*Renesmee POV*
I hope my Mom can keep her cool long enough for Aro to explain. I really don't want this whole gathering to turn into some gruesome scene. At the sound of my voice, she seemed to calm down, and straightened up a bit. I let the deep breath I'd been holding in go, and allowed myself to breathe normally.
"Bella. So nice to see you as an immortal." Aro greeted my Mom. She narrowed her eyes a bit, but replied back just as nice.
"Yes. It's just too bad that our reunion has to be as such."
"Yes, well. I hope you understand why I sent for her. I had to be sure she wasn't a threat to our kind." He explained. "Which, I see, she isn't." Smiling pointedly at me.
"Great to hear. But just what were you planning on doing if your assumptions had proved otherwise?" She challenged.
"That doesn't matter anymore, now, Dear Bella."
She took a deep breath, and opened her mouth to speak, but my Father put his hand on her shoulder.
"Love, everything is fine, now. I told you it would all work out alright." He wrapped his arms around her waist, and she sighed in contentment.
"Well..." Aro began, and all our heads snapped back to look at him. "I wouldn't say alright, yet. Renesmee will still have to stay with us for a bit more, so we can gather as much information about her as we can."
My eyes started to water. And I thought things were starting to get better.
Without warning, two guards came and grabbed me by each arm, and carried me out of the room faster than my family had the time to react. The door between them and I was shut in an instant. We instantly heard banging against it, but it would do no good; this old, stone structure is equipped with the most sturdy components. Nothing is going to barge that door- not even a vampire.
They took me to one just like it, and Jake, well, I don't know where they too him. Probably a similar area.
The door banged closed, and I heard a latch over it, locking me in.
The tears I was holding in now rushed over, blurring my vision. I didn't know if these walls were sound proof, but, I didn't care. I didn't care if anyone heard me crying, because, all I cared about was getting home.
I could only guess that someone was outside my door guarding it, just in case.
"Please, let me go." I whimpered. The door creaked open, and in came Aro.
"Sweet Renesmee. I'm afraid there has been a mix-up." He began. I was curious as to where this was going. "You are free to leave as you wish. I am so very sorry."
I just stood there. Was this a trap? A trick? I didn't know what to do.
All of a sudden I heard footsteps speeding towards me. In seconds, my Mom was in front of me, beaming.
"Oh, Nessie! Nessie, Nessie, Nessie!" She cried. She gathered me in a bone crushing hug, and I gripped her just as tight.
"Mommy!" I squealed. I looked over at my Dad, and motioned him over.
He came and wrapper his arms around both of us- we were the perfect family picture.
Then, Jake came over. I looked into his tear filled eyes, and I could tell by my reflection in his eyes that mine were already spilling over. He wiped them away, and pulled me close. I wrapped my arms around his waist, and took in a big whiff of his scent.
"Nessie." He whispered. "I love you." My throat caught. Those three words spoken by him were music to my ears.
"I love you too, Jake." I looked up at him, and he leaned down, and pressed his lips to mine.
Finally, we were together.
And nothing could tear us apart.
Excuses, excuses. I know that's what you all are thinking. But, I swear. I have had homework up the BUTT. To all you Freshman and Sophomores... Enjoy it. Just enjoy it. When you get to be a Junior, good luck. You'll need it.
Anyway, please review, even though you're mad. This seems like a pretty good place to end it, but, I don't know. I might start another story.
And story ideas? I'll gladly do whatever.
Well, bye.
P.s. I might continue if you convince me really well.
[Heart], because the greater than sign doesn't show up.
