys just rode with their wifes. Hmm. I liked this car. I might just keep it.

"Edward, I wanna keep this car." I whined. All the girls whined in unison that, they too, wanted to keep the cars they chose. They guys just shrugged, and said, what the hay. Like they could do anything, anyway.

And at that, we were all in our new cars, and on the road.

Renesmee, here I come.

*Renesmee POV*

I don't know where they were taking us, or how long we were in the car. The windows were all tinted. Inside and out. At least ours were. There was a barrier between the front seats and us. After an uncertain amount of time, the I felt the car come to a complete stop. Suddenly, the wall separating the front and back disappeared, and I saw those red eyes again, just like in my dream.

"Now, listen here, Renesmee." Began the male. By the sound of his voice, he only seemed about in his mid 20s. "We're about to go in public. I'm not telling you where we are, but, we're about to get on a plane. I expect you and your... friend, to cooperate. Understood?" He finished, a threat clear in his voice if we didn't. We both nodded, quickly. "Good." He grinned evilly. "Oh, by the way, I'm Demitri. I'm sure your people told some great stories about me." He smirked.

"Actually, I've never heard of you at all." I remarked, a little smart. He narrowed his eyes, and his eyebrows furrowed. He shook his head, and turned back around.

About five minutes later, sure enough, we pulled into an airport parking lot. Judging by how sunny, and warm it was, I knew we were definitely not in Forks anymore. Or anywhere near it, for that matter.

"Where are we?" Jake demanded, as soon as we got out of the car. "And don't you think the Halloween costume is a bit conspicuous?" He egged Demitri. He turned to glare at Jake.

"Oh, and your raggedy jeans and shirtless attire is the most attractive thing in the world?" He shot back.

"Says the guy dressed as Count Dracula." I had to laugh at that. The irony in his joke was just too funny to pass up.

"Whatever, mutt. Just keep your mouth shut, and we'll be out of here as fast as possible." Demitri ordered.

"You didn't answer my question." Jake pushed. Demitri's mouth set in a straight line, but didn't answer. "And wheres your little backup that bombarded me?" Demitri sighed, rolled his eyes, before finally answering.

"We are in Phoenix. And Marcus, Felix, and Alec all went back in another car. There, are you satisfied?" He asked, annoyed when he was done.

"I am, actually. Thanks for the help." Jake replied, smirking.

"Now come on!" Demitri hissed, and we followed him through the airport gates, and after he got our tickets-he pre ordered them, I assumed- we got on the next plane to Italy.

On the plane, we were the only ones in our section. It was weird hours to be on a plane, (They left as soon as they captured Renesmee and Jacob. They didn't wait until morning, so, they're ahead of the rest of the Cullens.) probably around two or three am. I was glad, because, I had some questions I wanted to ask Demitri.

"Why are you doing this?" I asked. He turned to me. Jake was napping, and, I wanted to ask while Jake was asleep, so he wouldn't but in with some smart alec remark. He pursed his lips before answering.

"I don't know. Aro just sent me to get you. I wasn't planning on him being here." He pointed at Jake. "I'm lucky the others came with me, or I wouldn't have stood a chance by myself." So, he didn't know, did he?

"Please, tell me." I whimpered. I was really starting to miss my family. Especially my Mom, and Dad. My Mom. I just got her back in my life, and now they're taking me from her. This isn't fair! I kicked the seat in front of me so hard, I swear I heard it crack. I was surprised it didn't wake Jake up, but, lets be honest. That boy sleeps through anything.

"Look. I honestly don't know. All Aro told me was that you were odd, and that he wanted to get to know more about you. And what better way to do it then bring you face to face with him?"

"You didn't have to kidnap me to do it!" I raised my voice. He shushed me, and went on.

"You're telling me that you would have came here on your own will?" He asked, astounded. I nodded.

"Yes."

"Okay, that's believable." He said, clearly not believing me. I really didn't believe myself all the way, either. "But, I guess you should know that we don't intend to harm you. Or him." He tried to assure.

I was glad. I breathed a sigh of relief, and closed my eyes. I picture my Mom, and her smiling, stunning face. I wish everyday that I would somehow be as beautiful as her. I know I won't, but, hey, a girl can dream.

I didn't know I fell asleep, but I was awoken by the plane starting to descend.

I looked out the window, and gasped. It was beautiful! I saw Jake was awake, and he smiled a reassuring smile at me. I did my best to retrieve that same grin. I turned back to the window. It really was amazing. I snapped out of my awe when I heard,

"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Volterra." Demitri announced.

But for some reason, I didn't feel that welcome.

Aloha. I hope you liked it! This chapter was fun to write. (: haha, I like writing conversations with Demitri. It's fun. :D
